Getting back into the GYM with Animal, Appnut, and USP Labs

That's funny how different people react.. Pslin took some time to work for me like a couple of weeks untill I digested it properly and AP worked like a charm from day 1. Powerfull is just ok for me, I get better sleep.

As far as Prime ... well the supp works and works well, but does it work for you that's the only thing that remains to be seen. I have seen too many miraculous results to doubt it's authenticity.

No doubt do I believe that it works for some, I just really am hoping to see it take some nice effects for me to keep me interested in the USP labs line. I suspect I will though... and for me if it works like a prohormone I will pay the money because my goal is to stay PH/PS/DS free for quite awhile now.

Just popped 3 caps Prime Pre-workout and will be taking 3 post workout as well with an XF whey protein shake and PP vitaberry.

Yup, I know I am not going to find anything OTC to compare to a steroid, but just something that will give me decent results along with my dedication.

Anyways, I got in 300g vitaberry today and 1 tub of XF Banana cream, Post workout I ate 2 scoops of banana cream that I made into a pudding along with 3 caps of prime. Pre workout I took 1 scoop Vitaberry in water along with 3 caps of prime.

I went and worked out back today and did some standing fighting work. My back workout was great, I used mainly machines & hammer strength machines, but they all got the job done for me. Then I went and did alittle bit of boxing work as it has been awhile since I have fight trained. It felt pretty good, but my knuckles are torn up and a bit sore now.

I made the mistake of taking my multivitamin on an empty stomach and ended up vomiting earlier, lesson learned.

Still having high hopes for prime, and I honestly get the feeling it is doing something for me.

That's exactly how I would put it. Now that I am getting older I just want to see something for what I am putting in.

Sounds to me like you may be getting some of the mood elevation/alpha male feeling. Look for that to increase. It's a good sign but the similarities with placebo effects are going to make it hard to distinguish at first. Still I am optimistic for you.
 
eh we will find out with continued use. I don't think I would see Prime acting on Day 2 already, if I am getting this same feeling and increased strength in two weeks, then I will know it is legit for me.

I am taking today off because my body is fairly sore today, so how do I dose Prime on OFF days?
 
Yes dose your prime on off days. Take 2/2/2 with meals. You are doing 9 on workout days right?
 
and your standard dose is 9 caps on, 6 caps off? Looks like I will need a few bottles then to complete this run for as long as I want to.

6 ed for the first 4 weeks is fine then 6/9 for 2 weeks then 9/12 for 2 weeks. I believe in progressive dosing after the first 4 weeks.

Also, another note I have made about my experiences on Prime... I am sore after my workouts for 1-2 days, if any of you have followed my other logs you will know that it is nearly impossible for me to get sore generally. Is their any hypothesis as to why Prime would give me DOMS?

Working hard gives you DOMS ... plus remember you have been away from it for a while.
 
You training in morning or night? Sorry if this was already mentioned? You training fasted?
 
Sounds good to me. Just make sure you get those 3 in pre w/o and dose the other 6 spread throughout the day.

I didnt really get thattt pumped...the hardness and density is what I noticed the most.

yeah it is not really a pump, but I just feel denser. Thank you BTW. A little smaller than I used to be, but I am pleased with what I maintained since not lifting

well regardless how you both explain it, I think all 3 of us are talking about the same feeling. I am pleased that I am actually feeling it work possibly!

It was one of my favorite parts about taking Prime...now that I am thinking about it..this did give me a hyuuuge pump!

About 2-2.5 weeks into taking Prime, when you flex, say your bicep, you will be able to flex and flex and flex and it feels like you are activating deeeep fibers each flex. You flex harder and harder...it got me reallllly pumped!! I lovvvved it!

that is awesome... how many bottles worth did you use? I hope it gets to that point for me.
 
Ive used prime twice...first time 2 bottles..second 1 bottle...just couldnt afford it anymore :dunno:

Just keep flexin up bro..you notice it in about wk 2.

Notes
  • with each Dose I am taking in 20G cho+ and this seems to be giving me a bit of a "full"/"pump" feeling. My body feels a bit more dense as well.
  • I have found taking Prime 15-20 minutes pre-workout is my ideal time frame
  • Uni liver has helped with subsiding headaches/ dizziness I would usually receive during my workouts. My old way to combat this was a Swell/Xtend concuction.
  • the past week my muscles have been sore for about 1-2 days after they are worked

  • Hack squat machine
  • V squat
  • Deadlift:

Yah you could get all pumped and hard just by doing like 10 pushups.. it's awsome.

not really sure man, but when i take vitamins & BCAA it doesn't happen. I have been using this Swell/xtend combo for quite awhile now and it has worked. Now currently still testing out these liver tabs for that purpose

  • Two times this past week I have felt myself starting to go hypo after dosing 2 caps of prime... anyone else notice this?

  • Squats: (light) 135x8, 185x5, 185x8
  • Hack squat machine: 225x5, 225x8, 225x8
  • V squat: N/A
  • Deadlift: 135x10, 225x5, 285x5

My legs just have lost an incredible amount of strength, these squats keep bugging my knees as well for some reason, I guess it is just part of getting back in the game.
 
I went hypo many times from Prime..it has nutrient repartitioning powah!! Dose it with 40g carbs imo. Better/bigger pumps/strength/recovery.
 
As for the knee pains...take things slow man..drop the weight and focus on strenghening joints and ish up..You will get some nice endurance with Prime..so upping the reps may be good for now. Lower the reps when your knees stop bothering. You could just do high reps for legs (presses) and lower reps for everything else. :dunno:
 
awesome so the hypo is a sign of it working on me... great! If so I felt that on like day 2 or 3 which is pretty fast for a supplement...

Yeah, I have been using Biomend by AN, but I got some vitaberry to use in the mornings and whenever... it really is pretty good!

Yup! It has something like 60 scoops for $45. It is great with yogurt or in water.


So today I am pretty sore in my legs. Not bad, but definitely not what I was expecting since it was a fairly light day. I am hitting chest & tricep today and then probably taking tomorrow off. Also, today is my 5th day in a row on Prime... Does the 5 day on, 2 day off protocol still exist? I have 3 bottles of Prime, so I have plenty to spare if this is not required.
