oh, not doms. the muscles are hard when flexed. unusually hard. no numbness yet - its only on second pill of the day, which is why i tried spacing the dose further apart. i don't know what to make of it.
not much sports, more out of boredom than any enjoyment for the game.Have u ever played hockey? I know a friend of mine who has played hockey for a long time now has a freakish muscle there even though he has a very lean/cut build.

Whoever invented shaving is a freaking jerk. I've gotten so lazy that I just run over my entire face with a mustache trimmer. I avoid the razor-burn, and I get to keep that cool grub that chicks dig. ha.

deads 385 x 6 - up one rep
face pulls 150 x 8/4/2 - up two reps
barbell rows - 220 x 9/4/3 - up one rep. pump from the chins made this movement very hard.
machine curls - 150 x 13/8/5 - up three
standing shrugs - 335 x 8/4/3 - up 5 lbs, down one rep
reverse pec dec machine - 150x 6/3/2 - down three reps, up 10 lbs
mood : very high. again, checking out girls more than normal. this will only end up getting me in trouble...
energy/endurance : seeing the gains i'm expecting.
sidenotes : two things to note. muscles are harder than usual. also, i hadn't shaved since i got my T-911, and as usual, 9 days of shaving left me with a full beard. it was harder to shave today, so some maybe thickening of facial hair? dunno, but i had to use the hair trimmers before i could shave comfortably, which i'm used to have happen at or around the two week mark all natural. probably useless information right there.

hack squats 380x 8/5/3 - down one, up 10 lbs
mood : very high. great workout, and felt great throughout the day.
energy/endurance : solid increases, i'm pretty happy with the numbers
sidenotes : none. i've had morning wood every day since dosing, muscles are a little bit tighter feeling, no vascularity however.
