Legs......oh yeah!
Today wasn't bad. Did some medium weight legs today. Extensions, curls, hack squats, calf raises, and for sh1ts and giggles.....cable concentration curls....just cause..
Here are the weights nothing amazing...BTW hunger is still WAY up. Pump is pretty rocking too.

Thats it! Pretty good day. My hamstring were sore from the Deads yesterday so the leg curls were fun...but I enjoy the pain to be honest. Got shoulders tommorrow.....Love shoulders....light weight but a hell of a burn!
