Subweevil's Going Bionics with Hemodraulix Log (sponsored)

Yeah, "Stripper" is such a derogatory term. "Exotic Dancer" sounds waaaay more PC. Remember, strippers are people too!! I'm jealous Met, you make money doing that. Hell, if I did it, everybody would be paying me NOT to strip. Not like you could see anything through my ape suit anyways.

Hey whatever gets the money in your hands, or Mets case his ass apparently... I sure would hate to be the guy collecting gym dues that day. "Will that be check, card or cash Sir?

Later that day he takes a bite of his sandwich...
"Why the hell does my hand smell like sh*t?!?!?!?!

:toofunny: :toofunny: thanks for the laugh guys. that went so much further than I expected

DUDE!! Kleen, that avi is sick!!! DAMN!!

Not going to be able to stay up til' the gym opens at 10 am. Guess I could, but gotta be back in at 6 tonight versus 7, then stay til' 8am versus 7am, soooo, going to get some sleep instead. Looks like Monday will be the next day. Prepping the plant for shutdown on Christmas, so extra hours are needed to get it done. Hooray for me. Chest is crazy sore today, along with my front delts. thinking that chest workout the other day will help me at the lower portion of benching, but guess I'll be needing to do it for a bit to get everything built up. Got 2 servings left of Hemo, might make Monday a double-day. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!!

SWEET!! Finally got most of my stuff. This is my pre stack, minus GPLC and Mycogreen:Invalid Link Removed

Looks like my Nitroceps came early!!

i have tried everything pictured except nitroceps, that looks like a hellovastack. nitroceps AND hemo=wow.

Alright, time for a quick update.

Hit the gym after work today, but got interrupted by work calling me back in just as I got done with shoulders. I normally do chest first, but today, just felt like doing shoulders first, so I did.

Standing Military Press (to the front): 160x6x3x2x1, 95x10. The set of 10, I tried Kleen's way of doing it with a very wide grip, and all I can say is "WOW". You can really feel it, or at least I could. I did go a bit too heavy with the weight for it, and had to get a spot form a buddy of mine for the last 2. Had an awesome pump after, but arms felt like wet noodles. It really did feel like my arms were floating. I've tried a wide grip before, but never this wide. I'll eb lowering the weight and sticking with this.

DC stretch: [/U] Actually managed to move my feet about an inch more forward with this, so that shows it's working. Man, these are the most painful ones for me, feels like my arms are going to rip outta socket. A minute is pretty much all I can ever do, guess I'm a wuss.

Side laterals: Hit these just to kinda flush out the delts a bit. It was hard to even pick up the 15's and the pump was nuts at this point, looked like I had been working them for an hour. Squeezed out a drop set of 6, grabbed the 10's and hit 4 more, grabbed the 5's and did a static hold for about 5 seconds each side, then called it done.

Got done with shoulders and headed back to the locker room to sip on BC+EAA and noticed my phone was lit up. Yup, it was work. So, needless to say, left my workout early and headed home to get ready for work. Very angry at this point, but not much I could do. Missed working traps, and that's one of my faves!! Work is in a bad way, has been for a few months now, so i have to go in when I'm called, pretty much regardless, work has to be my numero uno priority right now. Nothing anyone else can't relate to, so I'll leave it at that. Delts looked awesome though!! It's nice to finally see I'm getting some definition and size there, took long enough. I know I've got a long way to go to match you monsters on here, but that won't stop me from trying!! Still had a pretty decent pump when I got to work. Plant manager even asked "Just get done working shoulders?" He works out too, which helps me get some slack cut my way. Told him about Hemo, and he said he'd look into it. Anyways, gonna hit up the gym in the morning and finish up my yesterdays workout and hit up legs too!! I'm actually diggin squating, kinda missed it actually. Guess there's hope for me yet!!

are you making sure to keep your shoulders rolled forward during the shoulder stretch?

Yep, trying to as much as I can. Definitely shows that shoulder imbalance I have. Right one is way tighter than the left, and I can't roll it as far forward as the left. It's not for lack of effort, wish it was.

Just got done with my back workout for today.

Yates Rows: 185x12x6x3. Pretty sure I'm doing these right, but I'm gonna look around for some vids on them. I try to pull the bar to my hips. I've gone heavier on these before, but wanted to save a bit for my next one. I might try them with an ez curl bar next time, wrists have been giving me some grief as of late. Time to start using wraps more than likely as well.

