Well I totally forgot to dose before the gym. I have done this a couple times lately. I remember and then i get my bcaa's ready and walk out the door and totally forget until like my 4th set. I feel like a idiot! lol I think its weird though because even though I forgot to dose I feel super pumped , like more so than i have in a while. Looking swole as hell!!!
Benches went up to 245 on last set for 5, incline db up to 80 for 10, decline presses to 2plates and a quarter(machine) then finished off with cable crossovers, shoulder presses to 80 per side(machine) , side raises to 30, upright rows to 90 finished with a couple sets for tris and was out. I have been incorporating fst-7 training in lately and i am really liking it.

Diet for the day:
meal 1-protein shake in 10ounces milke, ezekiel cereal, banana
meal 2- 2 cups brown rice, 8 ounces chicken, bcaa's
intra workout- lg's bc+eaa and extra glutamine
post- protein shake, banana, two whole grain waffles, maple syrup
meal 4-brown rice 1 1/2 - 2 cups rice, 8 ounces ground beef
meal 5- brown rice or yam chicken breast
meal 6-ground beef 8ounces, salad or broccoli
meal 7- protein shake and some almonds

Theres my typical diet for a workout day, and i am getting leaner on this so that awesome! i need to up my cardio a bit and I will be 8% in no time at all! i am just such a procrastinator when it comes to cardio. Everyone make sure to bitch at me about cardio . It's for my own good . lol
 
Missing a few doses wont hurt. Prob make your tolerance go down. I have not noticed a problem when missing a dose or two.

Sleep is still kicking strong. I was pretty worn down last week So i decided to take a break from the gym, then modern warfare 2 came out and i extended it to a full week. I am back to the gym tomorrow.

It's more like crack than a game. lol I was planning on taking a couple days off anyways because I was feeling very drained and I was getting doms real bad. I am about to go hit the gym in a little bit can't wait!

I just got done with the postworkout meal about 30 mins ago, and i am starving! WTF

I had the same experience, I would eat and then be hungry within 30 mins.

Lmao yeah right, that would be funny. Just a little update i am still out of the gym. I got pretty sick yesterday and I am feeling a lot better today but I am gonna wait and see how I feel tomorrow before i head back in the gym. I hate being sick especially when i just took a week break...oh well what can you do?

Finally feeling alot better today!:bigok: I can't wait for the gym sesh tomorrow. I have lost like 3 pounds from being sick , but it should come right back.imo. I think breaks help me sometimes because I always come back so much more excited and ready for war. I really do hope that my strength isn't drastically low though.

I'm usually pleasantly surprised at my strength levels after being sick a few days. It really only effects my workouts if I'm sick for 5 days or more.

First day back in the gym was yesterday. I wasn't as weak as I thought I would be. I was about 75-80% of my usual strength. I am down in weight to 179.5 this morning. I had awesome sleep last night thanks to ghenerate. i hope to get a couple pounds back during thanksgiving. Should be working out in a little bit as long as it doesn't rain. I have a serious court date tomorrow too so everyone that prays keep me in them please.

Pretty good i night have gained a little fat when I was sick because I was eating pretty badly. I couldn't get my normal diet down so I just ate whatever until I got better. Other than that I am still looking pretty good from the long break.

I've only missed 1 workout this entire year. And I didn't really miss it. I made it up the next day which was supposed to be a cardio day. So NO workouts missed this year!!!!

It's EXTREMELY rare I miss a workout for anything other than a scheduled break or an injury. It's usually school related if I do, but I usually just shift around the times. Like, if I regularly workout in the morning, I'll change it up to night. Whatev.

Haha thanks for the constructive criticism guys. If I wasn't used to you guys I might get my feelings hurt j/k. Well the reason is as Ic pointed out that I have no license and I have to bike to them gym . So if it's raining I am not a fan of working out in soaking wet clothes so that is my reason for missing. If I could drive my car believe i would have been there. jerks:rasp: j/p :bigok:
 
Could you invest in a water-proof backpack? Bike to the gym in some shorts and then change your clothes when you get there?

...it would probably be a wise investment if you're having to bike for a while. And, I have a strong feeling, that even when you get your license back you'll still be biking to the gym. Situations like this tend to reshape how you do things, often in a good way.
 
My bad bro..I completely forgot about your situation. Still, do something bro. Do some coc* pushups, air squats, core work, etc. Maybe invest in some bands to work with at home? I dont wanna see our little Hmizzle become a dough boy. :D....Have a good Thanksgiving bro.

I thought about buying one just for a change of cardio. Maybe 2 days per week of the bands and then 2 days on my regular cardio machine.

Thanks thunder I knew you guys were just playing and I enjoy the ribbing lol Gives me some laughs. I am definitely gonna have some smoking going down for sure pre and post dinner:bigok: I have a treadmill at my house so cardio isn't a problem it's just the weights when it rains. Anyways everyone have a great thanksgiving day and don't forget to be thankful for all that you have especially your family and friends.

I hope everyone had a great holiday! Mine was full with great food and good company. I am sitting at 182 right now. i hit legs yesterday and pretty decent numbers but not exactly what i wanted. Sleep is still really good and I am starting to lean back out after my sick week of eating badly. I really would like to finish strong with this as I don't have alot left. Chest is tomorrow and i should be killing it. I will report back then.

Just got back from the gym and I had a decent workout. I am still not 100% from being sick but i am pretty close. I had a serious pump going but I was lacking in energy. I hope this goes away soon because I don't like it at all.

Sweet workout today! Hit legs did some squats, leg press, extensions, stiff deads, lying leg curls, and 3 calf exercises. I am thinking about getting leaner and i thought i might try to limit my carbs for my pre and post workout meals to under 15 to maximize growth hormone output since I will be lowering carbs anyways. What does everyone think about that? I am thinking ground beef before the gym and protein shake and pb afterwords. I have never tried this but I can't seem to get this last layer off of my abs and love handles so maybe this will do it. Still up in the air but i did it today and i actually feel great and not drained as I normally do after the gym with no carbs. Everyone tell me what you think about this approach.:bigok:

I've lowered my carbs considerably over the last 3 or 4 weeks. I have lost just a wee bit of strength but the veins and muscle separation are starting to show through. I think you still need some pre-workout carbs but a carb cut-off in the evening should help you. Stop consuming carbs around 6:00 P.M. This is a DC method of staying lean.

Yeah I am having carbs before the workout it is just 2 meals before instead of right before. I am trying to maximize the gh boosting effects. Anyone else have nay input on this, seeing as I have never done it.
