Pumping and Toning - The borobulker story...

just keep getting in there bro, your looking good work out wise

Yeah, I love all of the band work you do. Makes a crap load of difference on what you have on the bar.

I cant wait to get my bands...they are extremely versatile training tools. I remember i use to use this thick @ss bike rubber tubes when i was younger for judo and wrestling. Got my strength and endurance way up but then i got to strong and started snapping them....Cant wait to get some professional grade bands and really start training

Easy DW! Don't get me started on Montreal and the "French" Canadians, lol!

yah get this, I don't speak french... lol I work for a German company (SAP) so English is the number 1 language in the IT industry and in this company German would be the second (don't speak that either)... We have some french working for us but not many really. Huge companies like this tend to have people from all over working for them. I have to say though Montreal is one beautiful city...

No ill will going your way or towards Montreal, I have only heard good things. Just don't have a particularly great taste from the French after living there; Paris just ruined my opinion of them. You work for SAP, good stuff man, quality ERP system. Worked with that before and it is one of the better ones albeit insanely complex. Anyways, back to Boro's log.

Yah that's a good point also there are some really amazing areas and if you get too far North some soso ones. I live in the heart of old Montreal so I have access to one of the nicest areas.

Good to hear Boro, just got back this week myself after about 10 days. Any new gems you throwing in the mix or sticking to the staples?

Funny thing here is that I am actually now a member of 3 gyms up here.... Just signed up for Planet Fitness for morning cardio.... Special is $1. reg and $10./ month and it is about 6 blocks from my place.

Nice to see you have enough refresh to run them at that level. I think I maybe have 30 left and am saving for the late night workout with some Domin. Looks like you have a solid stack going and should be back in action in no time. You guys getting pounded with the cold and snow up there?

Yes, provides great focus throughout my day. Also - My libido is ridiculous right now from the Tribulosin; such an awesome formula.

We have about 24-30 inches of standing snow right now with another foot coming this weekend. Yay.

Are you just doing sumo for the different muscles to get worked or is it your prefferred. I converted to sumo but I never used it for big numbers now that I have converted back to conventional I can really feel the power as most of mine is in my upper back.

Just for a different stance. I am equally as strong, regardless of stance but I tend to suffer less injuries pulling sumo.

That's why I changed in the first place, now I am experiencing too much tightness in my hamstrings so I converted back and feel more powerfull with conventional.

Yeah - I am not exclusive to Sumo or anything but, It is working well for me at this time.

Flat bench - 225x3 x6 sets
Close Grip - 245x10, 265x10

1/11 - Back/Biceps
Neutral Grip Pulldowns
Hammer Strength Close Grip Curl
Hammer Strength High Pull
Palms-Out DB Curls
Fat Bar Reverse Curls
Awesome Hammer Strength Low Pull/Rear Delt Move
DB Hammers (Interior)
Grip work - Weighted Wrist Curl apparatus
Grip work - Plate pinches - worked up to 4 10s for 10 seconds each hand. ouch.

Veins like Ive never had before - I am filling out quick. Not a crazy pump or anything but I only took 1 OEP, 2 RC pre-training. It really makes me want to 100% devote to a hypertrophy based protocol at least for a few weeks. Not 100% sure yet. I like this set-up.

Man, Casey if you go on a hypertrophy kick it is gonna get crazy up in here. Your strength applied to a hypertrophy program. DAYUM! Nuff said!

I second this Casey. My strength from HST plus prime went up 30% on all lifts, more on some them and I leaned out... A LOT. Seriously something to consider here if you want to try something new.

1/13 - Squat/Quad dominant
Safety Squat Bar Parallel Box Squat, Wide Stance - Worked up to 315x5 w/ belt
EFS PowerSquat Machine, Close/Neutral Stance - Worked up to 7 plates per side, w/ belt
Leg Extension - 5 sets
EFS Glute Ham Raise - 3 sets
Standing Rope Pulldown abs - 4 sets

315 on the SSB was hell... Great training day.

1/14 - A.M. - Fasted Cardio

10 minutes steady state - 3.1mph, flat
25 minutes intervals from 3-5mph, flat - 10 incline

I nailed a fasted protocol this morning, loved it....
630 - 1 OxyElite Pro, 1 Recreate - Go back to sleep for 20 mins.
655 - Foam roller + Light Stretching
700 - 5g 4:1:1 BCAA, 1 Anabolic-Pump, 2 SuperCissus RX
710 - Begin cardio - sip on 5g 4:1:1 BCAA, 1 scoop DominATP, 2 Propel packets
750 - Eat! (1c Oats, Apple, 2 scoops whey)

I typically do not use whey but I was dreading food at this point. It was all I had to drink that shake.
