Yah it's money well spent...

Well nothing is perfect and life is not always a piece of cake, just after I tell my co-workers that I haven't had a cold in years, I am trying to fight another one off. I have been able to train full intensity but it has cost me some power and taken away a bit of my edge. I continue to fight but this ones tough to shake. It wants me, I have been avoiding it for so long. Fug that, I will keep popping the echinacea...

So my first not so good workout on this run, it wasn't terrible but I lost a couple reps here and there on the first couple exercises, I don't have the specific numbes with me but I will run it down.

Incline bench lost 1 rep on the first and third sets

Military Press was a similar story

Close grip was a bit better, might have got a rep or two extra, my lungs had started to clear and I was heating up... The worst was over...

Cable pullovers actually saw me going up 10 lbs and maybe down only 1 rep or so

I am not going to be doing any more deads, waist is getting too small and it will only cause problems. I substituted rest pause seated narrow rows 140 for 12-6-4 or something like that.

Did some heavy ab work, Wheel of death 11 reps!! Machine crunches, weigted oblique extensions, declined weighted leg raises...

Saw some big improvements on posing practice Saturday, a lot of oohs and awe's from the wife.

For fighting off a cold that was a pretty good workout. I know when i start getting sick im a big pile of useless. Good work DW

My slow rep 20 second negative seated calf was up one rep for the same weight. Man this is so painfull.

I opted for 2 heavy sets 275 X 7 which is up 1 rep and 255 X 9, I had anotther rep in me on both sets but I was playing it a bit conservative. Tells me I am still accumulating tons of power at 10% body fat!! Never seen anything like this.

Unofficial weigh in had me at 222 down .75 lbs from Thursday. I really suspect it's more than that, will know more on Thursday night. I found that the scale balance was a bit stiff, when I checked on my digital at home I seemed to be down a bit more than .75...

Yah things keep looking better and better. Muscle size and leaness will be there. Now it's skin tightness and muscle hardness, I have plans ... yes definitive plans.

Any pics coming in the future?
 
Got through my HITT 30 minutes last night and 30 minutes fasted this morning.

I picked up some of Primordials peptopro product (3 jugs) ... I was going to pick up some hydrolysate for the last couple months anyway. This is really the only time I need a heavy absorbtion product. When you cut calories very low it's best to use very high end protein around workouts. This may also enhance muscle hardness. For a high end product of this nature the price is very good. If your not a hard gainer or not on an extreme calorie restriction higher end protein may lose some of it's necessity. Non-hard gainers are pretty efficient at absorbing nutrients, that's why they're not hard gainers...
Anywho another piece of the puzzle falls into place. All is well..

Well I am fine up untill the last few days, that's where the water management comes into play... I still have to work that all out yet as it has never been my strength..
 
Nope he has a solid plan.:)

Be that as it may, I am cruising and that's fine for some but this is a fuggin war!! Time to turn up the volume, makiing my move!! Will increase cardio from 3.5 hours to 5 and Saturday is officially a low carb day with tuesday and thursday. I will keep the one refeed day to prevent my metabolism from slowing down. I was starting to get in a bit of a lull, time to snap out of it. If I have moved too soon, I'll just get leaner...

What brought this about is I was up another half pound on last nights weigh in and yah it's probably because I gained some mass, almost certainly with the defecit I am on, still I need to drop fat a bit faster if I want to get down early to deal with skin thickness and elasticity issues. Yah my jeans are a bit looser this week but I want to stay way ahead of this game.

In the gym my stamina sucked but I didn't do much worse than last week, and in some cases slightly better with the exception of push press which I baslically tanked on. It's a combination of the bronchitis and fighting off that cold early this week I am sure. I will be attacking again on Sunday!!

Anywho, I have to make a move sooner or later and my thinking right now is better sooner that later...

It's looking pretty good I have to admit... I know I've only lost about 11 pounds but the differences seem much better than that. I should be able to get some pics up in a couple weeks before stage 2 starts.

Went to war yesterday on cardio.. 30 minute HITT session with AP 3 scoops of Xtend fasted in the AM and a wicked 30 minute HITT in the afternoon then a intensive fasted this morning. I will hit the gym for my regular Sunday workout and some heavy core ab work and afterward I will do 30 minutes on the precor cross trainer... "Those who are about to die salute you..." It is so on!!

Yah went to war and survived...I feel great!!

I did go up in weight but lost some reps, don't have the same stamina but obviously the power is there...

Preacher curls up 5 lbs down 2 reps on first 1 on second and third, more or less an even trade...

Wrist curls same as last time...

Standing calf up 10 lbs same reps 12...

SLDL up 10 lbs only 1 less rep but tanked on the second only did 7 but that was up 10 as well...

Leg press up 10 lbs lost 2 reps on the first set went down 50 lbs and then only got 7 reps (better reps though)...

