Enter The Iron Forge: Forging a Stronger Warrior.

Kleen those numbers are impressive, not gonna lie it sounds like ur pushing the weight like its nobodies business.

By the sound of your sets you can probably hit the 120's in both decline and incline....which is pretty sick.

Ha i wish i had 150's. My gym here at home me and my dad have only collected up to the 120's and i can only hit those at the end of a routine so i can feel the burn. Most I've done on bench is the 140's...but that was a while ago...im thinking i can maybe squeeze out 145-150 now when my elbow and shoulders are feeling good.

Thanks! Yeah I think I wil be working my way up the row soon. I hit my 120's on flat db bench this weekend too. 140's no matter how long ago is something special my friend! Very Nice!

DB Flat bench with the 120's 5 on set 1 and 6 for second set. May have had one more but I don't know for sure. It was some work. I think the first set I definitely had 7-8 reps if I had pushed it. THen did 55 for incline db flyes arms almost straight, and damn near to the ground for a full stretch with each rep AWESOME!

45 db up with me held between my feet for 5 reps 2 sets on chins too.

80's for 2 sets of 5 on standing Arnold Presses.

BB Squats 95x15, 135x15, 185x15(x3)
Had to test out the back and it felt ok. Wouldn't go over 185, next may go up to 225 next time to see how I handle it.
Was a pretty good workout.

Scale weight has gone down some. I was 193 like I said i dropped some water weight this week. I unintentionally had a few more lower carb days and everything just tightened up. That and got back on cardio last week. I look tighter though. Much tighter, well up until yesterday maybe. Went to Depeche Mode last night and drank daquarais (only thing really cold with achohal- it was hot out there) however you spell those damn things. THen did an even more atrocious thing and ate TACO BELL! So damn good but my stomach is pissed about it. So maybe my weight is back up now. LOL

Thanks again! It feels pretty good, I ended up standing in one position for about 3 hours after my squatting and it tightened up a lil but felt great once I was able to get off my feet for about an hour or so. I mean it is still a little achy but not painful. I was standing on a hill all night last night was an outdoor concert and only mild discomfort by the end of the night and a little tightness this morning but that is it.

I don't know man that is a pretty big gun sticking out of that camo! Sounds like they are shooting some bigger ammo too with you having been able to put up 140's before.

That picture was taken about 3 months before putting up the 140's for 2.

My arms are back to that size, little bigger but i would say a lot leaner b/c of the cutting and the stack im taking now.

Im glad to hear your back is getting better, even after standing in place for so long...heck after a good back day standing inplace for over an hour kills me so needless to say you should be back to par in no time.

Good to hear you are getting better Iron Warrior. Started HST today, all I can say is THANK GOD for DominATP, Refresh and Jack3d. This is one seriously ridiculous training regemin to say the least. Really looking forward to seeing what the Prime does to the recovery and intensity once it kicks in, one day one today so nothing to report. OK, back to the forging of an Iron Warrior and your other regularly scheduled programs.

Yeah, I am going back in easy. I won't deadlift for another week or two the thought of having the weight in front of me is just not good yet. Probably start to do some good mornings instead of stifflegs after my squats and just do squats instead of the deads during that time. I keep my arms in close to lock me into a chest up position and keep some of the strain off of my back I also only do ATG squats. I know I will get the 120's tomorrow for 5 on my incline and decline. I am just waiting to see about those 130s if I can get those for 5 even for one set then I am going to be ecstatic if not I am going to stick with them until I do, but will be going back to my own personal workout after this. I miss it, AND I KNOW I AM GONNA EXPLODE. Oops caps lock but heck I will leave it that way.

