Thoughts
Back pumps were tolerable today, I downed about 7.5g of taurine caps pre-workout. Workout felt good, the switch to higher reps has been rough, since I've been cranking out low reps with heavy weight for so long.

This week is going to be kinda stressful, starting a new job tuesday, it's kind of a corporate thing, which I've never done before, so I'm gonna have to just wing it on meals for the first day or two, until I figure out how best to do it. I will figure it out tho.

Thoughts
I forgot my remaining 8 M14ADD pills at home, so I'm just gonna transition into P-Mag solo a few days early. I'm kinda happy, no more 4 doses a day. I will be doing one P-mag in the morning, and then 2 after work pre-workout, and taking my cycle assist at lunch.

I really liked M14ADD, but my appetite was starting to taper off, and I was having trouble keeping up the pace at the dinner table. For these last two weeks I will probably be eating more of a recomp style diet, plenty of protein, low fat, and carbs as needed, but definately keeping the cals a bit in excess. I hit 238 this morning, and I wanna try and stay there and dry it out/firm it up a bit. We will see how things go.

305 for 3....that's all I gotta say. I was hoping to get it for one, but got it for 2 untouched, and the spotter nudged it on 3. Felt great.

My appetite had tanked the last 3 days, and I had gotten kinda stopped up, but I drank two 10g doses of metamucil for the last 2 days, and my appetite is back and I'm feeling great. I'm takin in about 1.5 to 2 gal of water a day now, which is helping alot. But over those three days I still forced down enough food to maintain weight, and definately enough protein. I have definately dried out a bit since stopping the M14ADD, so I'm lookin forward to seeing what these last two weeks bring.

Thanks, I will be eating hard during PCT to keep that weight, and lifting heavy to keep the strength. I'm interested to see how PCT goes with the way I am doing it, in the past I've lost some strength and a bit of weight.

Will you be posting pictures? I'm interested in your results.

Thoughts
The weight dropped because I had been weighing on my uncle's scale, and I wanted to use the scale I originally weighed on to see where I was at.

495 for 2 on deadlift is a gigantic PR for me...my previous best was 435 for 1, and that was an ugly struggle. In comparison, the 495 went up easy, well, as easily as 495 pounds can be lifted, haha. I tried 535, but gravity won that one.

I'm definitely starting to harden up, the first place I notice it is in my shoulders and chest, my shoulders start to cap off at the bottom and my pecs get that nice cut underneath. Progress is being made
 
Nice deadlift. I can't wait to get back to them. Most I ever pulled was 525. Do u use chalk, gloves, or what?

I'm almost embarrassed to say it, but I use straps. I can't possibly expect my forearms to be as strong as all the muscles in a deadlift, and I don't wanna sacrifice weight because my grip sucks...tho I am working on it, I use straps now only when I really have to.
 
Ya don't become dependent on them thats all. Although if I went and deadlifted right now I would leave with a trail of blood from my hands.

I wuz just commenting on the same thing today, when i wuz doing BB shrugs. I got a strong grip, but can only hold on for so many reps, traps could still keep going but forearms cramp up, like i been riding mxc for 3 hrs str8, arm pump like mad.
 
Great log and good success with your cycle l am interested as l am using p-mag and tren for my cycle and l am getting great strength and body reshaping gains as well. Your doing a good job well done mate.

I use straps with several exercises after getting tendonitis a few years back

Not sure where 405 came from, felt good though. I had to take yesterday off due to moving, just had no time. So I think I'm gonna take tomorrow off and start with shoulders again on friday. I'm really starting to lean up, but I'm not really losing any weight. Zero side effects whatsoever, BP normal, I feel great, my libido is scary high, appetite isn't crazy, but it's definately elevated.

The only problem I've had really is that the topical Formestane dried the crap outta the skin on my shoulders, and now the skin is dry red and itchy a bit, but I've stopped putting it on my shoulders and started moisturizing the redness, so hopefully it goes away in a day or two.

This will be my last 8 day rotation on cycle, so I figured I'd better go big. My goal for the summer was to do 315 on shoulder press, 405 on bench, 435 on squats, and 500 on deads. You will see all 4 of those numbers fall this next rotation. It was pretty funny, it was like the 2nd day all the freshmen were all moved in, so the gym was packed. Not being full of myself, but I would venture a guess that none of them had ever seen anyone do something like that, they were all pretty wide eyed. Felt good, and the 185x12 rep out at the end finished it off nicely.

