oh why do you say that. whats bad about that i've never heard anything like that from all the forums ive read through about oral roids

Dude, your the same size I was after 4+ years on meth. Quit being a pu$$y and bulk up naturally for a few years!!!

IF this is real and you INSIST on doing a steroid, why do one that is typically used for cutting? 130 lbs? Is that accurate? Dude, I curl your body weight. Try steak, chicken, eggs, fish, veggies, damn. I never recommend this but go eat Big Macs and Whoppers. you need calories.

20 now i know thats young but ive been working out and not gaining ANY weight i consume about 3500- 4000 calories a day and take in approx 180-200 g's protein a day. some of thats in weight gainer shake i take a few times a day. i can not seem to gain weight! i work out hard doing less reps more weight. i have a good routine and diet plan but for some reason i seem to not be able to put on any weight. i think its because i used alot of drugs when i was 16-17 that messed with my naturalmuscle growthbut been clean now an nothing helpssss this is a mild ph and i feel this will help with my muscle growth.

if u honestly are having that hard of a time gaining weight, then u might have some medical condition. go to a doctor and get bloodwork done.

i will not advise ppl underweight to use steroids.
i will not advise those under 21 to use steroids.
i will not advise anyone looking for a shortcut because their diet blows.

go to the doctor and come back here with ur blood test results.

advising u about steroids at ur height, weight and age is completely irresponsible of anyone who tries to help u here....sorry dude

It's called being a real hardgainer...I feel your pain bro. You can train perfect/eat perfect/do a perfect cycle and you will still not blow up like most ppl, but steroids are the only solution I feel unless you are willing to spend half a decade training/eating properly until people notice you're getting bigger

Hard gainers do exist but you CAN STILL GAIN. I am one. I'm just breaking 200lbs now. Pound food and get your diet worked on. Go to a doctor if that doesn't work. AAS are not the answer at this point in time. NO matter what you take IF you're not eating properly or enough then you won't gain much if any and wont keep it.

ya ive tried the eating a bunch and went on some rough caloric diets on and off for a few years but i cant seem to ever gain but a pound or 2 in like a period of a month. i know i should weigh more than i do n0ow and im tired of being skinny look at my pict u can see i just want some nice sized arms an NOT chicken legs. that is the only thing that i want an my life would be perfect as it already is near there now. i am going to do this one cycle an i promised myself to never use any prohormone again. i want some decent gains. and afterwords ill stick to all natural i just want a boost up

I agree, everyone can gain. But for the most extreme hardgainers such as myself, the bodybuilding lifestyle is simply not worth it when it takes you months to progress how others progress in weeks

I thought the same thing at first. It won't be too long before you're planning your cycles for the next year or two, lol.

usually there's a variable behind every hardgainer that is off. Most of the time it's diet, but it can be other things.

Sometimes they just have way low natural test and should be on HRT. Sometimes they are taking prescription meds that mess everything up (like adderall). Sometimes its drugs that aren't prescription. Sometimes it's a major sleep deficiency. Sometimes their training is just horrible. As mentioned above, intestinal parasites. Or other medical conditions that haven't been diagnosed.

Unless there's something wrong with your digestive tract though, you eat enough calories and you WILL gain weight... you do so while lifting weights properly and getting sore and some of the weight will be muscle.

try eating over 4000 calories everyday for several months straight.

i dont take any drugs being it prescription or non i dont even take advil for headaches i choose to be all natural now i know that sounds stupid bein im turnin to a ph but i have tried all natural diets drinkin weight gainere shakes and and taking creatine and working out hard. i really do work out hard i go to the gym about 4-5 timnes a week and do less reps high weight but never can gain weighttt

Great list. I would like to add, for some hardgainers, I think that an overly activing sympathetic nervous system and poor neuromuscular communication/crappy muscle fiber ratios are the biggest issues. The adrenals can be a bitch to us. Our cortisol levels can be very high, negating any muscle growth we achieve and increasing fat storage, which further hinders muscle growth. Laaame..block that shiz! The other HUGE problem is how few type 2 muscle fibers we have. You can do volume work and not grow anytime soon because you're not telling your body to grow and because type 1 fiber growth is very slow, or lift heavy and activate a small percentage of the already scarce type 2 fibers because of poor NMJ communication. My advice to the extreme hardgainer is to figure out a fast paced routine where you exhaust your type 1's and force the type 2's to endure the workload and block cortisol. I like to do high volume curl squats (if that's even a term) to warm up before my workouts to wake up my CNS

alright well thanks for everyones warning an suggestions i will continue posting my cycle results for myself to keep track an if u want to folow along that'd be cool.
everyone take care!!!!

This thread worries and saddens me very much.

@aemxprep69: GO TO A DOCTOR AND SEEK THEIR MEDICAL EXPERTISE AND ADVICE FOR YOUR GOALS!!!

just don't sue the manufacturer or the company that makes the supp if something goes wrong.

