haha yeh no doubt about the tennis court. Ive played hockey, football, baseball and just about every other sport...u put me on a tennis court and ill get slammed by a 115 lb chineese kid.

I actaully just read an article like five minutes ago about kurt warner and how his best friend is larry fitzgerald and how kurt beats him in basketball. So i guess maybe moss cant play basketball if a 40 year old white guy beats up on larry

hahaha, i am going to argue that if moss took 3 years off from football and concentrated on being the best basketball player he could be, that at the end of that 3 years he would be a very decent player. btw- i have been playing tennis since 8th grade, and play with the same group of guys that i have been playing for the last 30-35 years. many of them are policemen and firemen and a lot of us workout with weights at the same gym we have been going to forever- one of the firemen owns it, lol.

Good point man! Im not bbing, I plan to focus on muscles groups later just for symmetry. I like to be well rounded and if I want to go for a jog, I can.

THE RAG EFFECT Getting more and more vascular every day!! More veins popping up in my forearms and branching off those bicep veins, looks sweet!! Rag def put me in the zone today, was a long day and honestly didnt feel like lifting, and I ALWAYS feel like lifting. Arms /chest/back were mega pumped, felt and looked good. Got a compliment about my arm/arm vascularity:thumbsup:

THE LIFT I think I kicked myself out of keto yesterday. Dad had bunch of breaded venison, I couldnt resist. Oh well life goes on. Very good lift today, I planned it then did it!!

Got some abveins comming in, 1 solid one and like 2 right next to it, hopefully they will be fully visible always within a month or so. Making progress!!!

Tomorrow is legs with DBs. Ill be opening up the gym on Thanksgiving, I love when its my personal gym :yup:

Oh man it was backstraps in some good breading cooked in Evoo... I think I ate 2lbs of it, I couldnt and didnt want to stop!!!

hahah I always thought it was funny that we didn't market that angle any harder than we do. It really does help dramatically with mood elevation. Must be that enteric coating ;)

THE RAG EFFECT Crazy energy and very vascular! Entire body is vascular!! Def looking meaner every day. Hammys are still pumped, same with my calves. No sides except awesome energy/pump!

THE LIFT Well 110 dbs are to heavy for now...All my lifts are raw except front sqs where Im using straps. My legs are devloping very nicely, I got noticeable hamstrings what really give my legs a cool oval shape. If only my calves would grow...

Dont got to much to say, good lift nailed everything except little bit stuck on good mornings and db sqs. I may start doing gms in a cage, being parallel to the floor is intimidating.

THE RAG EFFECT Well the gym was closed so it was just me in there and I decided to lift in a beater lol. More vascular then usual, and thats vascular!! Lot of "hidden" veins I havent noticed while lifting in a shirt. Veins in forearms popped up out of no where this week.

I took a 50g whey shake about 45mins pre w/o... It came out like it came in lol that damn rag. Other than that, nothing to report than awesome energy and good pump!!

THE LIFT Killed it today!! Everything felt so heavy, I started getting discouraged at set 2 of shoulder press. Turns out, it just motivated me more!! Getting real real lean, upper chest you can start to see the muscle fibers, looks cool!!

Gonna pig out today, Ive earned it. I think after today I might go into a 2 week or so ketosis, I gotta get this cut done and over with.

Off day tomororw, Im drained but feels good! :thumbsup:

great dedication. when i was your age i was too busy chasing skirts and partaying to take it that serious. i admire the fact that you have your priorities in order at such a young age.:alcoholic:

Thank you! I got way sided like 2 sumers ago or last summer real bad, gained tons of bf n didnt even lift. Ill never take something for granted again!

More good news, got accepted into the spring of 2010 for exercise science woo!!! This year is turning out to be one of the best! :thumbsup:

THE LIFT Chest = Fail. Idk I gotta do something here its pissing me off. I may lift at a different gym what actually has an ****ing incline bench not some power rack you gotta set up that takes 10mins. w/e...

Nailed some Pr's on Tbar, which is surprising. Real spot on form as well. Didnt feel explosive at all for chest, gotta work on that. I may try lowering the weight idk we'll see. Im still pissy, oh well life goes on :thumbsup:

No worries man, just eat the loss and count it towards experience. Besides, you got a new PR under your belt. That's gotta count for something.

If you need something to help with making the chest workout feel more explosive, try cables. That sh*t leave me feeling like my chest is gonna...well...pop out of my chest.

Ya I realll expect a lot out of myself, sometimes unrealistic.

Cables at the end of a workout are an awesome way to finish, low stress and awesome pump. I think I may add them back into my DB chest routine or something. Or something lol. I gotta remind myself Im only eating ~2.2k calories.

whenever I have trouble with a certain bodypart I usually attack it from a different angle and then try again on the "goal".

Like if you're struggling getting a higher weight out...sometimes it helps to use a session with lower weight and just destroy your chest with a TON of reps....and then the following week shoot that high weight again.

Def along the lines of what I was thinking. I think Im gonna drop the weight for 1-2 weeks on chest and pound out some reps. Thanks for the good sugestions

THE RAG EFFECT Def got my legs pumped today, felt good. Nice focus/energy the duration of the lift which was a huge benefit. I was in the zone w/ rag, def made the life better! I may try 2 scoops just for giggles.

THE LIFT The only thing I had my mind on was pulling 325, I did it! Idk why I couldnt get 320 for reps, 325 went up so effin easy, it was like me standing up w/o weight lol.

By the time I got to the leg press, I was just spent. I wasnt huffing and puffing or really sweaty, just 0 power. Thats not a bad thing tho, I think if this trend continues Ill be adding some more reps to end sets.

THE RAG EFFECT I kinda looked like an anamtomy model with my veins. Bicep veins bulging and branching off, kinda cool like worms under my skin. Def got pumped after the 1st/2nd set. Was zoned in today but that kid really took the wind out of my sails. Oh well, by the end I had an entire uppbody pump, well mostly felt like good!!

THE LIFT thank god this cutting bs is almost done, Im sooooo close to being able to rep 100's for inc Ill get them soon. Just sucks when youre so close to something you want so much.

I think Im going to drop some poundage on some lifts and maintain for a little bit if I am slowly decresasing. dunno yet, not to worried new routine and diet starts Jan 1st :thumbsup: balls to the wall!!

Ya the pump on this is sweet, as you can see my initial training set up I dont really "get pumped" low reps oh well lol.

I think this would be a fine addition to a cut, 0 carbs, no over dose of caffeine, and some beta alanine in there def a good blend for a cut IMO.
