What's the best fat burner?

ephedra ( sida cordifolia and mu huang) and its alkaloids are banned.


you can score pure ephedrine from walgreens and walmart as primatene and bronkaid asthma meds.

Actually, you wont find "Pure Ephedrine" at those places you mentioned.

Bronkaid is Ephedrine sulfate mixed with Guaifenesin (an expectorant)

Primatene is Ephedrine Hydrochloride mixed with Guaif.

Not that the Guaif makes ephedrine any less effective.

Just go to CVS and ask the pharmacist for a Box. Its kept behind the counter.

well, just fyi, but case studies of guaif posted on AM have shown no toxic effects at doses upwards of 5g+ if you care to look for them in our many ECA threads. i dont think 400mg taken twice daily will be a problem. to put that into perspective, you could take 20 primatene tablets, and exhibit zero signs of guaif toxicity. this is still not advised, since that would put you add 250*mg of ephedrine, which would be bad - so please don't try it.



its an expectorant. if you dont have any phlem build up, you wont notice anything. conversely, if you do have some buildup , you will enjoy your sinuses being cleaned out.

You educated me on nothing. Fact is, Guaif can make you dizzy and lightheaded. Thats a fact. Now, lets say she was using another med that contributed to that feeling...See where im headed?

I only wanted to correct you on the Pure comment. Nothing more.

But yeah you are kinda little though : /
 
Ephedrine, Yohimbine, Caffeine, and Forslean.

There are places that sell pure ephedrine if you must skip the guaifanesen (sp ?)
 
The most popular fat burner here in my country is Xenical. A lot have used it and got really good results. I'm not sure if it's sold in other countries, though.

It is sold in other countries.
Its better suited to people with real eating disorders as its a fat blocker, for people who have the self motivation to go to the gym and eat healthy its practically useless as all it does is block the intake of fat.
 
I prefer the treadmill and a sustained effort of 75% lactate threshold for one hour 3x a week. This coupled with a restricted carb diet and bob's your uncle, the fat gets treated.

On the other hand, the use of a blow torch(1) whilst methed' out(2) would be a quicker mode of fat elimination. I believe it is fatal though... Don't quote me.

From what I've experienced, I tried an ECY stack using primatene and yohimbe HCL and that worked EXTREMELY well for about a month. a few months later i decided to try it out again but didn't see any results.
I tried meltdown since a lot of people were giving it thumbs up, but it made me so nausious and hungry all the time. I always felt like I was going to hurl and like i needed something solid in my stomach, even just taking the minimum dose.
I tried MX-LS7 for a while too and got some decent results with that. I think it really does depend on the person and your body composition and diet during the time you take something. Even the combo that worked miracles for me the first time didn't do jack the second time around.
 
Forslean, 6 grams of calcium Pyruvate.

I see stims as ephedrine, caffeine as diet aids. Not fat burners. They will help maximize your workouts leading to more calorie burning but taking them on their own won't do much. Forslean will keep weight off and pyruvate really burns calories even without working out. Don't get me wrong stims have their place. You gotta have the energy to be able to burn those calories so they are quite helpful in conjunction with the above 2.
 
Ephedra was the best but now is banned right now you can use USPlabs OxyELITE Pro the one and the only (after you use it you believe)

Can I stack both OEP and EC together? I am currently on my first cycle of EC and it is working wonder so far...I just wouldn't mind stacking it with something else to get melt this fat away. I am currently doing cardio 5X a week at 30 mins a day. I am around 17 percent body fat and dropping. Thanks
 
The best fat burner is HCG... Hands down.

Losing about 1 lbs of pure fat NO muscle. Not hungry. Super easy if you just follow the simple instructions
 
I just checked out HCG protocol on youtube. I have never used HCG but I think it's kind of obvious if you do what they say, you can forget about the HCG/save your money! The recommend a 5-800 calorie diet plus excercise. WELL HELLO.....ANYONE HOME IN THERE? Losing weight is all about burning more calories than taken in. Reduce your portions to 200 per meal and throw in the treadmill and you have a MIRACLE CURE without the scientifically unproven HCG. Come on, what happened to thinking!
