So todays workout was good but I ran out of Jack3d so it was a little rough getting started this morning @ 5 am. I took a Slim X as soon as I woke up and it took almost 2 hours to kick in. Anyway I have some new observations.
Appetite: Considerably up. Not ravenous but hungry more often but not till late due to the slim X. Still got my cals for the most part but got an extra urge to eat after dinner. Had some rice and chicken breast. Anyway, heres the numbers:

Not a bad workout by any means. If youve noticed the weights are on the light side. I swallowed my pride and lowered the weights when heavy sets werent making me grow. Lower weight higher volume has done wonders for me. Plus everytime I push to hard I tweak my shoulder and that ruins everything. Due to my planned suicide cardio session with my buddy tommorrow I skipped legs for shoulders. We are doing a 5 mile HIIT run with pull ups, leg raises, push ups, and some other goodies incorporated along the way. I will try to hit arms Sat. Morning and definetly hit legs next week.
