Thoughts
Back pumps were tolerable today, I downed about 7.5g of taurine caps pre-workout. Workout felt good, the switch to higher reps has been rough, since I've been cranking out low reps with heavy weight for so long.
This week is going to be kinda stressful, starting a new job tuesday, it's kind of a corporate thing, which I've never done before, so I'm gonna have to just wing it on meals for the first day or two, until I figure out how best to do it. I will figure it out tho.
