Keepin' it Unreal: Sust, Mast, SD-1 Pseudo-Log

oh...your widowmaker is your only leg set? i usually do two sets...one heavy around 6 reps and then the widow afterwords....with the proper warm-ups of course.

with 2 days of DC and then 5 days of heavy lifting in every 13 day cycle i hit legs twice, so DC is high rep and the other day is low rep. So next time i hit legs it''ll be heavy, i pretty much just acclimate and do working sets at <6 reps

i actually got a while off lifting now, 2 days keto/cardio, then refeed day, then 1 day keto/cardio, and then i get back into lifting. By that time, the SD will have had time to repair my muscles after being hit the first time, and it'll be after the refeed, so i'm really excited for next Monday-Friday

Woke up with an unmistakable full-body out of gym pump. 9 pills into it and it's definite... My biceps and chest feel very solid, and the soreness across my body from the DC training is very pronounced.

Pumped first thing in the morning on an empty stomach... i'm stoked, this stuff is hitting fast and hard at 30mg

EDIT: end of day 4 now and day 4 has been like a kick in day. To recap:
Day1: might have noticed some pump but i wasn't *SURE*
Day2: noticed a little more pump
Day3: certainly noticed more pump during my workout, little bit more "out of gym pump
Day4: woke up hard, been feeling hard and pumped all day, WAY pumped and hard all day... My weight shot up 4 pounds from the previous weigh in, and i've been pounding water all day. I just checked myself out in the mirror and I can see the difference, the muscular hardness is pushing out more vascularity, and the muscles are getting a more full look.

4 days and i can see the difference, i ****in love superdrol

You have the original superdrol right? Do you suppose the effects of mdrol are comparable?

Also, how do you rotate your injections pinning 3x a week? Do you go glute, glute, thigh, thigh?

No, I have SD-1... It's in the log title man, lol.

I suppose it is comparable to most Mdrol which is legitimate superdrol. In regards to my Mdrol batch 092107 mini log... That stuff is most certainly NOT superdrol, as after 10 days and 43 pills i did not have any of the effects that I have gotten after just 3 days and 9 pills of SD-1. I'm a ways into Day 4 now and i'm at 11 pills of SD-1 and the increase in full-body-pump and hardness is unmistakeable.

This stuff is legit, and my Mdrol was completely bunk. I'm not going to send it in to CEL to test because evidently their testing has flaws. But if anyone doubts me i'll sponsor a log from my own unopened bottle. I just don't think anyone will want to though, because A) it's a waste of time and B) whatever's in the pills isn't superdrol and that fact is... sketchy. For all i know, the whole batch wasn't bad and my unopened bottle may work, but i've still got remainders of my bottle, and hell i want to get that stuff analyzed by some lab, because idk WTF is in it.

as for the other question, i'm rotating through glutes and quads yes.

My quad that got the first shot doesn't feel it, but my glute that got the second shot definitely notices it, very sore back there now.

Day 5, 223 lbs (+5)

Weight is back on track for SD, i'm up 5 pounds in 5 days, without changing my diet!

Feeling harder and more pumped all the time, more muscle fullness for sure. So much for having "dulled my receptors" from all my cycling, what a bunch of bull****.

I pinned my other glute today so i've done 3 injects so far. My #1 inject site is good, its normal, but my #2 inject site on my glute is really sore and tight, i've been trying to stretch it out.

Anyway i friggin love Superdrol, it's the sh1znizzle... I've been keto yesterday and today... Yesterday i was around 3300 calories, in ketosis, did ~450 Cals of cardio, and the result of that is i gain 2 pounds, SD is good stuff...!

The coolest thing is, tomorrow is my refeed day, 600g of carbs, so my weight is going to skyrocket
 
Thanks bros... Yes SD always works on me... it's very strong stuff, it's impossible to not notice it. Anyway beware of people talking about dulling receptors and compounds not working the 2nd or 3rd time because this is the 5th time with SD (if i include the 3 week 12-pill pulse as its own cycle) and it's hitting me hard, i love it.

I've been very thirsty and pounding more water all day. Lot of water loading going on, i feel this is where most of the weight is coming from, because as I stated my diet is unchanged and I've been Keto the last 2 days.

My appetite feels low, SD has never done this, maybe it's just from the keto... I get real damn tired of eating so much meat, protein powder and nuts... Anyway, i'm employing one of my favorite BB'in supps mary jane to keep the appetite going... And i'll certainly be using that tomorrow to get my 600g of carbs in. I can't even comprehend how a carb load will go when i'm on 30mg of SD.

