Skimmed over, looks like this is going to be a huge log for you Tex!

I really hope so, from what I am gathering it appears it is beginning to work for me. I do have a few questions for you though Boro..

1.) Why is it I can go hypo from Prime (not all the time, it has only been VERY mild symptoms once or twice), but have not from AP/ Yellow Gold?

2.) Is the 5 on, 2 off protocol still applicable or is their a better format? I am dosing 9 caps workout days, 6 caps off days.

1. Some things work for people and something dont. Prime works through different pathways than AP or Yellow Gold. Have you tried something stronger, like SLIN or Glycobol?

2. Yes the 5 on/2 off works best, at least it did for me. Stick to it and you will really make those bottles last and the gains commin!

No I have not tried slin or glycobol. I have been hesitant to try anything new since in that category since the AP did not work for me.

5 on/ 2 off it will be then! Anything to keep results and make the bottles max out!
 
I just run it every day but never tried taking days off, it may for all I know be a good way to save. I think Jacob is recommending 6 on and 1 off now though.

About the hypo feeling, I have an inkling that Prime makes you use up calories very quickly and you have to eat more than you normally would. I could be you have to eat more. I would recommend an extra 200-300 more calories than you would normally in your situation. I have read logs where people who eat like pigs and still gain very little fat if any at all.
 
Whats up guys? Today is my off day from Prime and yesterday I took an off day from they gym, so today will be my chest and tricep day. My workout partner ditched me yesterday and I am wanting to go heavy, but I can't do that without a spotter.

As stated I am taking today and tomorrow off on my prime as it has been 5 days cycled on, now come my 2 days cycled off.
 
I think DW's 6 on/1 off idea sounds more :head:
 
Nah dont do that man..that would be a waste. Its not going to make that much of a difference. It still needs more time to kick in anyway.
 
Day 6

Supplement Dosing
  • Prime: 9 caps today (3 Lunch, 3 pre workout, 3 dinner)
  • Uni Liver: 6 tabs today (3 lunch, 3 pre-workout)

Notes
  • Today I had to cram my dosing in as I decided after noone that I was going to switch to a 6 on, 1 off protocol. I had to dose 3 caps 3 times today, with the increased Prime intake per serving I noticed I had a bit of a cotton mouth today.
  • I want to comment on my endurance and stamina from todays workout. My numbers were very impressive for me, I was a bit shocked. After my final sets I felt like I could still go so I was running around doing random but still necessary exercises
  • Strength gains on my chest from day 1 to now are very impressive. Again, 285 was the highest I went on day1, but like I said I felt like I could have gone higher. Anyways I think my increased strength might also have to do with my test levels finally being back up to par from my newly finished bottle of Diesel Test Hardcore
  • Joints and bones are starting to pop like crazy?
  • I think I noted this earlier in the week, but Appetite is starting to increase quickly.
  • Muscle were feeling very full tonight, pump was very nice.
  • I used Powerlifting form on Flat bench also, not Bodybuilding form.

The workout
Flat Bench:
135x10
225x6
245x4
265x2
285x1
295x1
300x1 Fail (I was so close on this, I got stuck at midpoint and then with a little bump from spotter pushed it up the rest of the way.

Other exercises I did: Incline Flyes, Flat Flyes, Incline Machine Various Grips, BB Preacher curl, DB Curl

Just to put emphasis on my flat strength increases... my last working set 1 week ago was 285 I believe, so 10 lbs in 1 week (loosely considering I probably could have gone up day 1)

Thus far as you can tell I am pleased with Prime.
 
So far so good, my son increased his bench 10 lbs each week for 5 reps so he started he was doing 245 X 5 and finished at 285 X 5. I think we were doing 5/5/5/8/12 I don't think he ever missed a rep.

Yup I am pleased. I'm not sure which rep format I should use to get the most out of a powerlifting flat bench increase. The one I used appears to be the most common usually, but my rep per set with X weight increased as well as my over all last set by 10lbs. I could have gotten 245 for probably 6 or more pretty easily, but I had a rep count in mind I wanted to follow.

Prime is giving my bad cotton mouth though these past two days

alright just got in 2 more bottles of prime so total 3 bottles of 600mg. Today is off day for prime and gym. I have alot of business calc to do so wish me luck.
 
hey everyone sorry today has been hectic and i have a huge business calc test monday. I think I will be hitting back and triceps or something tonight... not really sure.

Prime is dehydrating the crap out of me along with texas heat...

hey guys, I think I am going to be dropping the dose back down to 6 caps on off day and on day. I'm not sure if it is Prime or what but lately my head has not felt good. I have had alot of pressure and headaches as well as having a big problem staying hydrated.

i will be hitting back tonight

alright so alittle updates on the head ache stuff. I think it was tension headaches combined with lack of sleep. I popped 4 ibprofen and some water and it went away with in 30 minutes. also took 2 prime pre workout and felt pretty good going into the gym. I did biceps and back and wore my cutoff apnut black shirt. Definitely made me look like a huge V-taper!

I am now sipping on 2 scoops of XF banana cream (which is great BTW!) with 3 liver tabs post workout.

Any tips on how to get tension headaches gone without medication though? Im not one to take alot of pain killers.

