I could have used this supplement on my Cancun trip. Sleeping in a double bed with the wife and sharing a room with 3 kids was rough. Tylenol PM couldn't even make me sleep throught the a$$holes partying in the hall at 3AM this AM. I had a 6AM wakeup call for my 7:15 ride to the airport. I almost pulled a Timber and bum rushed the mofos.

Wow.. this **** sounds really interesting to me. I rarely get good sleep. The first day I started The One, that night I slept like a rock for 11hrs straight. That was last Saturday. Since then, I am back to my usual shitty ass, wake up 10x a night, not even sleeping pills or melatonin work, sleep schedule :(

I think I would make another good tester for this product cough cough wink wink lol...

I didn't dose last night - had a mild pancreas attack... So just limited my intake of everything until the pain subsided overnight. Will resume today barring any setbacks.

Just happens sometimes man... Hereditary condition from my pops.

Can be aggrivated with excess fat intake - which may be the culprit this time around... also may not be a coincidence that last time it happened I was also finishing up a SERM. Obviously stopped that last night as well.
 
Was not able to dose again last night. Had another attack last night. Been rough getting the food in, but this is something I've been dealing with for years... It happens. Everything has calmed down today - I'm going to go to my Dr's office today to get checked out.

Almost certain that I'll have to reduce fats in my diet... Even the healthy ones.

Will dose tonight though for sure. Looking forward to it.

That sounds horrible! I hope that things start getting better for you, or at least that these attacks don't come so frequently! :(

That's the thing... They aren't very frequent at all. Just every few months I get two days of constant agony.

I'd probably just as soon NOT go to the Dr... but let's just say the girlfriend played a strong hand. :lol:

Yessir!

Gave some blood today to check for ulcers... also going to get an Upper GI on Thursday and an abdominal ultrasound. Sounds like a fun morning!

Anyway, off to the gym.

Gym went great today. Kind of killed off the residue "punched in the stomach feeling"... I'm clear of this attack it seems like - 2 days of the usual agony. Will be nice to get to the root of the problem this time around.
 
Looks like you get to eat more carbs to compensate for the drop in fats :006:

Ok!

Back to it. Dosed last night... Sleep wasn't out like a light or straight through oddly enough at first, but MAN.... crazy dreams... One was a pretty cool murder mystery kind of thing - kind of gruesome... but not scary. Dosed around midnight, and fell asleep around 1:30.

I need something like this. I don't sleep well worth jack. This is the third night in a row where I had to rely on Cuervo Silver to assist me to sleep, and that's not a preferred option of mine.
 
Day 9

Dosed late, and wasn't all that tired, but fell asleep quickly when I settled down. Was pretty nervous for the tests today.

Anyway, for those that are interested... my blood came back perfect... No pancreas or liver issues, no bacteria for ulcers, and very good hormone levels. The Upper GI went well as well. Uncertain of the ultrasound results. I hope I'm not pregnant.