A short story

Sweat drips off of him as he leans down to pick up another plate to put on the bar, one more set, one more all out effort. A duel between him and gravity, and he must not lose. He slides the weight onto the bar and gets under the rack. Eyes closed listening to the pounding of music in his headphones, blaring Metal how appropriate for pumping iron… He put himself in the zone. Wringing the bar, his focus so intense he can hear the beating of his heart over the music in that moment just before he unracks the weight. GRRRR-AAAGHHH, the bar breaks away from its safe nesting place on the rack, bending under the stress of the weight. Yet he does not bend, he does not waiver. NO, he is here to conquer the weight, there will be no submission. Not today, not this set, not at all. Submission is weakness and he is determined to annialate any and all weakness. He lowers the weight slowly, muscles trembling, yet he is in total control. He feels the all to familiar dip as he goes below parralel… Rock Bottom, the only way to squat! He pauses for a second, looking to the spot where the wall and ceiling meets he explodes from the bottom, drives upwards. Just as he passes parralel again the veins in his neck begin to bulge, and a guttural growl passes forcefully between his clenched teeth. He forces the arch in his back as the weight and gravity try to push him down harder with every moment. Refusing to wilt, to be defeated he pushes on enraged at the possibilty of failure, and spurned on by the idea of conquering the seemingly insurmountable. One last burst… One last violent thrust he reaches the top, he locks it out! A NEW PERSONAL RECORD! Another validation that his effort is paying off. The hint of a smile comes across his face as he thinks "I DID IT!" as he slowly steps back up to rack the weight. Exhausted he holds on to the bar in an effort to steady his legs. Gone now, everything spent. Walking is almost impossible, knees giving way at each step. He thinks to himself "Today has been a good day. One of my best!" He is an Iron Warrior, and this is his life.

Yeah, you may find yourself unintentionally leaner as you still gain muscle. Did I forget to mention it was a little like a mix of HIIT and weights at a good pace. That is what I meant about the conditioning aspect of it. You can extend the end of the cycle the 5's as long as you make progression. You can also go down to 2's or with a partner negatives if you decide you want sheer strength at the end of the program.

After this HST cycle I am giong right into my old program which is more intense and even more effective of a conditioning tool. Still full body, that is my stick. I may do 1 extra workout for a certain body part when trying to put a lil more on only that spot but my devotion now lies to full body workouts. Has for about 5 years now. I just love how efficient they are and that I am never really just so sore in one body part that it is almost unusable. I like to be able to do what ever I need whenever, and this promotes that ability.

The Iron Warrior

Reminds me of one I wrote a few years back... I used to be known as the WarriorPoet on some other boards.

A Warrior's Tale

As he prepares himself the warrior is experiencing disquiet in his abdomen, a chill running through his body

Each step toward the arena is closer to the source of his tension, he resolves to bring with him all his inner strength

Gathering intensity, he resolves to meet his task with full force

His feet hit the rubber mat, he is focussed on his purpose

Putting fear aside, he sets about his task

Using the fire he has inside, he feels the cold iron in his hands

Fighting with everything he has, dredging deep into his reserves he battles onward

Just when exhaustion threatens to overtake, he reaches deeper still

Rivers of perspiration soil his mantle, spittle runs down his chin, he searches for the beast inside him

When at last he can find no more strength, he bows to the overwhelming difficulty of his undertaking

Feeling drained of energy yet at the same time exhilarated, he leaves with his head held high

He knows a day will soon come when he will emerge completely victorious

But for now he takes comfort in his small triumph

Warrior Poet

The Beast

Lurking deep inside, an apparition from days gone by

A great source of power, a perilous source of aggression

Once needed for survival, now shunned and feared

The surging power of its will, replaced by modern conveniences

Many a warrior will heed it still, yearning for its overpowering influence

Not to be denied, the iron warrior will tame his inner Beast.

And with the power he has within, he will vanquish his limitations

Very nice. Is this just a coincidence (bolded) that I am in your story or did you just throw that together. You and I seem to have a lot in common. The writing our views on family and loved ones. Pretty cool stuff.

No I wrote that years ago... I was a bit of a poet back then.

Yah a lot of my views came via the school of hard knocks... I was a slow learner but I know what I've learned is the right things. So I am assuming that your journey has been a similar one.

Love the words from both of you. By the way Kleen, I think AM is the only place where, in one sentence a guy the size of a house can tak about throwing around 120's..., and the very next sentence talk about the outdoor Depeche Mode concert he attended... Life is awesome! I was waiting for Dream to jump on you for that one... Be careful though.... people might guess your age... But just for the record, I loved those guys back in the day! how was the concert???

Yes Sir, UHK is one of the only schools I graduated from unfortunately. Although being forged in that manner makes you sure of the man you have become. Everything is tried and tested true. Not theory from a book. Don't get me wrong, I wish I had better education. Yet I would not trade any of the knocks that made me into who I am today.

HaHa, I have to think about my age everytime I am asked. I just dont see it as a factor. Well i do now that things seem wear down easier is about the only reminder. I can still school most of the young gunz I know.