I am assuming the two problems are related... how much water do you drink a day. I drink about 7 litres (close to 2 gallons) during the summer when I am taking lots of supps, or else I too will get headaches.

Maybe some additional electroltyes might help.
 
hey guys sorry for the lack of updates lately. Anyways, my tension headaches are still going on. but my truck got broke into and my motorcycle helmet and a bunch of crap were stolen so i have been pissed off.

I introduced my fishoil back in today and man i was burping it up all day I took in about 4300mg.

supplement dosing
Prime: 9 caps, 2 with main meals and 3 pre workout
Uni liver: 9-12 today
Fish Oil: about 4300 mg

So following my dosing protocol of prime and uni liver I weighed in at 2 lbs increase tonight. My strength is continually increasing.

Workout
DB Flat: 65x10, 75x8, 85x6
DB Incline: 65x8, 65x6, 65x6
BB Flat: 135x10, 205x5

Those are my main chest lifts tonight and I also did biceps, but just worked those to failure. I felt good tonight and was suprised how easy i performed my db flat sets.

Prime/Uni liver notes
Pro's
-up 2 lbs (168)
-strength is increasing steadily in reps & 1 rep

con's
-Dry mouth
-Head aches

thank you, yeah I don't really know much about DC. I always get stronger on those progams like 5x5, but then once i get off i lose it all for some reason, so i usually just float around and do my own thing

Ok the next few days will be critical as far as assessing how your eact to Prime, fairly significant strength increases should be on the horizon.

I have been following a this bench routine with huge success:
225x6-10
245x4
265x2
*starting right here I always take the two previous weeks 1 rep max and work up to the new weeks so..
285x1
295x1
305x1 Yes you are seeing this right! I broke 300 Lbs tonight, and last week I failed at 300. so a 10 lbs increase in 1 week again!!


Total this is a 20 lbs increase in about 2-3 weeks on flat bench. This is the only thing I have been progressively tried to increase as I am wanting to enter some BP competitions I think for the fun of it.

I am not up much weight at all though, not as much as I was hoping to get this far in... but oh well the strength increases have still been great. I also sold one of my bottles to my workout partner and he has been using it for a week at 6 caps/day and his DB flat went up to 90 lbs today for 8 reps and i think he previously was using 80's or 85's.

I'm not sure wtf in prime is helping me this much because I honestly don't believe it.

If anyone wants to give my dosing a try I do:
Prime: ( 2 wake-up, 2 @ mid day, 3 pre workout, 3 post workout)
Fish Oil 1200mg x3 per day
Uni liver: 3 with lunch, pre workout, post workout
vita berry/ biomend post workout and morning

thanks man, yeah the strength gains are pretty nuts. 20 lbs is great. I just hope I can continue seeing these strength increases week by week. i would love to get back to 315-320 range. If I can do that I will be very pleased. I can also try to get up a video or so maybe if I get some more active viewers in here.

I still have another bottle to potentially go through after this current bottle

The strength gains are just beginning about now don't be afraid to push it. It may not feel like you can but there is more in the tank than you can guess. If you want size gain you really have to eat a lot on Prime. Don't worry I've seen people eat like pigs and make almost all clean gains. When I megadose Prime I get really hungry and I eat more and I gain really high quality mass. This is a critical time for you if you want to gain.. go buy more groceries... you know what kind!! Time to turn up the volume!!

You will start to feel harder .. more full. The strength increases do tend to come from nowhere though. That's why I keep telling people to push the envelope. The only indication I got at this stage that I was stronger is I could lift more weight. Trust it keep pushing.

haha, I can't tell you fellas, but I will be starting a new log with it & prime this next week. Make sure to join as I will be giving updates, etc on my experiences with it. It is a new Appnut pipeline project and it should have am impact on the Supplement industry for sure!


Todays workout
I worked out with squats today and finished my final set of 5 with 275 lbs, felt pretty good also. I'm not sure I was going perfectly parallel, but I was going low enough to get some work done.

I also worked some deadlift in to try and work my way back up to the 350 for sets of 5 i used to do on my old 5x5 routine, but 315 was a pain in the ass tonight so I stayed and worked with that.

I also did 10x5-8 on widegrip pull-ups and narrow reverse grip pull-ups.

kind of a random day, but all in all i feel pretty good.
 
Nice numbers bro! So can you tell us anything at all? Like is it a hormonal supp? Aminos? Creatine? IGF-3?!

I can't give anything yet, but I can say this is a GREAT supplement on paper as all AN supplements are, but it's real life case is expected to be awesome as well. With my luck on prime and the combination of this I expecting some very nice things leading into my next year of school.

Numbers are slowly creeping back up thankfully. I looked up the USAPL bench record for my weight and it is ~360. I'm not sure if that is shirted or not though.

I really have no clue when new information will come out to the public other than following my log. I possibly will be able to give info out throughout my log, but i really have no clue.

I am taking today off from the gym to study and hang out and relax. I am alittle sore today as well. Tomorrow will be my last day on this first bottle of prime. So with one bottle a 20 lbs increase in bench and 2 lbs weight gain. Not terrible at all naturally.

not sure if you guys heard, but their was another company bust this past week on tren products and some other stuff. I would suggest kind of getting an Idea of what PH's you like and what you want to grab just in case.
