Enter The Iron Forge: Forging a Stronger Warrior.

Sounds like you are on track to be shredded for your Halloween shindig. And do tell us about the AI TestoPro once you start it, curious to see how that formula works for you and if you notice a difference with everything else.

I am currently logging the difference I feel off of the TestoPro here:

Basic expectations are increased aggression, libido, strength gains, added recomp effect. I was an animal earlier in this stack using the Divanil and TRez, so if I get back to feeling like that or better than I know it is from the addidtion of the TestoPro. I love my USP Labs products, but the feel I get from a test booster that is doing its job is a little more animalistic. A little more edgy. I would almost have rather waited to do this as a bridge but since I won it and I feel they deserve a log of some sort for sharing the product and it is just being released I figure I should add it in now. No WAY I AM GOING OFF MY ASTEROID STACK EARLY! Not while trying to cut and maintain all of my LBM. I would feel like someone just came up and told me I had to be a vegetarian bodybuilder. It can be done but what a pain in the azz!

Vegetarian bodybuilder... wow that does not sound like fun to me. Will be following your other thread since I am quite interested to see how TestoPro works for you with the Asteroid Stack.

Things are going great, the combo of the Asteroid Stack and the addition of a test booster has got me feeling like an animal again. I am really enjoying myself. Had another great workout yesterday. Numbers were similiar to last posted. I am really working hard to preserve my elbows right now. Those 120-130s dumbbells really beat the crap out of them while I was out of my SuperCissus Rx. I think my chest is actually improving from the heavier flyes I have been doing. More direct stimulation I guess.

Good to hear the flys are working for you, all they give me is sore shoulders... I was thinking about you today IW when I was doing flat bench DBs, kind of laughed at myself when I went to grab 70s after reading about your bouts with 120/130. Oh well, not so easy when you have no spotter to help with big boy weights.

Yeah I agree, my wife sometimes helps putting the DB on my knees. For me I don't let anyone help out with the dumbbells other than that. I lose control of the weight when people touch them. I have to be in control of them from the time they are on my knee to when I lean back and use my knees to sling the dumbells up and back on to my chest in one move Then press from there. The first rep is always kind of awkward since the weight is in close it is almost a close grip dumbell bench then I let it widen on the decent of the first rep. I do a negative curl to put them down because I get annoyed at the dumbbell droppers.

On your flyes try doing them with your thumbs facing in, pinky out and see if that helps with the shoulders hurting.

IW - I will try that grip with the flys and see how it goes. As for bench DB press, I am really just starting it now that my shoulders are strong enough to not be bothered by it. So far I like the challenge of a new exercise and it looks to be adding some mass to my chest which is probably my weakest are due to the aforementioned shoulder issues preventing me from lifting it hard up until this year.

That is definitely respectable weight and you will build more mass off of the dumbbells than olympic bar. Much better range of motion. Not to mention DB Bench is my only chest specific exercise in one workout. To keep your shhoulder healthy while you build your strength don't put your elbows straight out to the side. instead of a 90 degree angle between torso and arm try like a 65-70 degree. It puts the shoulder socket in a much more stable position. Keep you from hurting them.

Man I have been sick! I am hating it. Have been trying to get some of my air back from the bronchitis. I guess this is kind of forcing me into some rest for my tendonitis. I will be more active next week and have more updates. Not much to give right now still short on air. Will have to take my inhaler with me to the gym all week if I want to have the oppurtunity to really try to push it.