Depeche Mode was stellar! They were just awesome, even the new stuff I didn't know was good. It had that same type of you could sing a long by the end of hearing it the first time that makes Depeche Mode one of the greats.

Make no mistake though they have no place in my workout mp3 player. Full of Disturbed, Pantera, Megadeath, SlipKnot. As well as some choice DMX, half of the Crunk Juice Cd, Eminems angry music. Yeah buddy! You know pure aggression at 93+Db. The wife and I use hand signals and pantomiming to communicate during our workouts. Having to remove the earphones is only an accosional occurance and often accompanied by annoyance. IE... someone else interupting the workout.

A few changes to follow for injury prevention.

I am making a couple changes to my overall plan. I am going to lower carbs a bit and increase fats, my tendonitis tried to sneak back up on me while I was out of my SuperCissusRx and I am not going to allow it to get bad so I want the extra fats in there. I am also going to go back up to 9 SuperCissusRx on workout days and 6 on cardio days. I may increase further and do 9 a day each day for a week or so.

This is my last week of the HST and I am really enjoying the heavy weights. I am going to slip into my old routine after this but in the 8-10 rep range with slower concentrics. Work the TUT principle for a bit while still handling some decent weight but not going overboard until my SCRx kicks all the way back in and I am good to go.

Just listing the heavy set on lifts from this morning.
Incline Bench 120x5 -this one was hard I ain't gonna lie.
Decline Bench 120x5 - not too bad
Hammer Strength Shoulder press 135per side x5
DB Lateral Raises 55x5
Barbell Curls 125x5
DB Hammer Curls 55x5
Close Grip Bench 245x5
Cable Overhead Tricep Ext. 120x5
Squats 225x15
no pain
Good Mornings 95x15 no pain, and not really much of an effort but I am feeling the back out to see how it is.

How much warm up do you do before throwing around the 120's on the incline?? I am at the 110 mark for my rotation, but it takes a good 2 sets of warming up the shoulder before hitting the heavy stuff

GOOD LIFT! Haha i can see Prime is really kicking in! Your lifts have been one monster lift after another. Keep it up! There is enough time for rest when we are dead!!! HAHAHAHA:aargh:.....sorry i got little carried away

Hu-ahhh! Damn straight Soldier! One more week man then I have to bring the weights back down to a 8-12 range. Pushing the tendons pretty hard with some of these lifts. I am going for 130s tomorrow since I dont have any 125 available. We will see what happens.

I am also entertaining starting with the second phase of my Warrior Workout doing a pre-exhaustion set on single joint as a warm up then the major compound lift. This will allow for the same amount of muscular stimulation through the use of less weight allowing my tendons some much needed recovery.

By the way with the particular workout above I am doing 1 warm up 2 work sets of 1st exercise for bodypart and one work set on the second. It takes a little longer than my usual workout due to the extra exercise for this program. However I wanted more angles so I modified the HST plan a little.

Today I opted to sleep in. I was still lagging from my bad choices at the concert. I am just not used to all that alchohal, and excess carbs as well as lack of sleep. Since I am not trying to cut I am not too worried about the cardio aspect so much as recovery. That and the workout is basically a HIIT session with weights. However I brought some shorts and a tank to go for a walk at lunch if I feel like doing so.

How much warm up do you do before throwing around the 120's on the incline?? I am at the 110 mark for my rotation, but it takes a good 2 sets of warming up the shoulder before hitting the heavy stuff

I have a specific pre workout warm up with the 10 lb dumbells for my shoulders and elbows. I do lots of full range circles from small to large and all in between front to back back to front then work on internal and external rotation at a moderate to slow pace. A good 2 minutes of this to get the blood flowing in the joints. I do another minute or two with the elbows in circles with the wieghts as well as a few kick backs and overhead triceps. You know I spend 3-4 minutes total just warming those up then 1 excercise specific warm up before hitting the target weight no pyramiding or anything like that.

Final heavy lift was today.

I did my final heavy lift today, talk about pushing hard on the bench.
Flat DB Bench 130's for 4 reps got half of the 5th out and that was it.

My gloves tore apart so I went to Hammer Strength Dorian rows. 145 per side x 5 Yeah I know real men don't wear gloves. ;) My beautiful wife begs to differ. Rough hands means I don't get to touch her. LOL It becomes an easy choice.

