This is what I experienced on Product X .. Prime my aggression is very controllable but I definitely will not give and quarter for those who may try and push me, but I can handle it with confidence rather than any kind of agressive way. My confidence is very high on Prime and it seems to give be the ability to channel any aggression, it's a real feeling of control. I love that about Prime. :147:

Being a family man my stacks not only have to be a positive experience for me but my family and friends around me.
I think my return to MMA training will help release any frustration based aggression, which is the catalyst for any negative aggression I am experiencing now. We will see next week.
:18:
Kleen I fully agree with the family part. I have 7 (yes 7) kids and when I'm on supps its hard to keep the aggression "at the gym" if you know what I mean. Like you though, as long as I am aware that the tendency is there, I keep an eye out for it.
As far as the MMA goes..., opponent 1... your house!!!!!!!! throw it in a arm bar and when it taps... savor the moment and let it ride!
Well I know what your going through... you know what you have to do... I won't throw a bunch of cliche's at you. No sense in re-iterating what you already know.
i hate to hear about retarded injuries that occur out of nowhere. I mean seriously these injuries are like ninjas that sneak up on you at the most random times.
I hope you back with it by saturday, these breaks due to injury are the worst...till then rest hard and stay home! (haha get it?)
funny cliche's and quotes:
"when in doubt, whip it out"
"If her arms are bigger then yours, either A) your a p*ssy B) she has a d*ck C)she is fat D) all of the above"
"I was thinking about how people seem to read the Bible a whole lot more as they get older; then it dawned on me . . they're cramming for their final exam. "
" I have the last say so in my house.....and that is yes hunny whatever you want"
" There is no I in team....but there is a ME"
"If she slept with you on the first night...she has done this before"
"Everyone wants to f*ck a hooker, they just want them the first day on the job"
I get home today, afternoon was busy and I can barely feel my back. I know the issue is there and can feel it if I pay attention but I have graduated to a normal paced walk, and my core is feeling more stable. I go to telling my wife my back is feeling better today and she immediately tells me. "You still need to take it easy working out tomorrow." She pauses then she says "but I am happy you are feeling better my love."
The order in which those two statements came out says volumes both about me and her in depth knowledge of who I am. The fact she knows me well enough to know that I had already started planning ways of pushing it a little more is pretty awesome. The fact she knew to nip it in the bud before I even tried to talk about it is even funnier. Aw well she takes good care of me. I need somebody to operate the breaks in this hot rod.
Good news though is that I am feeling noticeably better this afternoon. I took the stairs a few times today to increase circulation back there and I feel better instead of worse that is a good sign to me.
I know exactly what your saying. It shows that you have an excellent marriage and it all starts with a good woman who loves us enough to be in touch with who we are and love us for our faults just and much maybe even more than our qualities. What we have is fairly rare and thanks for reminding me how special it really is.
AMEN DW. I make sure I let my wife know I adore her every single day. Not just that I love her but that I adore her. I know a lot of guys talk about being whooped or giving flowers to their women and how it is stupid. Most of these guys are single or aren't happy in their current relationships in my experience. Nothing a woman loves more than to be openly adored by a man who still commands respect. The inherent vulnerablilty of it just shows them the willingness to soften ourselves to show them love which makes us all the stronger in thier eyes. I guess I just have a little different idea of what makes a strong man and good husband than a lot of people do. SOunds like you and your wife are probably similiar and yes it is a rare and wonderful thing.
Okay off my soap box...
Alright DW...Kleen...you're making me painfully aware of my singleness...jk
But seriously both of you seem to deserve the women your with. By the way you are able to articulate your relationships and how both of you have a level of depth that allows for a meaningful relationship, its obvious to see that your wives probably have a mutual feeling.
Just like lifting, work, and life....if you dont put the work into the relationship your going to get crap out of it. Cheers to being REAL MEN!
HaHa, being single is loads of fun too. I compare being single to a visit to an amusement park; you get to go check out all the rides and when you are lucky you can ride the one you like the most over and over until you are tired of it.
But I wouldn't give up what I got for all the free rides in the world.

Agreed with everything you said up there. 16 years of marriage, and every year better than the next.
Thanks, I hope you get back state side soon and get to wrap your arms around that family of yours. I got a surprise visit from a buddy of mine who just got back from Iraq the other day. What an amazing feeling to welcome someone you love home. I am sure your family is proud of you and can't wait to see your big azz blocking out the sun as you walk through the front door. Until that great day...Stay Safe Brother! We appreciate your efforts back here at home.
I hope to push back up to the 100's again but my shoulder seems to be healing so slowly. I think the injury has uncovered a lot of problems on the left side of my body. I have been working around a lot of these injuries for too long and now it's come back to haunt me. I will definitely add dumbell work in my HST training as it seems I can push this a little more than barbell exercises.
I have to be honest and say that I see more growth with dumbells. I always have. Most of my mass was built after I predominantly went to dumbells. EVERY lifting injury I have incurred has been doing barbell movements for power. I did go back to barbells for bench and some power moves just because the bar forced my shoulder to stretch through a forced range of motion increasing mobility after my surgery. I prefer my dumbbells to be honest and will not be surprised to hit 130's or 140's for 5 reps by the end of this. I honestly think I could hit 120 for 5 right now if I grabbed em. But alas there is a method to this madness and I must follw the progression. I am definitely growing from it thus far. Darn that stupid form mistake on uprights my legs could be tree trunksby the end of this if I could hit them hard.
Yah I've heard this may times, I guess I do a lot of both. I think I will go to dumbells mostly during my next stage of development.
Just don't be a "Clanger" LOL you know the guys who have to clang the dumbbells together at the top like they are proving something? All that does is take the tension off of the muscle. Stop just a hair short of perfectly verticle to keep maximum tension but I imagine you know this cuz your old school too. Hopefully some young bucks will read it and understand they are losing benefit by lifting that way. Your shoulders are going to love you for going predominantly dumbbell for a little while DW. Then your chest will totally explode!!!!
There's quite a bit of db work in the chest bomb, some barbell also though.
I thought about that once I posted that. Was it ever the primary, i dont have the book here to look at it. I think the end of this run I am going to make my own Delt Bomb workout. Need to put some size on my anterior delts so they match the traps.
I have to refrain from doing traps cuz they get so big and makes the shoulders look too narrow.
good dumbell work, impressive lifts
Depending on how the 120's go, the 130's may be in your grasp sooner then you think.
Are you trying to increase strength or is it just a nice little side effect of the lean bulk?
Can you do single leg press... I am doing all my leg work one leg at a time to give my back and knees a break and it's very effective. The range of motion you get from single leg is enourmous and if your using good form you don't need much weight to get an awsome workout.
DW are you doing this on the LP machine or on a sled? I am having trouble really growing my legs and getting definition on the quads and may incorporate this if that is one of the benefits.

sounds great...dont push it too hard sounds like ur making great progress!
Luckily my wife lifts with me and keeps me from machizmo self sabotage. Do you know how bad it sucked to walk away as she loaded the bar for deadlifts and I had to do leg extensions... AAAAGHHHH!!!!! But she is there to remind me if you push now you wont be able to again for weeks. Just wait for a little longer. She saves me from my own machizmo.
You have the perfect wife...few men can say what you just did
Ha till I find a woman like that i have to rely on my dad pulling rank on me when we lift together. Heaven knows i could have used it when i was lifting alone in college

Man I wonder if I would have blown up my shoulder if I had my guardian angel watching over me... I forget about caution when things start going well and I start to get strong again. I know better but that doesn't stop me....
