Would coconut oil be bad while bulking?

I was thinking of eating unrefined coconut oil and putting some on my skin to help with acne. I heard coconut oil helps you burn fat. So, I was wondering how good it will be on a bulk. Something about speeding up the thyroid.

Coconut oil is one of THE best things you can ever put into your body.

We love coconut oil - cook with it, put it in shakes, eat it straight, spread it on toast, in oatmeal. Good stuff - enjoy!

Would you eat it in a house? Would you eat it with a mouse?

Coconut oil and coconut milk... same thing? I'm assuming so.

No.

Coconut oil is pressed from the coconut meat. Coconut water fills the empty core of the coconut. Different properties, though both are useful.

Not coconut water (or juice), but coconut milk. That's the only thing they had at the asian store. 17g fat and 12 of that saturated per 1/3 cup.

My bad.

Coconut milk is diluted coconut oil. Basically add coconut meat to water and boil.

Man this stuff is GREAT! I've been using coconut oil on my skin and taking it internally. The redness on my chest is almost completely gone and my acne is way down. I've never going to stop using this stuff.

To the guys in the know, what's the daily dosage look like? Also, if I were to also be using Krill Oil, how would I dose the 2?

Ideally, I would use 15 grams a day of Coconut oil, along with 1500mg of Krill with 3 grams of Fish Oil.

It'll be a bit more pricey with the Krill, but the overall effect on test as well as receptor function, should be majorly effective.

I usually recommend 1-2tbsp per day. I often did 1tbsp with a prebed shake. I highly support coconut oil, I once did a paper on it in undergrad.

I wind up using 28 grams a day. 14 grams I take internally, then I apply it to my skin (face, chest and neck) twice a day.

Do you then sautee yourself to a nice golden brown?

How do you work with coconut oil and fish oil? Maybe one-two tbsp. of CO and 2 gms of Krill Oil? Overkill?

I haven't seen any evidence that 2 grams is superior to 1.5.

Oh ok. I just used a round #. So do you think that amount is fine with the 2 TBSP of CO and not overkill?

Yup.

No wait...if I tell you to use more you will buy more bottles of Krillipid Balance....umm..you should take 10 grams a day.