Not everyone!!! I'm at the tail end of my 4 week mdrol cycle and I've had no sides to speak of... been loving this stuff... strength is up noticeably since the second day, I'm only running it at 20mg and still getting all day pumps!

Unreal, your SD as kicked in by now but what about the other stuff? can you tell if its real/working?

The sust and mast will take a while to kick in, i'm expecting to start feeling something from them during the 3rd week, but with SD going at that time i probably wont' be able to tell much

I think the first thing I need to address here is how i gained 6 pounds in one day. It has to be water weight. I usually gain weight like mad with SD and now I think starting with 30mg has made my weightgain go crazy. I've been nonstop thirsty.

I am going to lower the dose down to 20mg starting today, i feel 30 just isn't necessary... The reason for 30 was to compare to 40mg of Mdrol but that did nothing and this is blowing me up TOO fast.

Anyway i'm working on carbs right now.

EDIT: i'm a little over 400g into my carbup and i just weighed 234 on my home scale. absolutely ridiculous. It's hard to eat so much because i'm so thirsty that I have to drink a lot of water and the water is hogging all the room in my stomach.

I understand, i get way watery from the carb loading too, right now i feel pretty bloated for sure, and the insanely rapid weight gain is testament to that.

I've never done a fat load before but it sounds cool, i've actually gotten better pumps from eating some really fatty meals than from eating carby meals. My body processes fat and fatty meats very well, and that diet keeps me much leaner than a carby diet. Good luck with that.

Cool, all i can say is don't start with 30mg of SD, it's too much lol... I should have started at 10, 10 is plenty for the first week, run something more like 10/20/20/20.

I accidentally found out how good fat loading works for me. I was carb and fat depleted from 4 consecutive protein/vegetable only days, and on the 5th day I ate my first 5 meals pro/veg and my 6th meal was out at a restaraunt. I ordered white fish and broccoli ... pro/veg right??? Well, I get the fish and it is SOAKED in butter and the broccoli was two GIGANTIC STALKS, I'm talkin like two lettuce head sized stalks. And they were... you guessed it... COVERED with butter. The next day I'll be damned if I wasn't the most striated, veiny, dry, and hard I've ever been.

Day 7, 231 lbs (+13)

Yeah 13 pounds in 7 days, i must be close to some kind of a record... And i've been getting <3500 cals a day.

I'm bloated, that's for sure, so don't get too excited for me, this is all water weight and i'm not too happy about it, I'm thinking it was stupid to start SD at 30mg, it's causing such a rapid uptake of water that i'm just swelling up and i'm ALWAYS thirsty. The only reason i did this is to compare to Mdrol, well I think i accomplished that.

Here's a chart showcasing the difference, this is with the same diet and training. The difference is i didn't get anything from the Mdrol and the SD-1 made me SUPER pumped up by day 4 and incredibly thirsty leading to lots of water consumption & retention.

Remember, SD-1 was dosed at 30mg and 20mg for last 2 days, Mdrol was 40mg

Anyway i'm going to try to dry myself out a little bit and recomp here as I have already reached my target weight. I'll lower calories a little bit too. The goal of this log wasn't to explode and get fat again, it's to build strength and muscle maturity/density.


Anyway i just did cardio today, back is starting to get tender already, other than that and feeling bloated I am doing pretty well. I can't wait to hit chest tomorrow, SD does good things for my bench.
 
keep it up man,

wear some heavy layers on your cardio day and sweat it out, always makes me feel better!

just be sure to keep fat intake high as you know so you keep the muscle bellies full.

I have no idea if your Mdrol is gonna be bunk. I believe the vast majority of it is good. But I've seen a lot of instances where people get bad bottles or bottles that cause completely different gains and sides than Superdrol... this is coming from people who have used SD. So, SOME amount of the bottles are just messed up man... Chances are your bottle is good.

Seriously i don't want to freak everybody out with Mdrol because most of it is good, and once again my bunk bottle was purchased in 2007. I didn't want to do the mini-log to alarm people and take business from CEL, i did it because CEL told me my receptors weren't responding to Superdrol... Which i disagreed with, thought it was more likely that the Mdrol was crap, and so I had to prove it.

haha alright man u effin scared me. i'm trying to end my oral roid life this winter and summer, startin off with m-drol this winter. want to go out with a bang

and the first part meant that ur a beast, 11 lbs in 7 days.. definitely some water sure, but can't be all... so.. damn.
 
looking very solid bro, keep it up. I went to 30mg SD on my 2nd orginal SD cycle and it was intense. Strength skyrocketed very very quick and blew up just like you, 24lbs in 4 wks, tons of water. Thats why I wondered why everyone said it was dry.
 
