Im really surprised they just dropped the log like that. I mean apido is going pretty well for me so i can't see why they would just stop. Well I appreaciate the oppotunity to try out this new product and am liking it so far. Appears to only get better from here on out for me.. :thumbsup:

I have only tried the hemo twice so far. Gonna be upping the caps tonite for judo pratice. I am taking it by itself now with nothing else pre-workout. I might try and add some anadraulic pump and take 8 caps hemo pre workout for some intense pumps. As for low carb, I havent felt any lethargy during my workouts yet and not sure if it is from the apido or hemo or the combo... Gonna try and pay more attention during more workouts and see if I notice any changes
To your most recent ones. It looks like your hips may be uneven. I could be wrong. I have the same issue and for the last year have been doing some corrective exercises and it has been going very well. Are you lats uneven? Do you have flat feet? Do you have one trap A LOT bigger than the other?
That is hilarious you brought that up... I have never noticed my hips were uneven but I couold definetely notice my traps were everytime I had my wife take a pic of me... she actually makes fun of me cuz of it.. she says my nipples are uneven too.. lol..

Well uneven traps does not necessarily mean hip issues. The fact you mentioned uneven nips, makes me think your chest may be uneven tho, which means (maybe) you have a messed up scap/hips. It's all relative. Basically underneath your lats, you have muscles in an X shape that connect your upper back to your hips. If anything get off keel, it causes asymmetry. I have struggled with this for years. SLOWLY, I making improvements. It takes A LOT of consistent corrective exercises tho. Just depends on how motivated you are. I tell you this, if you do have this issue, it will become much more noticeable as you lose fat. IMO, it's worth a shot trying these corrective exercises. You would DEFINITELY notice a difference with a week or two. Do you lean on one side when you sleep? This is another indicator of uneven hips/back.
