Effing awesome workout. I had such a painful pump in my biceps and forearms; I could barely handle it. I wanted to scream. It felt like my arms were about to burst...it was awesome. :twisted:

30mins Pre-workout:

5x RPM
8x Hemo

Workout: Back/Bis/Calves

Dual Axis Pulldown Machine: 225lbs
WG Pulldown: 175lbs
Straight Arm Pulldown: 60lbs

BB Curl: 75lbs
Reverse Grip Curl: 50lbs
Preacher Curl Machine: 65lbs

Seated Calf Raise: 100lbs
Donkey Calf Raise: 340lbs

No cool stories today. Got in and got out.
 
man youve been having some epic workouts. whats the most rpm youve tried before a single workout?

one time i dosed 3 40 mins before my pre workout meal, waited another 30-40 mins, and dosed 5. then about 30 minutes later i worked out. to this date, it was the most amazing workout i have ever had. i would hit a PR, then beat that PR, and then beat THAT PR.

Doubtful. I'm using a Time Under Tension (TUT) routine. I can probably hit about 20+ reps at this weight normally, but this routine, I can get about 4-5. If you haven't read, what I'm doing is doing a 4-2-4 count for each rep. So I'll do a positive for a 4 second count, pause at the top (or bottom) for 2 seconds, and then do the negative for 4 seconds. It's long and painful! The rep range is 4-6, and I'm doing 4 sets per exercise with a 1 regular warmup set (~20reps).

The entire point is to use lighter weight as to involve the most hypertrophy possible with as little impact on my back since it's busted.
 
So I was sitting at home tonight with some family and some friends from work called me up and said, "We're coming to get you." They weren't taking no for an answer, so I went with them to eat, we then proceeded to go to the Funky Blues Shack to listen to some music (and throw back 3 Jameson Whiskey's in my case), and then we took a walk down to the jetties and had about an hour to 1.5hr long political discussion; right up my alley! :)

It was a good time. The water was gorgeous, the stars were out, and the weather was perfect.

I was severely parched and as I was walking beside this chick I work with I said, "You know, you don't know how thirsty you are until the whiskey stops flowing." - She said, "Hey, here's a water bottle!" - It was floating in the water and I was like, "You test it, then I'll drink it." - She took a sip, said it was okay, and I said "If you drink half I'll drink the rest." She agreed, then realized what an a-hole I was for having her do that. :lol:

i was at aj's all night. no call??? didn't have too much to drink, but i almost had to knock this one guy out. i kept talking to this girl, and whenever i would say something in her ear, he would say, "what the eff are you whispering about?" to which i would reply, "none of your dammmn business." then he would say,"that's what i thought." :shrug::shrug::shrug::shrug: wtf is that about. i wish he would have swung, but i guess it was for the best. i probably would have killed his scrawny behind.

Sorry man. Wasn't out for too long. I wanted to stay at Funky Blues for a little longer, but the chick I was with was only 19 so when they started checking ID's she was outta luck.

i think you are misunderstanding the situation.
First, the girl was in my group.

Second, the guy who was talking sh1t was not with us. he only came over to bum $8 cigs from my friend.

Third, i did not start anything with him, i was only talking to a friend in my own party

Fourth, He was drunk off of his a$$, and probably had partaken in the devil's lettuce earlier in the evening

Fifth, i tried to leave his vicinity as to avoid conflict, but he kept following us.

Sixth, everyone knew this guy was a d-bag, because when he first came over he started with a story about how he was hitting on his best friends girlfriend, and they ended up leaving him at the bar and his hotel was 23 miles away.

I hope this clears the air and all confusion. I am not a d-bag who goes out to start fights. I'm just always ready. :wave:
 
No d-bags at Funky Blues, just some creepy old guy hitting on the girl that was with us. We straightened him out a little.

Speaking of old guys, there was a chick there that you and I went to high school with and she was clinging to some dude that had to be about 55yo.

I hope you all had a badass cuatro de julio. Speaking of obnoxious drunkards, I had to deal with the craziest kid yesterday. He was hanging his head out the truck window and yelling sh1t at people. Kid was crazy. He said the funniest fukcing thing tho that made my day. We were at this fire works show and he brought his new "girlfriend". The show just ended and we were all getting back in the truck. We all get in except him and his girlfriend because they are talking to what looks to be some friends of theirs. He gets into the truck and says "lets get outa here, this girl talks funny"..Im like "she talks funny?" hes like "she has that problem where it sounds all spitty when she talks" I say "haha you mean she has a lisp?" hes like "yeahhh she has a lisp" He sticks his head out the truck window and goes "HEY! HAVE FUN WITH YOUR LITHHHP!" :toofunny: I almost died. The girl goes "you are a d!ck!" and my friend goes "you have a d!ck?!" the girl looks at her boyfriend as if to come up with a comeback and my friend says "have fun with that dood" to her boyfriend. Guys, what the heck is up with my weight? I don't think I've gained a pound. My metabolism must be freaking high right now. I'm taking in like 300-500g of CHO/day, at least 350g protein, and probably 50-75g/fat. :dunno: - Maybe more...Normally with that amount of carbs I would get fat.

I've got one more week left on the TUT program, then it's time to change it up and do a month long cut. Any ideas for a new routine?
 
I actually "dated" a chick that had a bad stuttering problem. I could finish her sentences...in a non romantic way.

Don't feel like ALCAR is worth it.

TTA looks interesting, and would stack well with RK, but I haven't seen enough people really say that TTA was worth it. RK is popular which is why I'm going with it.

I've got Adipo-X (just remembered that).

I mean, what the heck do I need? NOthing? Hence...

Can it be?

The bulk stuff yeilds like 120mg per 1/4t. I think I remember someone on here doing it...maybe B5150? My experienc was pleasent with it running it close to 100-120mg/day.

Phil Heath is doing it.

It's 3-4 sets of 3-4 exercises at 8-12 reps then you finish off each bodypart with 7sets of 8-10 reps with about 30sex reset between sets.

I have the latese issue of Flex and phil heaths routines if you want me to lay the plan out for ya.

That sounds like something that would be cool to try, however, I really don't want to spend more than 4 days in the gym each week, 3 being ample. I'm super busy these days.

Well the no 10% off thing kind of made my decision for me. I won't be buying any supps. I'll just be using what I've got.

I'm excited enough to be using SFL and Hemo together. I'll also be adding in HMB again, and taking in bunches more broccoli (I3C, ftw!). I think I'm golden.

I'll take out Distilled Water regardless. :)

I have not tried any Axis products yet, but IC, have you used I-gh-1 yet? I used it a long time ago and liked it quite a bit on keeping me lean during the night time.