I finally got 11 reps on Wheel of death, I have been hover around 8-9 for a long time.

The cardio was fuggin warm... the eviscerate and OEP was burning inside and out. You guys have to try this... it's like the eviscerate lights OEP's fuse!!!
 
Well if you've been following along, you will notice I have been a little perplexed as to the lack of weight loss in comparison to what I am seeing in the mirror. I am going to be a little bigger than I thought maybe not as big as I'd hoped... but the more fat I lose the bigger I look so we'll see. I know there is always a sense of this when cutting but this is more pronounced when I higher percentage (close to 100% by the looks of it) of your weight loss is fat. Like I'm growing and shrinking at the same time.

Now there are reasons for this, some are fairly obvious but there may be some that aren't. One thing I know is there is always several reasons as to why a plan like this works as well as it has. When you plan something like this by using so many different supps you have several goals in mind all pointed toward the same end. You want to find as many different pathways to that end as possible. This is how herbal and natural bodybuilding needs to work. I just want to lay down some of the things I think have happened to be clear on what is doing what.

1) I am an easy gainer, an extremely efficient body type. This means it does not take a lot of nutrients for me to gain. Lower calories do not effect me like some provided those calories are not too low. That is very important, you still need to eat enough when your cutting.

2) Diet, I have tried to take advantage of macro cycling to keep my metabolism high. The higher cal days may be helping me to preserve more mass.

3) Testopro - keeping my free test high, fat loss in an anabolic environment, not to mention the strength increases. Pretty hard not to grow a little when strength is always going up.

4) Glycobol to help me better utilize my nutrients, thus making me even more efficient.

5) Stoked excellent support with something like testopro..supplying estrogen control and further support for test levels.

6) Ghenerate - increased growth hormone release

7) OEP fat burn..

8) BCAA's around resistance training and fasted cardio to prevent Catabolism

9) Heavy lifting, it's anabolic ... nuff said.. coupled with shorter intensive cardio sessions done at stategic times.

It's important that you know what works for you before you can put something like this together. I did not go into it blind, I did know I responded well to stoked, and testofen... I haved had success with AP.. I have to admit I did add a couple things hoping they would help like ghenerate which luckily turned out well.

Bottom like, an anabolic environment will see you losing less weight but you'll see higher amounts of fat loss. Sure beats training in a catabolic one. Gonna hold onto this as long as I can. When I need to go quicker, I'll work harder.

Yah like a wise man just finished telling me or reminding me... prepping is a real roller coaster ride. One day your up the next down. Plays havoc with your confidence. I tend to get a bit paranoid and stop trusting my instincts.
 
Continue to be happy with my renewed effort, I'll admit I'm a tad weary but this is a fight!! I had some illusions of it being much easier with all the supplementation. Hah the supps are making me better but it's going to be a knock down drag out, low down blood bath!!

HITT cardio last night 30 minutes, again fasted this morning 30 minutes. Legs are pretty fugg'n dead... I don't have to do legs tonight so they will get a rest till tommorow morning.

Thanks, I have made some mistakes over the years, but I have learned from them. Good to know it wasn't really wasted time..

Pretty awesome workout last night!! I was really feeling the rage, the gym was full of amateurs and it had my angst to the forefront. I was the alpha in the gym last night...

Incline db flies 75's 16/8/6 wow don't think I have ever done this many reps up 5 lbs same reps

L-lateral raise 45's for 14/9/8 up 2.5 lbs and up 1 rep on the first set and 2 on the third

Rope press down was not great same weight 9/5/3 which is down a couple reps but this weight has always been very ambitious

Exact same story with the behind head pulldowns but I was not going past form failure I was pretty satisfied.

Now the big finally Tbar row I owned it 205 X 8 up 10 lbs and 1 rep!! 190 X 11 !! up 15!!

I was rocking on Tbars!! what does it say that I am at the end of week 8 of a cut and down 12 lbs and kicking this kind of ass!! I am looking bigger too!!

Weighed in at 220.75 1.75 lbs down from Thursday so the adjustments have the weight moving down again. I got this one right...

30 minutes moderate fasted cardio this morning...
 
Some other observations.. I mentioned I was feeling the rage, well I wasn't just being colorfull, I really was a bit out of control!! I have to watch it cuz I was a bit pissed about the amateurs in the gym, not putting away their weights dropping dumbells on the floor, and if anyone had gotten in my way there would have been trouble. I know people could see it on my face and nobody did or said anything. I also had my 270 lb son with me who is training again. That also may have detered them. What if someone did try to anger me though, I would have gotten myself in a real pickle. There is no way I could have come out of it looking like anything but an ass... I would have felt pretty bad too..

I thought that testopro had eased but last night was fuggin crazy and again it caught me off guard. This stuff is for cavemen!! Or it will turn you into one at least...

