Nobody Ever Drowned in Sweat II - GMG760's Natadrol stack

Sorry about the delay on my updates you guys... valentines weekend... 1 photoshoot, 3 shows for my band in 3 counties, and 1 girlfriend to appease... I've been a busy mofo.

Anyway, the Natadrol has been a pretty good supplement so far. I have noticed that it has caused a dramatic increase in the density of my muscles, and it seems to have a nutrient partitioning aspect to it, in the fact that I go hypoglycemic if I don't eat with it, not unlike products like USP's anabolic pump, or AI's glycobol.

My libido has been doing great, I won't go into detail like TG does, but the girlfriend is a happy camper. It's nice to run a cycle where there isn't any libido issues, in fact there has been a nice raise in libido, honestly probably as strong as the 4-DHEA supplement sold by AMS. I think that this and M1D would be a great stack for someone who wanted some good gains without any chances of having libido issues.

I have had some aggression, but this has been getting mellower as the cycle goes on, I assume I am just adjusting to it. I have no other androgenic sides that are "bad" (not that aggression is bad, but some people may go overboard), my hair is still here.

My vascularity is up, which makes sense alongside the density of the muscles.

I have gained about a pound a week of lean muscle, I am up 2.5 lbs as of this morning, and by the mirror I have lost some bodyfat. The bodyfat loss could be attributed the the addition of the GH supplements though.

So far at the two and a half week mark, I would give this product a 8/10 for a natural muscle builder.

As far as comparing it to other pro-hormones, I would give it a 6/10... not because of huge gains in size or strength, but because it works without nasty side effects. While you may gain 10 lbs in 3 weeks on Superdrol, I would only give it an 8/10 because of the harshness of the sides. I would honestly rather try to gain 10 lbs over 12-14 weeks of Natadrol than 3 weeks of super... plus you'd probably keep the gains. I am still waiting to see how the final 3 weeks of this product turn out... I am not yet sure if it is going to need a bump in dose, or if the product will "kick" harder in the upcoming weeks. Regardless, LG has brought about something really cool here. After reading some of the sublingual Ecdysterone logs, I would love to see Natadrol alongside the Ecdysterone supplement to see what a plant based "stack" might do for a bodybuilder.

As for the rest of the supplements, Ghenerate/IGH-1 is the bomb. I sleep well and recover great. 'nuff said.

the Postal and BC+EAA are good stuff. I like the Postal, it's good with an extra scoop of WMS or Dextrose, as I like carbs after my workout. I think it has helped a lot with my recovery lately, as I have been feeling very rested and ready to hit the weights.

The BC+EAA is the shiz. I love that stuff...

Anyway, Kleen's workout is kicking my butt, I almost puked last week... I am still getting used to doing legs so much.

Kleen- You are a sick, sadistic mofo for coming up with this workout. I got asked by 2 people (one was a trainer) this week what workout I was doing cause it looked like I was working my ass off. I told them it was not for me to divulge, and you should have seen the looks on their faces. lol.

kleen's workout is sick. I am not going to divulge his methods in this log, it's pretty brutal. Just for a preview: I did a dropset of leg press into a dropset of BB lunges and I thought my lungs were going to ignite. Pouring sweat. Just pouring f*cking sweat all workout.

i am gonna steal resolve's quote and say that full body workouts are definitely the new split! :lol:
 
I am slowly working myself into this split. Just doing the drops right now and my ass is dragging. The full body 3 times a week could be too much for this old horse.

6wks on a FB, 3x/wk routine is what shot my CNS and gave me a bulging disc during a Back Squat session. :(

I tip toe with my recovery now as it is. I don't think I could swing it.
 
i miss full body routines. IMO its a hardgainers routine though. if you're not one, you kind of have to treat it like DC where a week of going light every 6-8 weeks is recommended.

That workout is totally demanding, isn't it brosinski? ha ha I told ya. I have described it as being as brutal as Genghis Khan on cheque drops!! :twisted:

It brings out the best in you. You have to dig deep and give it your all to do this workout properly. No half-assing allowed here!! You must block out all pain and fatigue and keep fighting like your life depends on it.

I love this workout and can not wait until I am healed up to really smash it again. Love that drop set G! I sweat like a whore in church on that thing. It is really almost a heavy weight HIIT session.

There are a lot of changes that can be made to make this easier on you AZ. You can do dropsets only once a week per body part to keep overtraining at bay. One thing I also recomend if time is there is a good 5-10 minute cardio warm up for the entire body to get everything warm and lubed. You can also keep your rep ranges in the 10-12 area on work sets instead of going that heavy. I change up rep ranges but the 4-6 is my bread and butter for strength, mass and muscle density.

Yikes, I have to wonder what program that was. How much volume was in it. You can not mix volume and full body workouts without overtraining quickly.
I have never had any CNS issues with this program. Any injuries I have had have been during other workouts or not related to lifting.

If you do not feel it is safe for you I don't blame you for being leary. Like I said there are a lot of changes that can be made to make it easier on your recovery. I have done different rep ranges on different workouts then rotate the rep ranges to a different day the next week so day 1 may be 5-6 reps, Day 2 10-12, and day 3 12-15 reps then switched them around the next week so that Day 1 is 12-15, 2 is 5-6 and 3 is 10-12 and so on and so on...

Yes Sir there is a week of strategic deconditioning incorporated in the workout as well. All body weight exercises that week.

AMEN! This can be done, even though in the beginning you feel you may fall over and die about the end of week 2 everything works better. You get the spry feeling. Everything becomes more explosive and you feel more energetic throughout the day. Just ask Thunder when a 6'3" 246 lb monster like that can feel spry anyone can.

