I'm trying to eliminate carbs here after 8PM or so... I just crushed 2 eggs, 2 whites, 2 slices of turkey, and a handful of spinach... and I'm f*cking starving.
 
When I get back from Cancun that is my plan. I will be starting my IronMagLabs log for their weight loss product and will be going all out on this one. I am not going to make a sponsor and myself look bad for not doing the right thing. I will be checking back to see how the diet is going with no carbs that late. Good luck!
 
Those nightly carb cut offs are tough at first but they will get easier. Try throwing more fats in there to curb your appetite.
 
damn, I've been trying to do the same thing...I hate going to bed hungry!!!

I can already see the difference in the mirror after doing it for a couple weeks...so it keeps me motivated!

Eggs go thru me in a heartbeat...30 minutes later I am hungry. You need protein that digests slower...chicken, steak. I have that with veggies at around 8 and then a shake with 2 tbsp almond butter around 10 pre-bed.
 
My last meal is the only one that's non-carb containing now. About 2.5hrs pre-bed I have about 5oz lean ground beef with 2 scoops of Elite 12hr and some fish oils, and then before bed I have lots o supps.

Timber, if you're trying to get TimberCut, I really suggest using my EAA protocol pre-bed. Have your last meal about 2.5hrs before bed, and then pre-bed have...

A creatine product (I'm currently taking 2g DiCreatine Malate)
An l-dopa product (I just finished using an IGF-2 sample, will go back to 1-C after a few day break)

I also take HMB and Formadrol Extreme, but those aren't necessary...although I think I really like the HMB...I also dose this same stuff in the morning 30mins before breakfast.

I look very lean and dense in the morning.

Breakfast
  • 2 Scoops Whey
  • 1 Banana
  • Splash of Milk
  • 1 TBSP Peanut or Almond Butter
Lunch
  • 1 Large Chicken Breast
  • Assorted lettuce / pickles
  • Fat Free Italian Dressing
Snack
  • Handful of Raw Cashews
  • Few Dried Cranberries
Pre-WO Meal
  • 1 WW Wrap (50g Carbs)
  • Meat (Either a tuna salad, turkey, chicken)
  • Lettuce or broccoli
Post WO
  • 2 Scoops Whey
  • 1 Banana
  • Splash of Milk
Last Meal
  • 2 Whole 2 Whites w/ Spinach / few slices of deli meat
  • OR
  • Baked bone-in chicken

I guess I may experiment with adding in a casein shake to replace the last meal there... Perhaps add in some creatine... I also may add carbs in to that "Last Meal" - perhaps another 50g wrap... unsure. I consider myself an athlete, and I really don't dig the whole low carb thing... I know I can get lean without doing that - just trying to accelerate. Don't want to overdo this and totally undershoot calories.

Current supps: Torem (almost done here), T-911, 6-oxo, X-Dream, Fish Oil
 
How many carbs/day roughly is that Timber?

I really don't consider bananas carbs though in the traditional sense - its mainly a post workout application to help the absorption of protein...

I am cutting at least 200 grams a day of traditional carbs (i.e. grains) out straight away, so it is painful to say the least. And as usual, little to no sugars.

The creatine is just an addition to the stack; the BC+EAA (or whatever EAA product you would wish to use) is really the main bit of it. I'm telling you it really helps with leaning out. I believe Snag uses a similar protocol when he's dieting down.

Get in that last carb-free meal WITH a nighttime shake and maybe a 1/2tbsp of coconut oil...wait 2-2.5hrs, and then try the EAA thing out if you wish. I've been doing it for about 3 weeks and am starting to see some nice results.

Yeah, it's hard for me to go to sleep when my body assumes it's starving!! ha ha I toss and turn like mad.
