Cut Progress

195.8 is my weight right now bout to have some sushi then more cereal tjen call it a night

Wow man, thas some serious progress from even the last pic I saw. You are really leaning out quick whatever youre doing. massive props man. I would honestly have to say youre sitting between 9-11%. and 11% would be on the high end for sure. great job man!

I stuffed my ****ing face like u wouldn't believe I decided not even to count carbs today. I haven't stopped eating in 12 hours

Ill guestimate aroun 1300-1400

I had 300 by like 10 am and I ate like every 2 hours

Blood sugar is being well conrolled as u can tell from my glucometer readings. I also took in a lot if berberine. Wasted a lot of calories due to a-amylase inhibition and skeletal muscle glycogen wasting from banaba

Great thing is with my personal prop blend I have NOT felt bloated.

My last meal was 5 rolls of sushi and 2 bowls if cereal

My toilet will really hate me for the next 24-48 hours

All fun and games till someone sharts

which puts carb intake for the day at 1388

i feel soo out of proportion or im takin the pix angled..

I think you look leaner before the carbup. I usually look my leanest when i'm on keto and dehydrated.

IDK if this happens to you but enough meat gives me a muscular pump at least as good as i get from carbs... I don't really know why but it happens after i eat fatty meat like red meat.
 
so weight was 192.4 today which is about down 9 pounds from refeed, not bad. only got 1`0 min of cardio in today, better then nothing but i did chest today

legs was yesterday followed by 40 min of cardio.
 
****in woke up late and forgot to weigh myself,

prolly about 189 just bout.

anywaylast refeed before starting maintence diet/recomp diet because im officially in PCT (14 weeks blah) but it should be good

today i went hypoglycemic during class (characterized by slurred speach, which was apparent to one classmate as well as myself) while asking the teacher a question

keep in mind this was about 40 minutes (probably closer to 30min) after consuming my GDA mix, and 10 minutes after eating my pancakes.

i was soon hungry again for the rest of the class!!!

i took some pre carb meal pix, and post carb meal pix

i also took my BG 1 after after LAST bite of this meal (which i took a pick of) and it was 97!!!

didnt have starting glucose levels because i only had 1 test strip left however it usually hovers in the 82-88 range on the regular in ketosis

but thats what i ate. 1 hour later BG 97!!!

Sweet mashed potatos noodle pooding and some sorta grain with bowtie pasta lol

Just a quick for the amount I ate to have my blood sugar return to normal in an hour
 
Subb'd! Hey Bro Montana, good sh*t! I didn't know you were into Keto diets! Great progress, and I can't wait to start a keto in about 6 weeks!
 
Keto is the only way to go for weight loss and muscle maintence IDC what anyone else has to say

All other diets are essentially catabolic to muscle tissue!
 
ok this was seriously after another couple of those plates of food lol

man i love refeed days.

going to post up some actual pictures relaxed, flexed ect to gauge my progress, PCT started sunday (just so you guys are aware of situation) now it makes me think shall i start on maintence and have carbs WO days or shoiuld i continue dieting in PCT.

That will be answered on thursday ill make an NEW log to follow!