These last 8 days I will be goin big, so stay tuned.

Gravity finally won a battle. 455 might have been a little ambitious, but go big or go home as they say. Just couldn't get out of the hole with it. On the plus side, 405x6 is a rep PR, and two sets of 315 for 12 are just plain crazy. After the squats I was pretty dead, so I kept the workout nice and basic, but still kicked my ass. Looks like I'm gonna be having a pretty large dinner tonight, lol.

Yea, I've been moving it around alot more and moisturizing the areas that I rotate away from, and the redness is starting to go away.

315 on shoulder press actually felt surprisingly alot better than I thought. However, I did feel like I got ran over by a bus this morning....as I'm sure I will again tomorrow, haha.

405 flat bench is pretty much the PR I've been wanting for the last year and a half, so getting it the last week of this cycle was pretty damn cool. And the 225x24 rep out immediately following wasn't all that bad either :cool:. I've obviously have made some pretty drastic strength gains on this cycle, and as a result I have definitely become alot thicker and more dense. I feel like next time I step on stage it will not only be with more muscle, but it will also be more quality, dense muscle as well. Two more days, I will probably do update pics at the end of the cycle, and then again after PCT.

Usually on my 3rd day of PCT I feel weak in the gym and have no libido, Right now I feel pretty damn good, and neither of the aforementioned things. Had a pretty rediculous leg session today, the quasi-rest pause sets on leg press just beat me up. Feelin good.

Volume got a tad bit out of control today, but my back was feelin great, so I just kept goin. The BB Rows from the floor really felt good and hit the middle of my back nicely. To be honest, I still feel almost like I'm still on cycle. Weight is staying constant, appetite is still really good, nothing bad to report.

Thoughts-
Still feelin good, weight is stayin on, and strength still feels great. The ATD seems to have blunted the crazy Formestane-fueled sex drive, which is a mixed blessing. At least now I don't have the urge to jump on every female walking down the street, makes it easier to concentrate in class, haha.

Also, I am definitely leaning out, got some vascularity poppin in on the arms and forearms, and good cuts in the deltoids. My midsection feels harder as well.

Haha, I'm gonna take that as a compliment. I never really felt like I was all that strong until about halfway thru this cycle, but I really feel like with the help of this cycle I've acheived a certain level of "freaky" as far as the strength aspect goes. I guess the extra almost 20 pounds of weight wasn't too bad either :scratchchin:

Sounds like you're maintaining your (ridiculous) gains quite easily here. Good deal. Would you say that m14add and pmag are similar to any other ph's/ds's that you've tried?

I've done H-drol, and then P-Plex/Trenadrol, Tren/Epi, and now this. I really can't compare this to really anything I've run. I would put this as the best I've done for sure, with H-drol as a close second. P-Plex/Trenadrol killed my appetite and made it hard to make gains, Tren/Epi erased my sex drive for 6 weeks, but H-drol gave me good gains while I leaned out. But for all out mass, this cycle was best for sure. I think M1,4add and H-drol would make a hell of a run, I may have to stock up...

I love comparisons like this. I agree 100% that Hdrol was the biggest bang with the least amount of sides in comparison.

I agree h-drol was awesome, and I will for sure run it again. However, M1,4add was completely rediculous in how fast it took effect, what it did to my appetite, what it did to my strength. I think a M1,4add front end with an H-drol back end would pretty much be the end all.

Very interesting idea. What about a stack? I'm not saying that's a great idea, just brain storming is all.

A bridge might have good possibilities. Or also an M1,4ADD bridge into E-Stane.

M1,4ADD is one of my favorite products that we made, but it never got the popularity of some of the others.

Ya didnt hear much about it until recently when Purus came out with M14-E which is M1,4ADD with an Epi clone. I picked 2 bottles up and now I am wishing I had picked up some M1,4ADD just in case I love it.

I think a lot of people still don't know that this is a new batch with a legit source.

There were a lot of companies that never corrected the problem 2 years ago like you guys did. So I suspect that they're just overgeneralizing saying that all M14 is still bunk, when this is obviously legit and potent.