Standing Arnold Press - 85x5
DB Curls 60x5
DB Hammer Curls 60x5
BW Dips, 2 sets of 15 2-0-5 tempo, just wanted to try em again.
Overhead Cable Tricep ext 120x5

I am going to take a week or two to allow some recoup by doing bodyweight only exercises on upper body for main lifts. Will do some cable work as well but not going too heavy on anything hard on the elbows. Just working on letting the SuperCissusRx do it's thing. The weights went up so quick even on this workout that I pounded my body that and running out of SuperCissus didn't help. During this time I am going to work a little GPP training as well.

HAHAHA Kleen your hands are so pretty...they are soft and nice to touch.

Im kidding, if i had a girl that was as amazing as ur wife...i would sacrifice my man hands to make her happy. As long as i get to fight, lift, and make love then i consider the lack of calluses a worth while trade.

Smart move taking a step back, it took me 4 years to figure that out (this being the 4th year meaning i just recently learned that).

Monster lifts, great f*cking progress, I cant wait to see how this routine changes your body for your next competition.

A summary of this leg of the run.

Alright I thought I would put up a summary of this run. I think I would have gained a bit more muscle if I had been able to work legs harder during the run but the unexpected back injury squelched that for me. Either way with the injury and the fact I did not do much cardio the results simply prove that the products did their job. I am not saying I didn't work hard but due to things out of my control I didn't get to put what I wanted into it. I missed a few meals due to work. No cardio for 3 of the 6 weeks. However with all of that I started at 192 and 8% and finished at 194 and 6.8 lbs. So I indeed clean bulked. I know that doesn't sound like much in weight but here is the Lean Body Mass Breakdown is as follows.

192@8% = 176.6 LBM
[email protected] = 180.8 LBM

That is a 4.2 Lbs gain in lean body mass and 2 lbs fat loss in 6 weeks. Sounds pretty damn big now huh. I am smiling. Here are some pics of me from this morning as you can tell I just woke up eyes are still half shut. No pump whatsoever.

Arm not pressed into side like it should be to push the rear head out but you can at least see the depth of the abs now. Loose skin smooths them over and kind of pools itself on the lower abs a little on the front shots. I am going to have to go below 6 and be dry to get the shredded look. Perhaps this can be my next goal. Drop down to 5% but very dry and test out my new peak week strategy. Then use the bounce back to really gain some mass.

The branches of the Christmas tree are coming back out. They were not visible on last set of pics at all which was exactly 1 month ago. As a matter of fact the pic below is from 8-4-09 for your comparison.

Arms out semi relaxed shot. Definitely A LOT tighter than I was when I started, and 2 lbs heavier now too. No restricted cals, hardly any cardio.

Big difference from a month ago in the back shot. I am very impressed with the 4lb gain in 6 weeks.

check plus brotha

Did i mention you're a beast?

lookin good! Agreed that the back has much more definition. With the run being complete, what supps are you jumping to? Are you staying with USP????

Good job those are fantastic results for 6 weeks that's exactly what I want to get accomplished during my next run... givin me hope. I am down a bit now that I am off Prime just going through the motions really. DTHC did nothing for me, I will finish it out but I am not expecting much.

Lol I just last night got into an arguement with some pencil neck young sales clerk at a local supp store where I was picking up the protein. He was adamant that it was impossible to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time without using pharmacuticals. I kept wondering why does this little fugger think he knows more than me...I sited him your last comp prep results where you dropped to 4% and after you were 5% at the same weight at you were at 13% ... he said it was cuz you were holding more water after the comp!! lol

Thanks Man, I was wishy washy on how much progress I made. I had to compare the pic and then I was like ok there is a difference. Thanks on the BEAST coment. I feel like one.

I have anothewr 6 weeks of Asteroid stack to go. I planned a 12 week run so I will be sticking with that. I made a good transdermal with 7 Keto DHEA, yohimbine, geranium and Raspberry ketones. I am using that. I think I may keep running the PRIME to see if the Cell-Mend in there will help out with the healing since it has such powerfull recovery effect I am just going to see what happens.

Well admittedly there was a little extra water but I only lost 3 lbs shortly after from water loss. I didn't lose the rest until my time off to heal.

Yah but how much excess water did you shed during your prep? Don't tell me you weren't holding excess water before you started your prep. Even if you were holding a bit more water, like you said it was only 3 lbs or so.