Close grip t-bar rows: 185x12x6x3. Pretty much stayed parallel with the floor on these, as opposed to not in my vid, lol. Not any pain to report in my forearms, but wasn't going as heavy either.

Rack chins: bodyweight+50lbs 12x6x2x1. These I can feel way more than pull ups, in terms of upper lat involvement. Just a pain in the butt to get set-up to do them, that's all.

Wide grip lat pull downs: 180x10x5x2x2x1x1. Pretty much was gassing out here, but kept trying to push myself.

Dc back Stretch: body weight + 70lbs got a minute here of hang time.

Straight arm press downs: 60x10. Just that little extra something.

Workout went quick, kinda surprised. Pump was awesome again, almost felt like a cramp in my back, very intense. Was going to hit up bi's but the little lady let me know she was getting done early today from work, so had to prioritize. I can also now personally confirm this stuff shines in the bedroom as well. Might try to get in real quick tomorrow morning to hit up legs.

Hey guys, no gym to report today, sorry about that. Haven't had a migraine in quite a while, guess I was due for one. I'm going to get into the gym tomorrow after work, all things permitting.

As to running that monster stack, not sure as of right now. Lots of things have cropped up these last few months, and this one in particular. I haven't been able to get as much gym time as I want, and with my training not being in check, anything I else I throw into the mix is a waste at this point. Work, unfortunately, is going to be my numero uno priority for however long it takes, as lots of changes are happening at my job, and none of them are good, but I'm confident things will turn around, because I'm determined to make them. The downside to that is no time or ability to plan anything, since my schedule right now is no schedule. Case in point, we were shutting down 4 days for Christmas, now, we're not. Sooooo, any plans I had went out the window. Not a good thing, but tough times require tough solutions. I stepped up to volunteer to work those 4 days, since others have family, but it didn't matter, they got forced into it as well. Those that didn't, well, let's just say they got some time off. I don't agree with that at all, for the record, and neither did the higher ups, but the directive came from coporate, so, they could either carry it out, or get some time off as well. Just talking about this has me fired up, and sure, I could find another job, but I'd feel like I quit just because it got tough. Where would I be if I quit the gym because it got tough? I just don't know right now, but I'll keep everyone posted.

Well if you could find an equal paying job or better is isn't like that at all. I mean when a particular workout is not giving you the results you want anymore you change it don't you? It is not your failure that made the workout stop producing the results, by finding a new program you did not quit working out... You simply did something that was better for YOU.

As long as you plan it all out it isn't quitting it is progressing. Now to just get upset and quit without somewhere else to go work that would be self sabotage. If you have options don't be afraid to explore them. If not then be mentally tough and you will make it through. Either way, keep your head up George.

I know how you feel man. I've had my company tell they dont need, then need me, then dont need me, then need me for christmas. It's very very frustrating. So I understand. Don't give up on the lifting man. Can you fit in at least 3 days a week? Maybe consider a full out DC routine. Maybe take this time to focus on a cut. Get a jump rope and do some 15 minute intervals everyday. Do some core work at work. This happens to me once a year or so and this is what I do. Now if I could only control my eating lol.

Thanks for the words of encouragement guys!! I just had to vent, totally frustrated at this point. I've finally figured out what works for me, and I owe a lot of that to you guys for helping me find my way, and encouraging me to get there, so thanks a ton, I really do appreciate it. Seems I'm always destined to chase that which is out of my grasp, but that doesn't mean I can't try. Work just got a lot more physical for me, pretty much doing what I used to do, plus this new stuff, but hey, at least I'm not working in 125+ degree temps with 40%+ humidity. Guess winter is good for something. Should start jumping rope, I'm cursed with fast hands, but rooted feet. It's not for lack of effort, just no lower body coordination, it's pathetic. The only way I could jump rope would be to lay it on the ground and repeatedly jump over it side to side, and even that seems daunting and on the edge to me,lol.

Today's workout:

I knew I had to get in and get out today, spent roughly and hour hitting up back and one set of bi's. Was going to hit some legs, but stood around til' the urge passed. Seriously, re-thought the legs, as I'm due back in at 5pm today, won't get done til' 7am Friday, so I needed some sleep.

Yate's rows: 225x8x3x1, 135x10. Might have been a bit over zealous on bumping this one up 20lbs. Man, I do love these though. Gotta find a way to do them with an ez curl bar though, my wrists are shot after a day at work.