Hey Thunder have you given any thought to when you are moving to the second phase of that bad boy? Man I expect to see some strength / size increases from you there like nobodies business. Also a lil bit more room for recovery in that plan. Oh yeah speaking of that AZ maybe the second phase might suit you better.

Absolutely, a full body weight workout with minimal rest will raise your metabolism higher than cardio or HIIT and it will stay higher longer. I would estimate I am burning close to 1000 cals using this workout. I did cardio 3 times a week for my last show along with this workout. I hit 4% for my show. I did take a few casual walks for lunch at work but not a real cardio workout other than the 3 times a week.

Also let us not forget the hormonal benefits of full body compound movement workouts increasing testosterone.

Precisely what I was going for. The idea I had was to go w/ 2 full body circuits for 3 sets each, every other day, comprised almost exclusively of heavy compound work, little to no iso whatsoever. And the goal is to start w/ 60 second breathers between sets, but w/ a goal of working towards 30 second breaks as quickly as I can. The concept of incorporating drops (or other intensity techniques for that matter) was one I hadn't even considered, since I was focusing on things like deads, cleans, etc., but it has me intrigued, and it may just be something I want to try to work in too.:439: I'm feeling like this kind of routine, particularly when I've done dedicated splits for a while now without cease, will not only allow me to burn more fat than my cardio alone while preserving muscle, but actually might help strengthen and add a bit of density.

I really can't complain about a thing, obviously my metabolism has been raised as I am sweating profusely in the gym (this may be a number of things; the new routine, the ghenerate, the natadrol... probably a combo of all the above. I'm definitely hardening up as far as my physique is concerned, and leaning out a bit. I have been sleeping like a rock lately... I am really busy, and the combo of being worn out, hitting the gym hard, and the GHen/IGF1 has me sleeping really deep.

Im off to the gym now to hit some abs and cardio

Everything hurts. My hair hurts, my eyelids, my scrotum, etc..... :crying::aargh:LMAO

That workout is extremely demanding. The DOMS are outrageous. You know you really broke those muscle fibers down so they can heal and grow both stronger and larger as a result.
I'm about 5 or 6 weeks into that workout now. It still hurts!! I don't think you will plateau on a program like this. It keeps challenging you everytime you hit the weights!!! I try to keep switching up the individual exercises to provide constant muscle confusion.

So you are taking igf 1? What is your dose? Why not just do real gh if you are using igf 1?

I am taking IGH-1 by LG. My bad if I wrote IGF-1. I am not taking any real growth hormone or insulin. I am dosing 4 caps every night that I take my GHenerate... 5 on 2 off... I am doing at least 3 months... but judging from how much GHenerate I have left (this stuff lasts forever it seems) It may be a 6 month extravaganza.
 
BTW, sorry for being MIA guys... I have had some serious issues with my ISP lately... My roomate got us shutdown for bandwidth issues (they think we are pirating), but we just both run internet based businesses, and the guy uploads gigs to the web every week... We're now back up and running after a couple very long phone calls and a lengthy explanation to our cable service. All last week I was posting from my work computer and at my girlfriend's house. I took the past 5 days off from lifting, I did some cardio... but I have been really busy with the band and work this past weekend (two shows in Hollywood (2 hour drive each way) and a convention in Temecula (an hour away)) so my diet wasn't all too dead on. In fact Sunday was just plain embarrassing to say the least as far as my diet was concerned. To my surprise I still look pretty full and my weight is still 204 this morning. IMPRESSIVE. I expected to be sub-200 and deflated.
 
I think you are gonna like it Silver. It's subtle in some aspects, but really noticeable in others. It's been a really nice experience for the past 3 weeks.

I personally have never been this big and this lean at the same instant. I'm liking what the mirror is telling me.
Also, I've never been able to retain this amount of sheer strength while dropping carbs so low.
Natadrol has proven itself to be very effective for retaining or even gaining lean muscle mass while recomping. :thumbsup:

Yeah bro. For one thing, my veins are bulging like mad. And the pumps are just sick. Also, my endurance is really high on this cycle.

Yea, I am definitely the biggest I have ever been. My quads and hammys have filled in quite a bit compared to say a year ago. I am pretty sure that is where most of this last 10lbs has gone to. My arms and chest are bigger for sure, but I am wondering if I need more back work these days, as my back used to be really wide for my torso, but either my torso has grown into it, or I have lost some size on my back... I might have just caught some other bodyparts up to it though.

I would say that it has a lot of hormone like benifits... it doesn't really feel like most hormones can, and I haven't noticed any explosive growth or strength, but I feel bigger and stronger after 3.5 weeks or so, and the scale and my pr's tell me that I have been gaining. I really think it is a good muscle hardener and would be incredibly effective stacked with something like Glycobol/Anabolic Pump/Slin.

TG and GMG, does it feel like you're getting an increase in RBC count?

I definitely feel more pumps and higher vascularity than normal. I really have no idea about my red blood cell count. Other than vascularity what would be a sign that the count was raised?

that is interesting...my buddy makes a product similar to glycobol and i thought about running that immediately after i run the natadrol stack to finish me off...if i like the natadrol i will have to try that out next time i run it!
 
I love me some SLIN for sure! I haven't used Natadrol yet but I'm sure they'd make a great combo.

I've got some Glycobol and AP on hand as well, but I rarely use them. I'll use AP or Gbolzzzz prior to fasted training or something, but SLIN is really the only one I can feel for sure working with my food.

Slin makes me happy!!!!
 
Slin has some nice ingredients in it for sure, only a little insulin is required to kick them off so great for a big carb meal. Any preworkout, fasted protocal is going to have some berberine or vanadyl supplement prior to kick of the glut 4 reaction with out the presence of insulin.