True for sure, but even if you count of that 3 lbs as super compensation of water that is 11 pounds of LBM gain because the total was 14 before it. The kid is what I like to call a regurgitator, he hears something then distributes it as his knowledge even if he doesn't understand any of it. Everyone who doesn't have discipline enough to do it on their own calls it impossible. Hey more for you and I right. LOL Really is a shame. Somebody once said the world was flat too I think, or that no man could break a 4 minute mile. He will probably remain behind a counter wth that attitude you have to push the limits if you want unbeleivable results.

Well it is what everybody used to think, I guess.

I think I had it pounded into my head for years that you just can't do both at the same time. Personal Trainers and everything. I always knew better that they both could be done you just had to find the right combination instead of non stop yoyo to get bigger then diet down like a mad man losing a lot of the muscle you just gained. Now PRIME PowerFULL and Anabolic Pump are here not only is it possible but it is no longer hard to do. Take the supps eat well and workout the result will follow.

when i started lifting at 18 I was specifically told over and over and...doing both simultaneously is impossible, but it never made sense to me.

My line of thought was "ifone build muscle, and muscle is calorically expensive, why cant one derive energy from their fat stores to do this?"

I never got a clear, lucid, solid answer...therefore never truly believed it.

Lean and Mean - Iron Warrior attacks the fat with VAT Attack

As of Monday I will begin a cutting phase. I will continue use of PRIME heavily, 1C3, SuperCissus Rx and Anabolic Pump of course. I will also incoporate VAT Attack, as well as a transdermal solution made up of 7-Keto DHEA, Yohimbine, Geranium Extract and Raspberry ketones. What ever else I can find a long the way to assist in my endeadvors. I have just begun my official plan of attack and it is not all ironed out yet.

I will be wearing a costume that shows the abs this year and have every intention of looking the part if I am going to be on display. My lovely wife is deciding between a Pharoah, or 300 Warrior both of which I need to be ripped for. I plan to get down to around 5-5.5%. While I am down that low I will also run a test run of my new peak week strategy.

My workouts will vary between conditioning drills, body weight exercises, cable work, and of course some heavier compound movements when appropriate. I will be working around issues with tendonitis it has flared up a little due to all of the heavy weights I got into at the end of the HST cycle. I am really excited about this run and the dynamic approach to it that I will be employing. Exercises and what not will change often, and I will continue to give my body what it needs to grow, or improve athletically and aesthetically. Here come the abs!

Today has been a good day so far, I am getting ready to eat my 3rd meal of the day which will get me up to about 45 grams of carbs for the day. Oh boy here comes the cuts. Cardio was basic and simple today nothing extravagant.

Feeling good. I love the transdermal I made it is really good energy and already seems to be having some effect. I have been using it for a week or so now.

PRIME has really been rocking the house. I am strong as an ox right now but having to change up my style. I am full and swole, shoulders are definitely larger than when I started this time around. That was one of my goals. This run will be over as of Halloween then a little down time resuming another stack shortly after Thanksgiving. Lets ride this one out with some serious intensity and cuts.

I expect to get around the 5-5.5% range around 187 if things go well. I am a "wet" 6.8% right now and am not sure how much water will fall of but will be able to give a better idea of this within a week as the lower carbs make the water just fall off. This is going to be a fun ride.

just don't scare away too many of the kids... or the women for that matter. Good luck on the 5%... that will be hard. Sounds like your plan is solid though, as it always is!

Hopefully the ladies don't get to frightened anyway. LOL I have to say I have actually gone up in weight this week. I am not any softer so I am putting it to the diet change and will follow my plan anyway.

New Supp Added TestroPro

Well I just won a free bottle of TestorPro by Anabolic Innovations. I ended a run of Divanil and T-Rez about a month ago. I inititally noticed a slight drop in aggression once off of it. Since it has been a month, and I got it at such a great price, I am adding this in right now for the last extra boost before I take about a month off from supps.

TestoPro looks like a good supplement I already like what Divanil does for me. Adding in some testofen and an herbal estrogen modulator and I think they may have a solid product. Since I am already having a great run with the PRIME, PowerFULL, and Anabolic Pump, I can't wait to see what adding this in does to help things along. We will see how it compares to the feel of the Divanil and Trez I was running at the beginning of this stack for extra test production.