Close grip t-bar rows: 175ishx9x4x2, 105ishx10. Don't know what the bar weighs when it's used for this, so your guess is as good as mine, to tired to try and figure it out. Kept pretty parallel on this, my one buddy was actually there, and had him watch.

Rack Chins: Body weight + 70lbs.x6x3x2x1, body weight x9. Like these a ton!! Not very good at 'em yet, but gimme time.

Wide grip lat pull downs: 180x8x6x2x1, 130x10. Feeling pretty whooped by now, but CRAZILY pumped.

DC back stretch with 70lbs.

Straight arm press downs: 45xfailure.

Pinwheel curls: 65x10x6x4, 35x10. I thnk this is working my forearms TOO much. Damn forearms are getting bigger than my upper arms again, lol, but man, I love these!!

Awesome pump today, partly fueled by Hemo, and the other part pure, unadulterated, seething rage. Pretty much just took enough time between sets to gulp a swig of water and set up the next one. Obviously, this works well for a pump, but having Hemo is all the better!! Actually took just a 1/2 dose today, 3 caps. I must say, this is pretty much all I need to give me that extra oomph pump. It wasn't like the pumps where half of what they were with half a dose, I'd say a full dose being a "10", this was easily an "8", so for me, this stuff is even more of a bargain, as one bottle would last me 60 workouts. I'm sure the pump would have been ever more, had I had more time and more sets. Granted, 6 is sheer pump bliss, but I don't know how you guys handle more than that. 6 caps makes it hard to hold onto anything, my forearms get so pumped. I wish every part of me was like my forearms, but oh well. Gonna try to hit up legs tomorrow.

Way to keep your head up bro! Smashed that workout too!

gnarly is all that comes to mind :p

Sorry guys for not being on here for a few, trying to get things in order for the upcoming holidays, seeing as how I'm now working them. Needless to say, things are in a bit of disarray, but I'll be posting up part 1 of my final review today. Wish I could clone myself, or at least find a stunt double. Hope you guys are having a great weekend!!

No worries man. We're all busy during the holidays. Do your thang man! Your log has been amazing thus far!

Alright, let's get to the review fo Hemodraulix, the whole point of this log!!
I definitely wasn't biased going into this log, but I can't say the same now, this stuff simply rocks!! Billed as a "NO, pump type product" Hemo delivered the goods and more.

Pros:
- Easily does what the label and reps claim it to do, and then some!!
-Pumps are solid, all the way from warm-ups to walking in the door to the house after a workout. These aren't your typical 10 minute pumps, these are WFO pumps that go on in my case for 2-3 hours! It's nice to be able to show off that gym pump after the gym!!
- Near immediate, noticeably pronounced, visible results. I was noticing results within a half hour after dosing, and that was mainly on an empty stomach.
- A pump you can feel AND see. You wanna go flex over and over again, just to see how much more swole you can get on this stuff when working out, it's that ridiculous. I and lots of others thought I had big forearms, then I tried this stuff and now I know how big my forearms can get. They got so pumped, even from secondary work, that it was hard to hold onto weights.
- Very synergistic, meaning, it will work/stack well with anything I can pretty much think of. I do intend to put that to the test here in a few weeks.
- Useful amount of proven ingredients. I felt the BA tingles, so that tells me that it's s good dose of quality BA in those caps. There's Sesame oil (Sesamin) in there as well, in addition to AA and other proven ingredients. I'm sure, had I been more regular in my workouts, I would have noticed a leaning effect towards the end of the bottle, as I use Sesamin for that purpose.
- Improved set recovery. I did notice this more past the half way point in the bottle. Again, I can't help but feel had I been more regular, that would have happened sooner and or been more pronounced. Days of taking it back to back, it was far more obvious. It equated to a reps here or there, nothing to outrageous, but I was very happy for an extra rep!! It also helped cut down on my gym time by letting me plow through workouts a bit brisker than normal, thanks to not needing to rest as long between sets.
- Ease of use. Seriously, what could be easier? No messy powders to mix or damn shakers that leak, and that's a BIG plus.
- Cost effective. Having ran 6 caps, and done a half dose, I can say that 3 caps would work fine for me, perhaps 4 at most. This makes it a very cost effective product for me, more than a months worth of pump goodness!! Additionally, it has Sesame oil in it, so not only are you getting a pump, but your eliminating the plump at the same time.
- Active, knowledgeable, and friendly reps on the forum. This is a big deal to me, and it should be to everyone else. Companies with great customer service and a broad knowledge base will get my business, regardless if they're a couple bucks more. Thankfully, this product is very sheap for what it delivers.
- Muliple feedback stating the same results or better than what I got prove the strength and claims of this product.
- No Creatine. I know some of you are going to be like " No creatine, that's a bad thing!!" For me, it's not. I do take time off of it, so it's great to have something that pumps me up, without it containing creatine in it. It's really nice to have options.
- Actually was able to validate others getting the same results as me, by letting 2 of my buddies try a dose. Both confirmed what I already knew. Of the 3 of us, I reacted the fastest to it, while my one buddy, who is the lightest, took the longest, around 45 minutes. Thought it odd, with him being lighter, but oh well. So looks like the window is 20-45 minutes.
- Excellent for before "Bedroom Cardio". Heck, if ya time it right, no need for another dose!! Pretty impressive in that department. I decided to try it adn I'm glad I did. Hey, we all gotta make sacrifices for a good log, right?

