By popular demand I am considering starting up a monthly or bimonthly newsletter that will discuss different topics in a scientific and practical manner similar to how info is presented in my book. Some ideas for topics would be: protein hormones, emerging research, supplements, More AAS. I need to gauge the interest that exists out there for a newsletter such as this so if you are interested, let me know. Also, post in this thread topics that you would like to see. Finally, if you are not interested, post why.

Feel free to tell me why you chose what you chose or to just randomly ask me questions. You can even make this into a get to know Seth Roberts" thread.

Hi Seth, considering the international interest, an online subscription would be the way to go. Consider the paper saved! And $20 sounds about fair to me.

I am actually a little partial to an online subscribable forum section since I like to interact and i feel it is more value for the dollar. I probably wouldn't do an e-newsletter though unless it were free, because in actuality it would be.

I'd like for it to be free but 20$ and under is good too. As much as I like reading your posts I think I'd really enjoy a newsletter. Go for it.

$20.00 sounds fair, and it would be good to be able to interact as well in a subscription only forum on your site.

I am interested in learning new ways to increase protein synthesis in the human body causing it to grow and improve performance and increase capacity for training, some cool topics are non-steroidal anabolics.
Good stuff!

i voted for subscription section of a forum. The newsletter is cool but without interaction it'd have to be free. With the forum we get to bother you with questions :).

Topics to talk about... RECEPTORS, down regulation, the idea that your first cycle is the best because you have "fresh receptors," the idea that your 3rd time using a compound won't be nearly as good as the first time because the receptors are "dull." All that bull****, I'd like to know what you think.

Either way, I would highly entertain the chance at picking your brain. If you do indeed send out a News Letters, please make sure you use recycled paper. :D

I voted that I don`t care about price. Your take on things would be of so much value to us. I would like a chance to have you design a supplement program based on individual needs for us, as your time permits. Maybe a nominal charge.
Example: What substances(herbs, drugs, etc) will help the body absorb more nutrients and all the benefits from a cycle while also protecting the organs?
Just an example.

:burger:i'd like to read a newsletter from you also. it would be great, but sadly, i am a cheapskate, and would only subscribe if it was free.

peptides is something that needs to be hit hard though! major uses functions and saftey of dosing, as well as time.

I really like this idea.

20 dollars seems perfectly reasonable for such a newsletter, I would love to see your views on the issues mentioned above seth...a subscribers forum section would be the only option for me though im afraid

I would definitely be in for a newsletter. Adds would be fine. If it was free a lot more people would sign up for it. (i'm assuming you're mainly trying to advertise for your book)

I'm also interested in the interaction of AAS on different parts of the body. The good and the bad. Ways to combat the bad and enhance the good aspects.

I second Smiley's comment regarding ways to combat the bad and enhance the good, and this can go for any type of synthetic if it is known to be toxic.
My basis for this is due to the large amount of PH's available without a safe support supps, and I believe the company that made The One did a decent job at providing that. I have not tried it, but by doing so and the ingredient list it seems as though its worth a shot investigating this, and the cool thing is we get to learn more about the human body which fascinates me.

Good. Because I have lots of questions for you. LOL

Is this something that people would be interested in? Working out a customized supplement program that would be analyzed for effectiveness and modified over time based on individual goals?

I wouldn't mind there being ads included if it were free. After all, bills do not pay for themselves.

I'd probably pay 5.95 if it were pure email sub, but forum sub, then 15.95 a year would be the max.

in all seriousness though, i would be really interested in a newsletter or something. Very duchaine'ish if you ask me.

oh...hmmmm...well....i thought you were making fun of me....time to regroup....lets go with this then.....

I forgot how OLD you are....ha! :toofunny:

I am a fogey for sure. I am surprised more people didn't check the not interested. I guess everyone is interested if it is free except for one person.
