This is turning out to be harder than I thought to keep everyone healthy. The kids have been on a multi, vitD and gut health and they still are getting sick. I started feeling bad yesterday and feel bad today. Its really frustrating.

Hope your little one feels better soon. Alyssa is home from school again today.
 
Well I got Alyssa off to school, though she still is not 100%. I'm still sick but its mainly scratchy throat and lung congestion and fatigue. I think I'm going to try to train today. Although my muscles feel like jello.

Can't wait to be back to 100% myself.

Hope you are all good soon. I'm hoping that now that I am no longer using the supplements that were causing all the issues I have been experiencing over the last 6-7 weeks, that I too will be fine soon. I managed to train this morning, which is a START.

Hopefully it will be a good start for both of us. I'm still totally drained and feel weak. But I took a few days off so that I did not get the whole gym sick. :) I bought some of the foods to help diet out a bit. But the chest congestion is draining into my stomach and making me feel a little sick.

But still I only have until Halloween so its time to get it done.
 
Well it looks like the scale reads 123lbs today. This is down from 126lbs , some fat some muscle.

Trained sick today and really struggled to get it done.

Started with 4 sets of machine flyes for 10 reps with 20 stationary lunges.

Moved to cable flyes with pulley on the bottom for 10 reps and 20 pop squats for 4 sets.

Then hit chest press machine outer handles for 10 reps with 20 crunches for 4 sets.

Then hit decline dumbell pullovers for 15 reps with 20 reverse lunges for 4 sets.

Then we did dumbell decline press for 10 reps and 4 sets.

That was it, short workout!
 
Chest/Tri

We did chest and tri tonite I'll update tomorrow . I'm wiped out. We did alot of strap work today.

I was, in no way, involved with this strap work.

That's between her and her trainer.

I am feeling lots better today. Just really tired. But it looks like a cardio night for me. Natalie got called to the Olympia to work at the last minute so she will be back to train on Tue. So I will be doing random training tomorrow and over the weekend and taking today as a cardio day.
 
I think so, my quads still are a little sore from saturday :D Its not too often i'm dancing with the woman with the best body on the dance floor, so thats motivational ;)
 
Leg day

We started out with a triple set of 15 leg curls with 10 per leg on the butt blaster and then 30 mountain climbers for 4 sets.

Then we did dumbell exercises. We did a one leg lunge then the other leg and then a deadlift as a single rep for 15 reps and 4 sets.

Then we did another triple set of leg extensions for 15 reps with 6 hack squats and 15 pop squats for 4 sets.

Then we did 1 set of 50 jump lunges.

And finished with a single set of 100 calf raises.

I still have it in me to do cardio due to hating what I saw in the mirrors around the gym.

I lost 2 pounds and am noticeably leaner over being at the Olympia, even after eating at the buffet to a level that made Don + Jeff shocked :D
 
Shoulder day

Started with dumbell front raises from the thigh over the head for 15 reps and 4 sets.

Then I hit a triple set of reverse grip curl up into an overhead press for 10 reps with 100 coreboard shakes and 20 leg lifts for 4 sets.

Then we did another triple set of up and backs with 30 coreboard mountain climbers with 10 machine presses for 4 sets.

Then we did 4 sets of overhead lateral raises for 10 reps and 4 sets.

Then we did 30 shrugs with 10 side lateral raises for 4 sets.

Hit a few more things and called it a night!

Hell no I don't keep her locked in the basement. Rosie trains differently than I do so going to a gym is better for her, we just had to figure out finances and so forth. In other words, if I have the equipment sitting in my basement and set up for use, why waste money on a gym? I know you were being sarcastic bud, but just stating the logic behind Rosie working out in the basement.

To rant a little bit here...I personally can't stand free weights at most gyms...most gyms have real sh*tty bars and dumb bell grips. Eventually I would prefer to just little by little build my own gym altogether, but the equipment takes some time to save up for. Not to mention...I get tired of putting up with the whiny little pussies in gyms that complain about the loudness of heavy weights clanking (hey my view is either lift hard and heavy or get the F*ck out of the gym), or you get those wannabe lifters who use the squat rack for pathetic bicep curls (you shouldn't be using the squat rack for bicep curls in general, but as long as your curling 135lbs or more I wouldn't complain), or you deal with the a$$holes who cut in on your sets and switch your weight out when you go to the bathroom and don't have the common decency to ask if your done. Furthermore, the women who go to gyms and then sit on equipment or are constantly in the way just talking get under my damn skin as well...seriously either work out or get the F*ck out of the way! :cussing: Ok, end of rant. As you can tell...I was just looking for an excuse to vent. LOL. :icon_lol:

You are looking awesome these days, Easy!!! Your abs are coming in very nicely. You have come so far with your transformation over these last couple of years. It borders on the miraculous.