Current Weight 194.5 6.8% BF a little wet
5 week goal Day Goal 186-188 at a Dry 5-5.5%

Due to an effort increasing the testosterone I will be following a lower carb, and higher fat diet. I will cycle my calories and have carbohydrate refeeds 2 times a week, taking in increase fish oils and legumes, almonds, peanuts, avacodos and the like. Only other carb sources will be grapefruit and blueberries, low carb yogurt, cottage cheese. Training as i said before will be dynamic. I am working on pre-exhausting my shoulders and chest before doing lighter push movements. No benching right now only dumbells flyes with push ups following. SHoulder Pressing is the only pressing movement I am currently allowing but this is after front and lateral raises to wear out the heads prior to using lighter weights.

I have some OEP and coming to test soon and I am excited to be able to use it to cut some fat during this time. I can't wait to see what it adds to the mix.

Been curious about this from a bridge point of view. I did see some synergy between Prime and Testofen when I ran it before however.

So did I but I may be getting to test out the Tribulosin soon and I thought with that coming I could ramp all the way up with this until Halloween then take a month off This way nothing from this is left in my system to interact with anything from the Tribulosin. I don't want to skew the percieved effects of either product. Then after Thanksgiving - Mega Dose PRIME, with the Tribulosin and just put on some mass. I am going old school on diet for that mass phase. ABDCE type of diet modified for me and the supplements I have available to make it work like crazy. Heavy and hard eating, lots more carbs for 2 weeks then just below maintenance for 2 weeks with lower carbs to wash out the water gain. But until then... I buckle down into this last 5 weeks of this with a plan to cut and dry into a shredded beast.

What Tribulosan product Refresh? Or some other product or bulk ?

From USP Labs, they are beta testing a new anabolic and I am supposed to get some of it to log. I am just excitedly waiting for the shipment so I can plan a serious mass lean mass run.

I had a great workout at the gym today, nice slow reps on everything not going to see a lot of heavy work out of me for a little bit but I am going to keep making progress regardless.

Chest straight arm dumbell flyes- 50x10 - 60x10 > 50 x8 > 40 x5
Lower Lats cable low rows- 120 for 3 sets 15, 15, 12 very slow and strict with 1 second pause at peak contraction pulled low to hips.

Shoulders done in kind of a constant movement from each exercise to the next. - cable lateral raises 15x15 x2, front raises 30x10x3 then without putting wieght down went straight to Arnold press with 30s no rest 12 reps. No rest > DB Lateral Raises 20x10x2 30x10x1 15x13 have to be careful with these due to tendonitis. May have to change back to machine for laterals to allow more healing :(
Some of the extra shoulder work was done in leiu of direct bicep work, and I used a Supinated grip on rows was to activate bi's more without directly attacking them.
Diamond pushups. 3 sets, 2 seconds up 2 seconds down 1 second hold at bottom of pushup. 35, 30, and 22 reps each.
ATG Squats 135x15 225x15 285x10, 285x10>225x12>135x8
Stiff Legged Deadlifts 135x15 x2

Ran out of time on the Stiff Legged Deads and no time for calves. I have very small knees and they have been giving me some issues when i go over 315 on the Squats and are a little sore right now. I am trying to get them used to working a little more so I am doing a little higher reps and keeping the weight moderate for these. I imagine I will not go over 315 until I can pop out 15 reps. However we will see what happens. Ego can be a very powerful thing. LOL

So far nothing out of the ordinary other than my workout being out of whack trying not to overuse my elbow/arm.

Intense...i like it!! Seeing that ive messed up on diet and training this past week due to traveling i think im gonna up the anty inspired by this work out for the rest of this week.

And your stack...let me get this str8 : anabolic pump, powerful, prime, testofen, plus a new USP labs anabolic? Yeah if thats your stack it best if your gym just clear out as you lift for the safety of others.

Actually the stack as it is right now is all of the USP labs stuff you mentioned but not the new anabolic from them YET. The testofen is actually in a new product from Anabolic Innovations called TestroPro, has Divanil, Testofen and 1 C3 for estrogen modulation. I do really well on Divanil so I expect big things from this one as far as aggression, strength and well more aggression. I am sure there will be a healthy boost to my libido as well. I won the bottle in a contest in the supplement forums, can't beat that.

Sounds like you are on track to be shredded for your Halloween shindig. And do tell us about the AI TestoPro once you start it, curious to see how that formula works for you and if you notice a difference with everything else.