I'll be posting up more of the review tomorrow, things are just nucking futs right now, and again, I apologize for that. Still can't think of any cons, can't even say it's not free, because it was, lol!! I'd gladly pay double of what some sites are charging for this bottle of goodness though!! I've already got my next bottle sitting on the shelf. At this rate, not so sure when I'll be using it next, need my schedule to settle down first.

Sorry also to those whose logs I haven't been following as closely as I'd like, it's that whole time thing. Case in point, finally got another computer built and finished today. That's like 3 in a month, I'm convinced I'm cursed. Anyways, I might get a chance to post some more tonight, but if not, tomorrow for sure. Thanks guys!!

awesome log.. I enjoyed reading it and see your progression!!! Can pretty much say this log was the reason why I went out and got me a bottle of hemo for myself. Only used it a couple days but I have noticed differences with every workout.

So got any future plans.. I saw your pics of all those supps.. If I remeber correctly it was some sllep stuff, hgh, prime, and testopro?

Either way shoot me a link if you decide to log that one, Ill gladly follow :bigok:

Oh by the way I made that pumpkin oatmeal you had told me about a while back. Was pretty tastey!! I spiced it like a pie with some nutmeg, all spice and cinnamon. Wish I had some whipped cream to top it off with :32:

Thanks bud, makes me feel good when I can help someone out!! Hehe, it's tough to beat that pumpkin oatmeal, and it's super easy to make in the crockpot/slow cooker.

Pros part 2:

- This is a big one. A FULL MONTHS SUPPLY AT THE RECOMMENDED DOSE!! I can't tell you how cool that is, but I can try. Nothing chaps my @$$ more than a company touting their product with "Guaranteed results", only to find out you need at least 2 bottles of it to run the "label dosing" but the dosing the recommend will run you at least 3 bottles for a month. A very big thumbs up to Axis on this!!
- No practicing the 50 yard dash, meaning, no sprinting to the bathroom mid-workout. All pumps and no dumps here. Can't tell ya how many supps have done that to me. If I wanna do wind sprints, I'll do them when I want to, not when I'm forced.
- No caffeine. That's real handy for people like me who are working out, then catching some sleep. Great for that extra oomph, and then off to bed. Additionally, on a side note, arginine has been shown to elicit better HGH production, especially during sleep.

That pretty much sums up the pros for me. Try as I may, I just couldn't come up with any cons. Now, that's not to say somebody won't find one, this is just my opinion, along with many others it seems.

I'll post some more stuff up here later tomorrow.

Great Review Bro!

Good second review. LOL

awesome review man!! This was a stellar log! And I am very grateful that you ran it for us! Excited to see what else you have in store for us in the upcoming months!

Well, I'm currently at work, so can't really get to detailed. I just want to take this time to wish everyone a merry Christmas!! If Christmas isn't your bag, have a merry whatever is. I'll post up more of my review once I get more time.

FINALLY got some time to sit down and finish up this log. Sorry for the delay, work and other things have been very nuts. Last time I left, all I needed to update where the cons of Hemo, and happy to say, even with all this lay-off, STILL couldn't come up with any. This was by far the best straight up pump product I've ran to date, and I'm looking forward to running it again here in a few months. Again, I'd like to thank all the good fellas at Axis and also the Robinator for this chance to run this sponsored log on a very stellar product. You guys definitely did your homework on this stuff!!
