*throws DTH in metroba's eyes*
Oh great, now Rob has an eyeball six pack.
damn, I've been trying to do the same thing...I hate going to bed hungry!!!
I can already see the difference in the mirror after doing it for a couple weeks...so it keeps me motivated!
BreakfastLunch
- 2 Scoops Whey
- 1 Banana
- Splash of Milk
- 1 TBSP Peanut or Almond Butter
Snack
- 1 Large Chicken Breast
- Assorted lettuce / pickles
- Fat Free Italian Dressing
Pre-WO Meal
- Handful of Raw Cashews
- Few Dried Cranberries
Post WO
- 1 WW Wrap (50g Carbs)
- Meat (Either a tuna salad, turkey, chicken)
- Lettuce or broccoli
Last Meal
- 2 Scoops Whey
- 1 Banana
- Splash of Milk
- 2 Whole 2 Whites w/ Spinach / few slices of deli meat
- OR
- Baked bone-in chicken
I guess I may experiment with adding in a casein shake to replace the last meal there... Perhaps add in some creatine... I also may add carbs in to that "Last Meal" - perhaps another 50g wrap... unsure. I consider myself an athlete, and I really don't dig the whole low carb thing... I know I can get lean without doing that - just trying to accelerate. Don't want to overdo this and totally undershoot calories.
Current supps: Torem (almost done here), T-911, 6-oxo, X-Dream, Fish Oil
I've been re-motivated to stop my post 9pm eaterizing.
So your 2.5 to 3 hours before bed are completely fasted? That's a long ass time.
That is a long time. Stomach would start eating my backbone :lick:
Yeah, it's hard for me to go to sleep when my body assumes it's starving!! ha ha I toss and turn like mad.
The creatine is just an addition to the stack; the BC+EAA (or whatever EAA product you would wish to use) is really the main bit of it. I'm telling you it really helps with leaning out. I believe Snag uses a similar protocol when he's dieting down.
Get in that last carb-free meal WITH a nighttime shake and maybe a 1/2tbsp of coconut oil...wait 2-2.5hrs, and then try the EAA thing out if you wish. I've been doing it for about 3 weeks and am starting to see some nice results.
You really think more protein? I'm getting between 220 and 250 from my estimates....
I think you need to up the protein..,,,,,, significantly in fact!!! Ronnie Coleman and MANY others suggest up to twice your bodyweight in grams of protein. I really don't go that high. But I suggest at least 1.5 grams of protein per each pound of bodyweight. I take in 400 to 450 grams per day myself.
You should be taking in about 325 to 350 grams of protein every day IMO.
For what it's worth.
Protein won't make you fat like carbs will :silly:
Perhaps I'll add in a casein shake at night.
Yesterday:
TimberShake - 65g
TimberTurkey 'n Eggs 2 eggs - 2 whites / turkey - 50g
TimberOats N Whey - 30g
TimberShake - 60g

no-sugar BBQ sauce? Do tell.
Stuff is amazing... I think it has 3g of carbs...
I'll get the label when I get home... Its spicy and freakin awesome.
I've been using a Chinese hot sauce on my rice recently. It's basically chili powder and sugar, but you hardly need any of it to add flavor, so I don't think it's hurting my diet at all.
Is it Sri Racha sauce?
Yessir!

Marinated for 2hrs only! Next time will be longer!
Dash of Cajin Seasoning

Do you get steaks out there Jay?
It's problaby Goat, I won't touch steak until I get home.:006:
ROFL......... A goat would be like your appetizer bro!
Lamb for me is puke-tastic.
I still recall scenes from movies like, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, where they brought in like a whole, flame roasted baby Yak or something. That scene made me hungry. The only meat I've tried that I don't like, is liver.
Living in Southern California, I've had gangster Mexican tacos, like cow cheek and cow tongue, and I'll be honest, that stuff is damn tasty (as long as you can wrap your mind around what you're actually eating).
We go through such a ridiculous amount of Sriracha and Invalid Link Removed. My wife's little sister calls them "Rooster sauce", so cute.Is it Sri Racha sauce?

Do you guys have a Calypso Cafe (carribean style food) in your area? I flipping LOVE their Jerk sauce, and buy a small tub of it every now and then. For lunch today, I had boiled chicken with shredded carrots/radish covered with a bit of the Jerk sauce. I use it as salad dressing or even as a burger sauce occaisionally. Yummy.

I've never had Jerk sauce. I've heard my friends rant & rave about jerk chicken and jerk ribs, but I've yet to try it!!!
If goat tastes anything like lamb, I'm down... :684:
