Timber's Epi Smash

You know, even though it is kinda a joke, DTH is getting mad press because of Buster. There is no such thing as bad publicity. I kinda find this funny.

haha no I just posted something thinking it was Timber's X dream thread

damn, I've been trying to do the same thing...I hate going to bed hungry!!!

I can already see the difference in the mirror after doing it for a couple weeks...so it keeps me motivated!

The hardest thing is to keep yourself motivated before any results are apparent

Breakfast
  • 2 Scoops Whey
  • 1 Banana
  • Splash of Milk
  • 1 TBSP Peanut or Almond Butter
Lunch
  • 1 Large Chicken Breast
  • Assorted lettuce / pickles
  • Fat Free Italian Dressing
Snack
  • Handful of Raw Cashews
  • Few Dried Cranberries
Pre-WO Meal
  • 1 WW Wrap (50g Carbs)
  • Meat (Either a tuna salad, turkey, chicken)
  • Lettuce or broccoli
Post WO
  • 2 Scoops Whey
  • 1 Banana
  • Splash of Milk
Last Meal
  • 2 Whole 2 Whites w/ Spinach / few slices of deli meat
  • OR
  • Baked bone-in chicken

I guess I may experiment with adding in a casein shake to replace the last meal there... Perhaps add in some creatine... I also may add carbs in to that "Last Meal" - perhaps another 50g wrap... unsure. I consider myself an athlete, and I really don't dig the whole low carb thing... I know I can get lean without doing that - just trying to accelerate. Don't want to overdo this and totally undershoot calories.

Current supps: Torem (almost done here), T-911, 6-oxo, X-Dream, Fish Oil

I'm with you TL, BRING ON THE CARBS ! Invalid Link Removed

^^ looks good, except you may want to increase your protein and fats.

I've been re-motivated to stop my post 9pm eaterizing.

So your 2.5 to 3 hours before bed are completely fasted? That's a long ass time.

That is a long time. Stomach would start eating my backbone :lick:

Yeah, it's hard for me to go to sleep when my body assumes it's starving!! ha ha I toss and turn like mad.

If I didn't have my pre-bedtime "fix" I'd probably go so hypo I wouldn't wake up ! Invalid Link Removed

The creatine is just an addition to the stack; the BC+EAA (or whatever EAA product you would wish to use) is really the main bit of it. I'm telling you it really helps with leaning out. I believe Snag uses a similar protocol when he's dieting down.

Get in that last carb-free meal WITH a nighttime shake and maybe a 1/2tbsp of coconut oil...wait 2-2.5hrs, and then try the EAA thing out if you wish. I've been doing it for about 3 weeks and am starting to see some nice results.

Haven't tried it myself but I it makes perfect sense

You really think more protein? I'm getting between 220 and 250 from my estimates....

I think you need to up the protein..,,,,,, significantly in fact!!! Ronnie Coleman and MANY others suggest up to twice your bodyweight in grams of protein. I really don't go that high. But I suggest at least 1.5 grams of protein per each pound of bodyweight. I take in 400 to 450 grams per day myself.
You should be taking in about 325 to 350 grams of protein every day IMO.
For what it's worth.
Protein won't make you fat like carbs will :silly:

Perhaps I'll add in a casein shake at night.

Yesterday:

TimberShake - 65g
2 eggs - 2 whites / turkey - 50g
Oats N Whey - 30g
TimberShake - 60g
Shredded Chicken and Broccoli - 50g
Tuna - 30g

That's 285 - which should be sufficient. I woke up at 185 this morning...

Fixed.

All approved aside from the TimberIcken... Sounds nasty.

The TimberChicken is actually the bomb though. Pre roasted on the bone chicken breasts the night before (Olive Oil, pepper, red pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, salt)... shredded, and put in a container and fridged.

Then I take portions of that, heat it up in a skillet with some frozen broccoli, then toss real quick with a touch of no-sugar BBQ sauce...

For those of you who hate chicken breasts, or are just tired of eating them... I'd suggest getting some bone-in w/ skin and roasting. Flavor is so much better, and its the same nutrition after you pull the skin off... Plus you save a couple bucks per pound.

I've been using a Chinese hot sauce on my rice recently. It's basically chili powder and sugar, but you hardly need any of it to add flavor, so I don't think it's hurting my diet at all.

That sounds tasty.... I just made a ubber tasty steak....
Marinated for 2hrs only! Next time will be longer!

Dash of Cajin Seasoning
Cracked Pepper
Salt
Garlic(Minced)
Olive Oil
Balsomic Vinagar

It was soooo goood!

Try olive oil, garlic, pepper, worcheshire, and mesquite liquid smoke.

All this steak talk makes me fap fap fap

AGREE with TG and Irish, that looks way better TL.

220-250 is definitely too low

Is it Sri Racha sauce?

That shizz iz da bomb!!! I put that in some brown rice and chicken and stir fry it. Sometimes some cubed ham and brown rice.
Muy Delicioso!!! :food:

Lamb for me is puke-tastic.

I still recall scenes from movies like, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, where they brought in like a whole, flame roasted baby Yak or something. That scene made me hungry. The only meat I've tried that I don't like, is liver.

Living in Southern California, I've had gangster Mexican tacos, like cow cheek and cow tongue, and I'll be honest, that stuff is damn tasty (as long as you can wrap your mind around what you're actually eating).

When I lived in Germany right accross the street there were Lamb. Sh*t was f*ckin weird waking up to baaa's and sh*t

Liver is meat?

"Don't eat no meat?!...That's okay; I'll make lamb!"

Is it Sri Racha sauce?
We go through such a ridiculous amount of Sriracha and Invalid Link Removed. My wife's little sister calls them "Rooster sauce", so cute.

Do you guys have a Calypso Cafe (carribean style food) in your area? I flipping LOVE their Jerk sauce, and buy a small tub of it every now and then. For lunch today, I had boiled chicken with shredded carrots/radish covered with a bit of the Jerk sauce. I use it as salad dressing or even as a burger sauce occaisionally. Yummy.

Jerk sauce usually contains soooo much sugar.

I've never had Jerk sauce. I've heard my friends rant & rave about jerk chicken and jerk ribs, but I've yet to try it!!!

They claim to use less sugar and sodium than others, as they advertise to health food seekers at lunch time. But I hardly believe their claims... Lol, their nachos are covered with easily a half tub of sour cream. A little goes a long way with the Jerk, thankfully.

Edit: I don't eat their food (I actually don't like it), but I do buy their sauce.

Jerkidy jerk.

If goat tastes anything like lamb, I'm down... :684:

When I was younger, I used to go to a local goat roast on a large farm every summer. It was a huge party with lots of kegs of beer, some rock bands, and plenty of roast goat. Some barbecued, some not. It was damn tasty meat if you ask me. I've even had ground goat burgers before. Yummy. :yumyum:

In fact, there's not much you CAN'T do with goat!!! :hump:

Just murdered my legs - pulled off a nice widow maker at 185... which isn't a lot, but its great considering I'm only eating 50g of complex carbs each day. After my workout I weighed 189... very surprised. I look quite a bit leaner, but I'm managing to keep my weight at an acceptable level.

Also did Russian's calf routine... Jesus that hurts.
