are there any logs running on VAT? im interested in hearing feedback from those who purchased it.

Hi all, I recently won by random selection an asteroid stack which includes a 30 day supply of VatAttack. The box arrived this week and I don't like to incorporate new supplements to my lineup until Sunday (first day of the week). So if you're interested, I'll be updating my current log (Clean bulk to 180 lbs) to include VatAttack in two days (this Sunday) - my VatAttack is already capped and each cap is about 750mg, 90 caps total.

Not in the pharmacopoeia, but: a sieve or strainer, over a bowl, with dry fingers will do the best job with the least loss (wipe down when you're done!) in the shortest time.

B.S. Its 3:19am. I just took VAT ATTACK for the 1st time yesterday, I CANNOT SLEEP. I took my last dose around 4pm, not even that close to bedtime. I did not fall asleep yet...and I went into bed at 11pm. This stuff sucks.

I assure you this is not due to the VAT Attack!. I can also assure you that it does not suck...

I dose 1.6g of VAT Attack! immediately prior to bed every night.

It's not a stimulant so it won't keep you up. I took it right before bed as well and noticed no effects on sleep.

Agreed, never once after two tubs of VAT Attack did I have sleep issues.

Well, I just took my first dose of VAT attack -- I mixed it with my morning shake, if that's okay . . . I didn't notice the taste at all that way (I had read someone else's comment about mixing it with hot chocolate . . .)

As of Thursday, I was 249 at 17.2% BF. In the last month, I've added approximately 6 lbs. of lean muscle and taken off 4 lbs. of previously-collected BF from the earlier part of this builk. I started July 14th, at 228 and 16%. Overall, since then, I've added 15.1 lbs. of lean mass, and about 5.5 lbs. of fat (down from 9.2).

Let's see what happens.

Good luck bud, I tend to notice that it also seems to help me relax somewhat...perhaps that's more of a placebo but I like it.

Hard to answer that questions since it's a new compound but I would experiement with it for sure.

well 6 grams is what ive been doing till i just realized i cant buy anymore, and i only have 1 tub!!! So now im back down to 3...I KNEW I shoulda bought more

I would think 6 grams would be overkill I do 4 caps a day and each cap has about .9 grams so about 3.5 grams a day and it has been more than sufficient. I cannot make a case for increasing the dose.
