I submitted an order for 20 grams, and haven't received it yet (and that is OK - I understand you've been very busy).
 
I have yet to receive mine, have you charged my card yet & sent it out? It's the yjyankee at hotmail address..

Was there any thought of including this in any of the "feel good" product line? :) whether an updated strange ecstasy shot, or a capsule type formula? I get a nice euphoric from it.

This is going to be in Frenzy (male and female version) and Mnemosye~Clear Edge Renewed.

Also, Apha-burn will be a fantastic combo with the Strange...fully verified....OH it kicks some major feel good ass.

Been away from the grid for a few days. As of yesterday eve ( 5/18/09 ), USPS has not dropped of a packet for me. Thanks for your efforts on this. Also, if you've received any feedback on the effectiveness from those who have received theirs, I'd be interested to read them.

Assuming you have empty capsules, it's the easiest way to measure. (described above).
 
Looks like we have a shipping delay. Holiday Monday moved everything back a day or two. :(

just got mine in. The bag says Rauwolfia Tea.. Is this the same as the Alpha Yohimbine, I remember seeing it a couple pages back, but my computer is too slow for me to do the search. Also, I'm about 165 - looking to dose it @ 25mg 2x a day. Without any kind of scale or capper (I'm old school) how can I get accurate measurements w/ measuring spoons? What would 1/4 tsp come out to? Lastly, I'm assuming this being herbal, it should be taken on an empty stomach, correct?

Yes Rauwolfia is another name for it, makes it Canada friendly too..=)

What is the max somebody would want to dose this per day?

I ask because I did a somewhat poor job of capping these. I got about 200 caps out of the 10g bag which would be about 50mg per cap. But it's fairly inconsistent and some of the caps could have as much as 75mg in them.

If I were to take 2 75mg caps in a day (150mg total) would I keel over and die? :)

Also, will Alpha-Y interfere with sleep? Should it not be taken after a certain time in the day?

I was excited about this too but then realized, I don't plan on going on a keto diet just for a supplement and since any yoh product is much less, if at all, effective with insulin from carbs present in the body.

Will this really help in fat loss for someone on a normal weight loss diet?

Yoh looses fat burning properties in when you have carbs/insulin in your body.

personally I plan on buying some for ONLY before fasted cardio.

Oh I see what you are saying but I interpreted that information to basically relate to a timing issue.....meaning dont take the Alpha-Y with food.....that basically it is a supplement that should be taken first thing in the morning or prior to a workout (empty stomach,...for some of us endos on a cut its necessary) or between meals. So not that you have to be totally carb depleated but just that if you take it when you eat a meal and insulin is on the rise then the effectiveness will be decreased.

Alpha-Burn should, at the very least, be TAKEN on an empty stomach (45 minutes before food) and works most effectively on restricted carb diets.

Rauwolfia extract is what the Alpha-burn uses, standardized to 30 % Alpha-Y. It can be dissolved in water as a tea (though this is not recommended due to taste. In order to avoid delays in shipping, I marked some of our foreign shipments as such (Rauwolfia Tea).

if you add rasberry ketones you should dose it real high. i personally liked it at a gram a day. sns is even releasing a 500mg cap version of that for really cheap.

Single ingredient products are always cheaper...however, with comprehensive formulas price comparisons (even when they are apples and oranges) restrict quite a few things. While RKs are fantastic, orally they are limited in what they can do alone.

Best I can see here is to take the TOP portion of a 00 capsule and fill it around 1/4-1/3 full. This will give you about 30mg UNPACKED.
