aright guys ALL is going VERY WELL

workouts great, energy great, appetite WAY UP that part kinda sucks but i have been making due,

i have noticed since being on the high dose EPI my back has cleared up tremendousely!!! basically all clear. possible antagonism of estrogen? very possibly however EPI has shown in my blood work NOT to destroy estrogen while on test, (stayed in low 40s at 50mg per day) maybe possible lowering of DHT as a seperate MOA of this compound?

ive noticed retarded pumps ALL day long.

i incorperated 200mg of banaba extract 20% per day split 100mg with 1g TTA 2x a day due to Banabas Tripenoids urosolic acid and corosolic acid being DGAT1 inhibitors, which has made a difference.

no breaks this week from the gym bc ill be in Atlantic City saturday night thru sunday afternoon (gym closes 12PM on sundays) and gym is closed on monday for labor day

Tuesday i start school and will have my depletion workout.

work up with my veins stickin out in my ribs today, pretty gnarly.

all in all on keto it seems as though ive put on 1.8 pounds and keep droppin body fat. from what i see in the mirror.

thus is my update

how long is that man? you should get some blood work done no matter what when you're pushing the edge bro. no need to toss your liver into a blender like that.
 
Yea I've had bloodwork on all my cycles I know how my body reacts to it

Ill be getting blood work when I'm off my orals. Then but can't get any more hormone panels.
 
ok so it seems as though i get in cardio 7 days this week at 40min ED

no off time from the gym until sunday and monday so this week because of the holidays is 7days on 2 off then full body depletion

this is really beating me up

and i start school day of my refeed :(

atleast ill be a couple pounds heavier the next day :) and see mad hot honeys in thier short skirts....

ahh man last night was ridiculous

i got home at 7 30 in the morning i was up for 21 hours straight in atlantic city.

i kept eating though lol, no gambling just chillen

i havent eaten in 12 hours i got work in 1.5 hours till closing man that gunna suck im only gunna have 3 meals today if im lucky

2 of which will HAVE to be shakes :(

84g carbs..... took a quick snapshot bc i thought i liked wat i saw but its horrible ****ing quality blah sorry... i saw some sweet ass veins though ill get my girl to take pix later :). ill update a little later agin if i feel like it after most carbs are done for the day....

think ill diet for next 2 weeks like this then roll on maintenence/recomp maybe add some more mass naturally before i finish PCT and all that jazz PCT starts shortly
 
Yeah i can see more ab definition. Get some pictures with overhead lighting, i'm telling you that makes all the difference. And get your girl to take the pics so you can flex your muscles instead of holding the camera.

That'll make the pics look way better and you'll be able to see the VEINS
 
Best pancakes ever...

1 pack cream of wheat maple brown sugar

2 servings dry quinoa flakes

.5cup whole wheat flour

2 eggs

1 teaspoon almond oil

1 cup rice milk

Made 5 pancakes at 28g carb per pancake and 2.5g fat per pancake. Very little protein tho bc its not on the schedual for refeed day

For syrup imma use next time 5 or 6 jell-o fat free sugar free (fruit flavor) with a little flavorless protein for consistency

if u look close enough ull see some rib veins,,

i didnt do my body weigh exercises close enough to carb meal to get that nice pump and it kinda faded bc the first few pics for some reason wouldnt come out it took like 10 pix before the camera started to work

if i had to guess i'd say around the same as me..10-11%. i had mine measured the other day and it was 11.3 % and you look a little leaner.

so i didnt update,

i ended my carb day at 202.2 pounds which means i ate around 1100g carbs that day

as of yesterday morning 9/11 i was 191.8

so weight is coming down still

been trying different dosing for my GDAs to be remained nameless for the time being as it may affect me down the line in terms of business endeavors

last shot is tomorrow :( and i start 80mg pplex for 8 days starting tomorrow and then ill start PCT and revamp my diet to a super nutrient dense moderate carb high protein moderate fat diet.

i spilt over a little, im trying out my personal GDA mix, tuesday im more then positive it will help me more with my refeed givin its metformin like action.

i feel soo ****ing small it pisses me off

but i also feel good some days when i see veins in my side

Hes not 10%. no offense but youre not.

When I worked at Golds as a trainer, I got to use their calipers (who was measured by a trainer with a CSCS) and put into their computer system and calculated. I was 9.35%. and thats what that picture is over to the left in my avatar. youre not 10% and those others who are saying they are, arnt either lol.

I'm much leaner then I was in that pic tho on a regular basis tjis was on my refeed and I had spilt over more pix tues

Yeah man, im here to help you. btw, from the first pics you posted you are making strides. id have to say you were 20-21% so to drop 6-8%, that is props. specially from the mid section and lower abs. those are problem spots.

go ahead and post some more pics and ill take a look at em man!!

And keep at. youre shredding up!

so the herbal formula that i have was able to handle this many carbs

blood sugar went from 89 at the start of the meal to 122 back to 109 all within an HOUR

the scale is the WEIGHT of the food not how many carbs.

its egg noodle pudding. mad special for my bday from grandma woot woot

i ended up finishing the other half of that bowl.