Do tell, lol you come to mind when I think about this product, cuz it's so fuggin alpha!! I'm in week 8, one more workout left in DC and still kick'n ass and taking names!!
 
T-bars...so easy a caveman can do it!! hehheh Numbers are huge DW and nice job with the adjustments.
 
Hehe .. I have always loved the Tbars, have good strength and thickness in my upper back.

What grip are you using on the T-bar? I can do a wider one or there is a narrow grip that is angled back; always go wide but curious if you have played around with another way that could benefit me? You being a seasoned warrior tried it all, pass on some knowledge oh wise one. :thanks:

I like the narrow grip, definitely helps me to generate more power... Oh and thumbless grip for all back exercises, easier to keep the right form and get your elbows back.

Ok I am definitely getting bigger, I put on a shirt that I wore last week and it's obviously tighter around the chest arms and shoulders. I know I have seen this from other peoples experiences but it's just freaky to see it happening to yourself. I know what my body usually does on a deficit like this and believe you me... this ain't it. There are also signs of leaning as well. I figured it out yesterday I am averaging about 2400-2450 caloies a day. Boggles the mind that I could get bigger eating so little. Then there's that efficient body type we talked about amongst all the other resons I layed out. Take note folks I am on to something here. I know I'm not the first to experience on a prep but in my case it may be more pronounced being an easy gainer. All I can think of right now is how fuggin big am I gonna be!!

Yah just feels odd!! I have added another hour a week to my cardio and dropped calories, still I get bigger...:nervous:

Oh yah and at the end of 8 weeks and the Testopro still has me very aggessive, it's like it has new life... Not a coincidence that this should show up during these abnormalities I think.

Ok almost done here so I will give a final appraisal of the supplements I ran.

Glycobol - quite pleased I could really feel this working, particulary when I did a fasted AP session and then 2 Glycobol followed by oatmeal. I mean I could really feel nutrition as my body soaked it up, it was blissful....

Testopro - very interesting and effective product, kicks in early and every time you think it's slowing down boom!! there is the alpha make aggression kicking in again. Right up untill the end!! I don't know if 8 weeks is the limit for this product. I would like to see what happens on 12 someday.
Stoked - I have used stoked before and have noticed a increased feeling of health and good libido support, I just have to assume that this was the case on this run as it was hard to tell what was doing what, the synergy with testopro is there though.
Ghenerate - very good rest, I liked this the best when I ran it with powerfull, when I swictched over to PGH it just wasn't the same, I have high hopes for AI's new gh releaser...
OEP - Wow, 8 weeks and still kicking like a mule, I did increase to 2-1-1 dosing but come on 8 weeks, I am going to really miss this supp, especially for those morning cardio fasted sessions.
Vat Attack - maybe one of the most underated products I have ever used, on my last pills and there is no more, this stuff gives you a smaller waste plain and simple.
Eviscerate - Not extremely effective on me, it works very well for one of my trainees so I know it's one of those response things. I do feel it helps a little, I will save my last bottle for later.. one thing I will say if you want to feel yourself on fire then use this with OEP then do 30 minutes of AM cardio... I was an inferno!!

The results will speak for themselves I am going to do some hair removal possibly a bit of tanning and do some pics, hopefully have them up in a week or so.

I lost 12.25 lbs but my lean mass increased at least by 2 lbs but I am thinking is more like 4 lbs... maybe I'm off but I got bigger of that I have no doubt.

I will update these numbers after the official weigh in tonight.
 
Ok almost done here so I will give a final appraisal of the supplements I ran.

Glycobol - quite pleased I could really feel this working, particulary when I did a fasted AP session and then 2 Glycobol followed by oatmeal. I mean I could really feel nutrition as my body soaked it up, it was blissful....

Testopro - very interesting and effective product, kicks in early and every time you think it's slowing down boom!! there is the alpha make aggression kicking in again. Right up untill the end!! I don't know if 8 weeks is the limit for this product. I would like to see what happens on 12 someday.
Stoked - I have used stoked before and have noticed a increased feeling of health and good libido support, I just have to assume that this was the case on this run as it was hard to tell what was doing what, the synergy with testopro is there though.
Ghenerate - very good rest, I liked this the best when I ran it with powerfull, when I swictched over to PGH it just wasn't the same, I have high hopes for AI's new gh releaser...
OEP - Wow, 8 weeks and still kicking like a mule, I did increase to 2-1-1 dosing but come on 8 weeks, I am going to really miss this supp, especially for those morning cardio fasted sessions.
Vat Attack - maybe one of the most underated products I have ever used, on my last pills and there is no more, this stuff gives you a smaller waste plain and simple.
Eviscerate - Not extremely effective on me, it works very well for one of my trainees so I know it's one of those response things. NP I enjoy it and it keeps me focussed. I will put in the final updates tommorow... still 1 workout to go and I'm gonna let it all hang out!!
