i still havent even gotten my bottle of the new t 911 to log, and i just moved to college so whenever it comes in i'll have to wait until i go home to get it, gay gay gay lol

squats (ATG) 275 x 10/5/3 - up one
SLDL 235 x 8/3/2 - nothing
leg extensions 215 lbs 16/8/5 - up two. i hate going up in weight on this. screws with my knees, hence the higher reps
pinwheel curls - 85x 7/5/2 - up 2 reps
standing calf raises 400 x 26, 420 x 19 - up one
hack squats 370x 9/5/3 - pulled something on last rep. up one. bleh.

mood : still higher than normal. i'm more focused in the gym, though with a few newbies around, i find myself frustrated at times

energy/endurance : couple exercises i have gone up 2 reps, so i'm liking this so far. the real challenge will be if this will continue for 2-3 weeks, or if my body will adjust to this.

additional thoughts : second dosing of T-911 repeatedly makes my tongue a bit numb feeling. anyone know why this is?

DB bench - 85's 8/5/3 - up two
skullcrushers (EZ bar) - 135 x 7/4/2 - new exercise
rope tri pushdowns - 150x 11/6/4 - up two. 160 i can't seem to get down for one rep? dynamic of lifting that kind of weight? is it worth trying it facing away from the machine?
revers grip tri pulldown - 140 x 9/5/3 - up two.

mood - great mood, though i'm getting aggressive. stress maybe, though its hard to tell

energy/endurance - pretty solid. couple increases of 2 reps, so i think this product is starting to show through. recovery is awesome, i'm not too badly torn up from yesterdays workout? though still sore

sidenotes - this is important. i missed my pre workout dose of T-911, so i dosed it after i got back from the gym. tongue isn't numb today. previously i was dosing 4 hours after my first dose, this time i think i got a 5 hour and change gap.

I am running the new version, and my aggression is higher on the new ones.

thanks :) i wasn't sure if the aggression was from the T-911 or this court thingy i've got to pay off. kids started school this week, so there's lots of crying in the AM, and in the afternoon, lots of fighting over toys and homework. i figured the aggression was too early to pinpoint to the T-911.
 
Lifts are looking good man. I love that you maxed out the butterfly machine LOL!

Bet that gets you some stares from gym cacklers.....Out of sheer intimidation of course.

why are butterfly machines so easy? i don't get it. i've found it also works great for doing the DC extreme chest stretch. let that 220 pull your elbows back, and man its intense :)

BTW, T911 makes me pretty darn aggressive. Up there with MMV2 and Epistane.

mood : great mood today. feeling pretty awesome, and had a great workout. i felt charged today, and i suspect that helped me in some of my lifts. i'm sleeping pretty good for not being on my GH support supps, but man, it takes me half an hour to wake up.

energy/endurance
: up of course, though i feel next weeks workouts should be way more intense, with many more significant increases. the original T-911 was a spectacular compound, so i'm holding the new formulation up to a very high standard. shooting for 2 rep increases on EVERY exercise next week (except pullups). does anyone else hate pullups?

sidenotes : i've split my doses 5 hours or more apart. tongue went a little numb on me today (just the tip), and the dose was easily pushing 6 hours apart. i'm a bit confused as to why. is it possible i'm a bit dehydrated? i can't think of any other reason this would happen, and i know i haven't been swimming as much recently (heater on the pool broke). that leaves more time in the sun for me to sweat. sorry for rambling, just trying to get my thoughts in order.

other weird thoughts
: inner quads are feeling very tight today. that weird muscle between your bicep and forearm (an inch in from my elbow) is actually hard to the touch when flexed. that's completely new. pic to follow.

any issues with the numbness today? Sometimes if I left it under my tounge for to long, I.E cotton mouth, i would get a little numbness action.. thats why know I sip a small amount of water to really help the break down of the tablet..

Also, Arm showing great deffinition in that picture..not sure why its sore..doms maybe?
 
oh, not doms. the muscles are hard when flexed. unusually hard. no numbness yet - its only on second pill of the day, which is why i tried spacing the dose further apart. i don't know what to make of it.
 
Have u ever played hockey? I know a friend of mine who has played hockey for a long time now has a freakish muscle there even though he has a very lean/cut build.

dosed yesterday and this AM. mood is good, though i think i'm getting frustrated easier. i've also been waking up with morning wood every day for the past 4, which is usually an every other day kind of thing. i've got the signs of raised test, that's for sure :)

I think he has log fatigue. And half of AM is missing... IDK. I talk to him on AIM a few times a week. I know he is getting promoted at work, so that may have something to do with his absence.

dude, my beard is growing intense. normally 13-15 day mark of it, i kill a razor trying to shave. day 9 of this and it was tough. had to use the electric one first with no guard to get it trimmable. maybe the hairs are growing thicker? dunno. just thought i should mention it since it was a bit unusual.

top of your head huh? let me know how that works out for ya... my top hair is somewhat receeding - what we in the military call, a strategic retreat.

thats funny about your beard... I think mine has slowed down growing while taking TO, I really welcome that... I hate shaving anyway... its so over rated!

Whoever invented shaving is a freaking jerk. I've gotten so lazy that I just run over my entire face with a mustache trimmer. I avoid the razor-burn, and I get to keep that cool grub that chicks dig. ha.