Day 8, 226 lbs (+8)

So i was able to dry out 5 pounds in one day. The measures i took to lose the bloat yesterday: did 2x sessions of cardio, went very strict keto, drank a little less water, and took 1 drop of letrozole.

By last night i was looking way more dry and vascular... So i'm very happy, i'll take 8 pounds in 8 days, lol... Also at 20mg and without so much carbs (like on the carbup day) i haven't been ridiculously thirsty.

CHEST DAY

bench was up 10 pounds
incline was up a rep per set
flat dumbell flys weren't up but they felt real solid

good pump, looked pretty jacked during and after the workout, muscles are definitely bulging out a little bit better

The good **** has officially begun gentlemen... now almost another 1/3 of a year to keep it going.

Dosing today: 20mg SD-1, 1mL sust, 1mL mast. My injection in my quad went real well. I love pinning quads.
 
I know how you feel, when on methyls I've plus or minus 7lbs more than a few times just on water and carbs, which is alot on a ~190lbs guy. its a pain in the a$$$ but i guess that is the price we pay for getting strong that quick. the ability of superdrol to stuff the muscles with carbs just never ceases to amaze me.
 
Hey unreal, I understand you don't want to bloat- looking for dry gains. But don't you think that water retention in the muscles will help you push more weight, thus building more muscle? And will you not just shed the water at the end of the cycle?
 
i don't think the water is going to push that much weight, i've gotten myself huge and bloated before and hated it, if i push like 2 pounds weaker but look 2x as good that's fine with me. I'm not drying myself out to the point of impeding my strength.

2nd SD run: was up 25 pounds during week 4. It was a high carb diet for me, bloated bad, SD just makes me retain a lot of crap when i eat lots of carbs... And carbs themselves make me thirsty, on SD i'm already thirsty, the combination is a lot of water that gets drunk and a lot of bloat.
 
Hey unreal, you have any pain in your quads a few days after injection? The test e I have, feels like I have a charley horse for a few days after the injection.

Yeah it's been pretty variable on my shots.
1) right quad, hardly felt anything after inject, hardly noticed it
2) right glute, bigtime soreness, the area got SOO tight, and was pretty swollen up, it just started going down. Was pretty painful, moreso than i'm used to
3) left glute, it got a little tight, not too bad, nothing i would call pain
4) left quad, pinned this morning, it's a little tight, no pain

second time through all the muscles i'm not even worried about, after the first it always gets way easier on them. I think for me the muscles are more bothered by the 2mL of oil than by anything with the gear, it seems great to me

Virtually zero soreness even with test prop.

I did a test prop and then a test suspension cycle and I had to figure something out and I found this works great.

I don't know if its one of your first cycles Boggs but that also could be part of it, my body gets MUCH less sore now that I've done a few cycles also, guess its just my body getting used to it.....

Heat helps for sure! Massaging the spot afterwords helps too!

that is sick, I can't imagine what your numbers are going to look like at the end of this cycle. I dont know how mast is but bet you are benching >400lbs before this cycle is done, which is totally ridiculous. Superdrol is BY FAR the best oral to kickstart a cycle imo, especially when run for 5 weeks at lower dose. This cycle is getting me amped up to do a longer, injectable bulking cycle......
 
Haha neverstop i wish i were repping 345 on bench but i meant to say that i hit it for 1, which is good for me, i think my presses suck, i got weak ass shoulders. 3 weeks on SD will probably get my bench up to idk like 365 or 375, we'll see. I dunno what to expect from the test, personally i don't expect anything and i'll be more than happy if i can maintain the gains from SD with test. But hopefully my stupid high doses will work and I can gain more. I kinda doubt it though. I'm not a genetically good bencher so these #s are already pretty high for me, and my last time on test, my bench was pretty much stagnant the whole time. And i can't count on the mast for much, even at my high doses.

my injects, i'm not too worried about the pain, first shot into the muscles with 2mL is gonna make some soreness, after the 2nd and third i doubt i'll be noticing much. But yea neverstop def. good techniques to decrease the pain if its a problem.