Being sick sucks, but, it makes us cherish feeling good even more than ever. We take good health for granted sometimes.

Hey TG!! How have you been? I'm feeling much better these days, the sickness is slowly moving on. I trained with a single minded intensity yesterday.

Sam, lol, feel free to vent anytime. We all need it sometimes. I agree that the gym can be a distraction at times. The girl we trained with yesterday held up our group because she normally trains in the am when the gym is empty. Well she walked out of training and Nat told us she did not like guys and that there were too many of them training around us and she was freaking out and claustraphobic...seriously!

I just continued my sets and rolled my eyes, I mean really, give me a break and get over it. People are so stupid sometimes. However I feed off aggravation at the gyms and work even harder on bad days.

Its really come together since i've been on TRT to have a stable level of testosterone, and on prescription AIs so estrogen is under control. Once I had that as a baseline its been easy to make consistent gains/losses. That and I finally really have concentrated on fat loss periods being fat loss, and bulks to be gaining lean mass only. i've come up with some nifty tricks :)

Chest day

Started with a triple set of 15 incline bench with 6 pop push ups and 15 lying leg lifts for 4 sets.

Then did 15 reps x 4 sets on the pec deck.

Then did lying dumbell presses for 10 per arm alternating and 4 sets.

Then did 15 overhead extensions for 4 sets.

Ended with decline dumbell flyes for 15 reps and 4 sets.

I did not have much time to train today so that was all I could get done.

Also did cardio.
 
Back day

My middle daughter started light training with Nat today.

We started with 15 rep bent over lat straight armed cable pulldowns with 15 burpees for 4 sets.

Then we did 30 crunches

Then we did single arm bent over cable rows at 10 per arm cant remember what we did these with?

Then we did cable pull throughs at 15 reps 4 sets.

Then we did dumbell 6 per left arm of single armed deads 15 pulls to the chest in row fashion and then 6 single armed deads for the right. 4 sets

Then we did 15 seated rows with 20 leg lifts for 4 sets.

Did another exercise then called it a night. I did a single set of 50 broomstick twists to finish.
 
added a pair of 25lb plates onto the leg press today over the 14 plates i put the picture up of... next time should be 16 45s :) I need to start my own log, keep meaning to take some start pics

I did arms yesterday. It will be hard to remember what we did because she pissed me off early in the training. She is not being patient with MiKayla learning form and I may start training with her early in the am and then coming in a second time to work with her myself and do cardio.

We started with overhead tricep extensions for 15 reps with tricep pushdowns for 15 reps and 4 sets.

We did a barbell tricep skullcrusher and then move it in a circle motion over top chest and the up into a press. We did 15 of these for 4 sets.

Then we did cable curls for 15 reps with 6 heavy pronated curls for 4 sets.

Then we did incline lying flat curls for 15 reps and 4 sets.

We did hammer curls for 15 reps and 4 sets.

We did a bunch more but like I said I was mad so I tend to go into myself and block everyone out.`
 
I took some new back shots and I feel like I look fat in them. part of it was that I overate today so I feel all bloated anyhow

Did 20 rep face pulls supersetted with 10 arnold presses for 4 sets.

Did 3 sets of an up and back into a 1/4 lat pulse as 1 rep at 15 reps.

Did 6 dumbell push ups with 15 front rows for 4 sets.

Did some more dumbell work then hit the overhead behind the neck machine for 10 reps and 4 sets.

Then finished with 3 sets of 100 broomstick twists.
 
Well my middle child has a fever of 102.1 so the gym is probably out for me. If so it will be a cardio day here at home.

Seriously, though, I hope your daughter feels better soon. There is nothing worse than watching your kid not feeling well and not being able to do something immediate about it. Hang in there!

I still have one home today. But the kids dad is off work today, so he's picking them up tonight. So for today I can train again.
 
That one worked! I love number three and the ones where he is stalking the sea gull. The shower pics of them all getting the sand off and the hammock are good too!
