looking good Silver. What kind of cardio are you doing and how often? If you are repeating yourself by telling me this, I apologize.
If you can muster up the energy (lord knows I have trouble with it), wake up 45 minutes earlier than you "need to" and kill a half hour of cardio fasted with maybe some BCAAs. Get that furnace burning early in the day! I know AZ does this with his bike rides, and he is pretty ripped for an old man.

Just playin' AZ.
You are looking thick, arms look good, tricep is pretty full and has good definition and shape. Front delts have come WAY up as with your traps. Time to work on that medial and rear deltiod. Try out some rear delt cable crosses (at least that's what I call them) where you grab the opposing cable (right arm grabs left cable, and vice versa) and pull the cables away from each other by squeezing the rhomboids and rear delts. These are really tough, I use about 30-40 lbs and am working my ass off. Reverse pec dec is great too esp. superset with some bent bb rows. As for the medial delts, make sure than when you are doing your upright rows and db lateral raises, that you are activating the medial delt, and not letting the weight come slightly (and it only takes a bit) forward and letting the strong front deltoids take over the exercise. Shoulders are one area that need to be "shaped" with light weight to have a full and even look. Big miltitary presses can leave people lopsided if they don't put effort into shaping the muscle as well.
Also, try a barbell circuit for some extra cardio, or to get your heartrate up before you do your cardio. It works like a charm for me... I do something like take a bb with 25's on it (95lbs) and without stopping or putting the bar down, go through this circuit of exercises for sets of 8, 6, 6, 4 reps; with one minute rests between the circuits.
SDL
BB row
BB Clean
Front Squat
Miltiary press
Back Squat.
My heartrate is usually at the level it needs to be about 10-15 minutes into my cardio when I am done, and it takes about 10 minutes to complete the circuit if you bust your ass. I am usually sweating like crazy and dreading the cardio, but it is almost easier to get into it for me, as I am already ready to do the work with my breathing and heartrate. It has made a pretty big difference in not only my cardio, but my overall endurance with weights in the gym... which is a huge factor with my DC workout.
