Numbers are slowly creeping back up thankfully. I looked up the USAPL bench record for my weight and it is ~360. I'm not sure if that is shirted or not though.

Alright I am taking another day off today because I have a huge business calc test tomorrow and DOMS are eating me alive today in my lats, legs, and biceps. That is what I get for doing ~50 pull-ups each wide grip & bicep reversie grip.

I have never had them this bad.

I had something similar happen. On my back/bi day one time I super setted closed grip chins with wide grib pulldowns. Next day, I couldn't stand stright or bend my arms haha
 
Two factors, etiher SP250 or Prime, Prime would give me headaches if I did hanging bat-situps.
 
just giving a quick update. I will be hitting the gym tonight. Not sure what I am going to do, I think chest since I hit a combination of back/ legs last day.
 
hey guys sorry I haven't been on in a few days. Things have been really rough lately. My brother got in a huge wreck on his birthday under influence of quite a few things and almost killed himself and his best friend.

I haven't worked out in two or three days either because I have been busy, so I still have 3 caps left on my first bottle of prime.
