Man, they were tough!! I grip really wide for pull-ups, and it's real tough doing them right now as my left arm is still killing me. Actually, it's been sore for a long time now, every time I get an appointment to see my doc, something always comes up. Back work or bicep work kills it, so does getting the dumbells into position for incline presses or shoulder presses. Sorry for complaining. I did a rest pause set of 'em, then went and supersetted it with decline barbell pullovers. Definitely made me sore, so I appreciate the advice. Nice to read your log, it's well maintained!!

Yeah, in the crook of my arm, towards the outside, on the top and a bit on my forearm. I keep being an idiot and pushing through it, out of frustration. Frustrated because I can't rest it at all due to my job, and my doc visits keep getting re-scheduled. I know I need to take some downtime, but work really doesn't help. Felt good though to do those weighted pull-ups, thanks for the advice man!!
 
Not a problem subweevil, good luck with that bicep, you probably have a minor tear or something in it. Or its tendonitis or some kind of joint problem.

THOUGHTS

Today was a good workout. Intensity was up, pumps were great in my legs. Vacularity was present everywhere. Squats were up, lying leg curls went up. -AS- is just blowing me up and I am pretty sure leaning me out. I can see some new veins and stuff :) Today I weighed 185.0 on the dot. Good endurance and focus today as I smashed through my workout!

Good workout today. Everything remained about the same. Good pumps, Vascularity, endurance and focus. My legs are real sore today, but are recovering nice and quick. Libido is still unchanged. I have started to get some small zits, not sure if this is due to an increase in test or not. Chest was pretty full today felt good in the gym! Vascualrity was definitely pretty crazy! My diet was pretty much the same as yesterdays! Gotta love them taco omelets.

This stuff is quickly becoming a solid product in my mind. My strength just seems to keep shooting up. I picked up those DB's for my hammers and they just felt light :dunno: Pumps and Vascularity were like always really good. I had friends telling me in the gym how cut I was looking and that I was looking great. I told them about -AS- and a couple of my other friends. Libido was moderately increased today but nothing too bad. Next week will be a dead lift session, I will be adding another 10 lbs to that. I am quickly thinking about bulking.......

I was wondering if -AS- had anything in it like stinging nettle root to help free up test? If not I would think it would be a good addition....

Yes, well I get strength gains regardless. And this last week my resistance training has not been about strength; I've tried something completely new and have been hammering my body with higher reps in preparation for my photoshoot on Monday, just to see whether it makes much different.

I'm good. Having today as a day off as well, since my body is starting to hate be, LOL. Got to make sure that I have that day COMPLETELY OFF EVERYTHING once a week, else my body will rebel sooner or later, and I'm not keen on revisiting Chronic Fatigue status.

Todays leg workout was awesome! Lifts were up, pumps were great and I just kept blasting through my workout. AS really seems to bring out peoples vascularity, which is an awesome bonus really! Havn't found to many products that work this well.

I havent seen one product to do this as much as AS does, I dont think I'll ever see viens in my calfs, hahaha, doing great man!

Well today was my last workout on -AS-. It saddens me a bit but I am glad I got to run it. I gave this workout 100% and I made some good gains. I am glad it fell on this day because I wanted -AS- on my last deadlift day haha. Pumps were really good, Vascularity was good, libido-moderately high. Recovery seems to be up as I expect to be really sore however I feel minor DOMS.
