Well I have been M.I.A havent I haha
Damn mid-term time of the semester I may be a little lacking with the updates over the next week as I have my discrete mathmatics mid term friday, a 5 page paper due friday, astronomy quiz tomorrow, and my software engineering midterm monday. Im still getting to the gym and getting everything i need to get done just dont have that little extra time to write everything up i wish i did this week. I honestly love being busy and always having something to do so im not complaigning
Couple updates from lifting side of things, my deadlifts and heavy lifts are continuing to ge tbck to where they were and beyond. Im trying some new rest/repitition techniques because Ive been getting kind of bored with doing the same old same old in the gym but other than that everything bodybuilding wise and other is going great.
I relaxed a little bit this weekend diet wise and enjoyed a couple cheat meals with my friends, it was really needed and helped me de-stress a bit. Also was able to catch up on sleep a bit which helped bring down my stress levels A LOT
So far Im about a week and a half on the asteroid stack and workout wise my strength has been skyrocketing. It is a little to early than normal for Prime to be in full effect just from past experiences but I can feel it taking affect combined with the slight rebound in weight post contest im still experiencing. Powerfull has definitly increased the quality of sleep as well, thats the most noticable I think. I feel more rested on the same amount of sleep when I get up for my 8am classes everyday. So far so good, over the next week or so is the golden time for me and Prime as I usually feel it in full force around week 2, cant wait!
