Very happy that with results so far, I'm shocked when I looked in the mirror today and thought my abs looked leaner and then taking the measurements and finding out it is lol, I didn't think I could eat this much and still get leaner!

I don't think to many, the protein shots I add in are only 110 cals each and the Gatorade is like 180cals. Not sure how many Calories are in Xtend, DominATP and Kwick Karb, it doesn't say, but that shake sure gives one hell of a Pump thats for sure lol.

I might be getting better gains too since I couldn't do weights for 6 months from my shoulder injury and I only have been back at it for 3 weeks of weights before this stack. But I'm getting some really good results so far thats for sure. I love the vascularity effect I get about an hour after I take HGH UP my veins come out like crazy lol

I got some pretty awesome strength gains from todays workout compared to last weeks, I hope everything goes up like that again next week, I might end up beating some PR's in just 1 month and from being off 6 months and being able to come back in 1 month would be amazing!

Great workout today, my strength went up big time from last weeks lifts, I believe this may be the Prime already kicking in, I had good results with it for strength last year but it took 3 weeks to feel a big Jump, but that was at 6 caps a day 6 days a week and it was the old version with less in the caps.
HGH Up is giving me excellent deep sleeps, Libido high, Vascularity is good.

Very happy being up 4 pounds, I hope to make it another 4 for next week weigh-ins, or more would be good too lol. Now Feeling sleepy from the HGH UP now off to bed, Goodnight:D

Whey Protein Shot from Body Fortress, they are regularly like $2.99 each at Wal-Mart but they were on sale for $1 each so I bought a **** load, I ran out of them tonight, I'm gonna go see if they have anymore there tomorrow.

SUPPLEMENT EFFECTS
Chest workout was amazing today, good Pumps, my strength went up on all my lifts. Aggression/ Motivation was very high today. Libido was also very high, Sleep has been amazing. Shoulder was sore a bit after workout. Not sure if hunger has changed, I've never ate this much before so I'm never really too hungry. I must say I look a little puffy today, but I am trying to bulk so, as long as I get my strength back and get back up to 185lbs I'll be happy.

I will post my lifts every friday night and compare them with last weeks lifts, so everyone can see what kind of strength gains I'm getting.

How would you rate the sleep on scale 1-10?

10 hands down, best sleep ever. Especially when I took 5 caps 30min before bed! A really big difference for me is libido:| at 21 I didn't think it could get any higher lol but I was wrong! Recovery has increased this week as well.

Arm workout felt really good, the pumps are sick, P-slin freaking rocks! Sleep is getting better and better, I felt very hungry today so I had a cheat meal:O and I made sure I cheated hard so I ate 8 slices of pizza lol, But won't happen again! LOL Yes I'm getting some really crazy dreams, and the nights I do 5 caps pre-bed the dreams are insane. Last night all I dreamed about was trying not to get killed by vampires LMAO it was weird ahaha. But very deep sleeps!

Had a Great back workout today, Everything went way up again today and pumps were great. Shoulder was a bit sore all day. Knee really hurts, I twisted it a bit yesterday, way to sore to do any Cardio today. Sleep is so perfect! Energy levels are way up as well.....2:30am me and the wife snuck over to my parents and built a huge snow penis in their driveway as a prank while they were sleeping LOL. The face on my parents when they wake up is going to be priceless:D ahaha.

Mini Review
Whiteflood- 10/10 I would have to say Whiteflood is the real deal pre-workout supplement. This is my second fav Pre-workout supplement now, I find it works better then JP8 for me and gives me a little bit of a better pump for me then Jack3d. However Jack3d still works best for me with Cardio and energy. I will have to give a jug of Whilteflood a try sometime for when I focus on Gaining weight again.

Purple Wraath- 10/10, Worked Really good with whiteflood IMO much better then Xtend and will have to use Purple wraath for now on when I run out of Xtend.

PurpleInTrain- 7/10, Felt a more steady Pump during the workout but it is hard for me to Pin point how it really worked, but I'm sure it helped.

Green Mag- 9/10 felt a lot of beta alinine tingles more then ever!

Over all very impressed with Controlled Labs supplements.

SUPPLEMENT EFFECTS
Did chest today and felt so amazing, Pumps were sick, strength went up on all lifts again. Chest is a lot bigger now. The Controlled Labs Samples were really good. I have put on a bit of body fat on the stomach but not much, I gained a lot of muscle fast so I'm happy and I'm seeing more veins everyday as well. Libido is great, sleep is amazing, I have been getting about 6 hours a night most nights and Feels like a 9-10 hour sleep, shoulder is feeling better everyday, Agression and motivation is amazing HGH UP rocks! I am already happy with the results, I will diff post before and after pics when I'm done this stack.

Must Say Prime and HGH UP has increased my strength very fast every week and I'm feeling much stronger. Rough day, diet sucked, felt puffy and since day 1 of ever trying JP8 my nose gets so snotty after taking it and I always sneez a few times, it's weird. I think I get some weird reaction from it, I even got some weird red dots under my eye after taking it. So I'm going to stop using JP8 and Nos Ether from now on.

But on the bright side all my lifts went up again and knee is feeling better. I believe I will have a better day tomorrow. Now Time for some HGH UP and off to bed, GoooooodNightttt!!!!