He's not getting anywhere near the 4000 calories he claims. I'd put money on it.

ok ive read all of yalls warnings on here and i agreed with myself to stop yall are right it is stupid for me to be doing this im actually 19 years old sorry for tellin yal 20 but i was just thinking about all of your warnings and if thats not a sign that i shouldnt be doing this then idk what is. i have only done this for a total of two days{4 pills} so i should be fine right? another reason im stopping is because i have experienced severe headaches and i NEVER get them and my eyes have been kinda bloodshot looking. also the first day i took it my body felt numb. is that normal? nut thanks for everyones concerns im glad i started this thread bcuz who knows what would have happened if i continued using. but what i ask now is can anyone give me an idea of something i can take that is not a ph that will help boost my weight gain besides weight gainer shakes cuz i take those already. you think taking somethinglike a natural test booster would be good?

Boy, you should stop before you even start
130 pounds and 6 feet
19 years old

well at least you weren't taking a heaver compound

yes ,stop right now. it takes a week to kick in, your not to late.
Just eat protein, you don't weightgainer just eat more real food,
dont do a cycle of any anabolic steroid until you gain at least 40 pounds and your 2 years older

if you cant gain weight go see a doctor and let them check for everything, you might have some wasting disease because you weighed less then 130 pounds recently, thats less then a normal female at your height

I am a hard gainer I maintenance @ about 3200 cals @ 28 years old and 170 lbs when i was your age forget about it in HS I was eating almost 5k cals/day to play football and never crossed the 160 mark @ about 5'11". I'm not as athletically active as I was then so that's helping me put on weight now (that and my aging metabolism) but You need to find your maintenance cals consume about 110%-120% and work out hard with relatively heavy weights and low reps for a while and ull put on weight. when you do gain, you have to up your cals another 5-10% for every 5-7lbs or YOU WILL lose the gains. you cant slack... at least if your anything like me

Just thorw the Idea of gear out the window your natural test is high enuff right now to do everything you need as long as you feed the machine.

This is me @ 19 about 6 months after my last football game i was back down to eating about 3k/day by this time and all junk. I weight about 135 that was my natural weight till about 24y.o

me @ 6'2" 150 (my new natural weight @ 28yo)
Invalid Link Removed

me on 10/21 @ about 164 (about 30 days back in the gym and managing my diet)
Invalid Link Removed

I haven't snapped any new pics in a month or so but I'm about 170 now, and its all discipline so far. But if i miss meals I see it and feel it, I need the Carbs as much as the protein because my muscles burn a lot. If i don't satisfy the burn (with carbs) I cant grow with protein

You wanna get BIG?? Put on more weights!! It takes time man, there aint no magic pills thats gonna turn you into a beast, only hard work and dedication!

Glad to see you changed your mind. At your age you don't need test boosters of PHs. Eat, eat, eat, then eat some more. Look up diets and workouts for hardgainers. You should find some info to help you.

I really recommend you write down everything you eat for a few days, then add up the macro nutrient levels to see if your getting in enought calories, protein, carbs and the right kinds of fats....

You will be fine.

The rest of that stuff is your mind playing tricks on you, because you are so worried that its not good for you.

Steroids are not for you.

Here's a list of things you should be doing:

- Eat a well balanced diet, I mean eat, eat, and when your full eat again
- Get a really good training program down... I'll post some things to look up
- Get good rest and sleep
- Stick to the basic must have of supps... protein, creatine, multi-vitamin, fish oil, etc
- And repeat all of the above over and over again with a little patience. It will happen.
- Stay dedicated, this trully is a marathon, not a sprint
- Look in the diet/nutrition forum for ideas and methods on eating
- Look up Starting Strength by Mark Ripptoe
- Look up Westside Barbell for Skinny Bastards
- Look up Bill Starr 5x5

 Solid advice.

Go get a blood test done. If your hormone levels come back good, then the problem is your training and/or diet. I'm guessing both are horrible. You probably haven't put the necessary time in, either.

If your hormone levels are good, you get your diet and training in check, and you are CONSISTENT, I wouldn't be surprised at all if you packed on 10+ pounds of lean mass within a year from now.

@aemxprep69

1. Set goals. Short term and long term (3months - 12months - 24months)
2. Read Read Read Look at diets and training programs for hard gainers ( already recommended )
3. Start a log that states them and start keeping a journal on meals / calories / times. Do the same with your workouts. This should be kept on your person at all times.
4. Transfer your hand written log to this site every other day or so.
5. Only weigh yourself once a week. Take a picture once a month and note the related weight.
6. Take the very good advice on this forum ( which you have already started doing ).

With a very detailed log you as well as this forum will have the understanding to help you achieve your goals.

Good Luck. Train hard. Eat Well.

Agreed. Dude, train EOD so your body can rest, you grow when you rest not when you lift. Sleep at least 8 hours a day, and most importantly EAT if you wanna get big, I hate to call you out on this, but for how long have you been eating 4000 cals a day?
