Today was Day 7 of PCT and it has been a pretty good week. T-911 is a great product and keep my energy/agression level high in the gym. I definately still have a quasi ON feeling by taking this product. I have busted my ass in the gym this week, but not sure the effort has paid off.

Mon: Chest and Tris
Tue: Abs and 30+min of cardio
Wed: Biceps and 40+min of cardio
Thr: Shoulders and 25min of cardio
Fri: Back and abs.

I even ate pretty clean this week and this AM I was up 2lbs from Sunday. WTF? Man I was really hoping to drop 1-2 more lbs this week. I am hoping it is due to my lack of sleep, but I can't hit the gym any harder than I have and I am not sure how much more I can cut out of the diet. Rant over.

When I finish up the T911 I am thinking about the following stack:
Glocobol @ 3 caps/day
AI PCS @ 3 caps/day
ALRI Restore @ 3 caps per day until the rest of the bottle is empty.

Thoughts?
 
I wouldn't worry about the weight, man. Keep those eyes off the scale!...and who's to say it ain't mass? Shrug it off, man! You're doing great.

Glycobol looks great; I used Stoked (PCS), and wasn't too impressed. I definitely wouldn't take under 4 caps of it if you DO take it. I've never used Restore, so I can't comment.
 
My thoughts are stay focused, kick that ass in the gym and it will come. Be patient.
You are doing all the right things so it will happen.
Maybe stay off the scale for a while? Just let things ride and check periodically. That thing can drive you nuts.

the scale is our enemy brother, it has never been a friend when we want to go up, or down! you see your strength numbers improving, and your caliper readings are keeping you happy. the scale is like a woman, you have to just focus on the facts not what it's screaming out of it's mouth!
 
I take a break from the scale every now and then. I also take a break from dieting for a bit to maintain what I've lost and let my body get happy at it's new weight. For me, this works very well, as the longer you cut, the more extreme you have to keep getting so your body doesn't adapt and you continue to lose weight, at least that's what happens to me. I found I'd reach a point of diminishing returns, hence why i started doing it the way I do now. I kinda zig-zag it, meaning 1 day no carbs or light carbs, then 1 day very moderate carbs, and up it 1 day of no carbs every day after that, until I'm at 5 days no or light carbs, then 1 day or possibly 2 days very moderate carbs. I time it some my carbs are morning, something like steel cut oats or Quinoa, and pre and post workout, but the pre and post depends on what I'm doing for the day and how everything is going. Additionally, you could have gained some mass, like Irish said. I realy wouldn't worry to much in the end buddy, your looking great and doing an awesome job!!! One thing I might add to your stack would be some CLA and fish oil, if you don't use those already. Again, I really wouldn't worry man. Sorry for the longness of the post.

Thx for the feedback. One of the hardest things for me to do is not look to the scale as a measure of progress. I guess it goes from all the years of watching it go up and then finally seeing it go down to a respectable number.

Also I appreciate the stack feedback. I have Glycobol, almost a whole bottle of PCS/Stoked from a past cycle and the sample and I have some restore left over from my last cycle. I really think the next non hormonal product I have my eye on is formex or formestane. I like what I am hearing about that product.

The scale is my mortal enemy for sure. I still torture myself daily with it and need to break that habit. I know I am making progress and there is no way I can't be with the time I am putting in. I am trying to be patient, but I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel and want to get there NOW.

I appreciate the diet advice and I am going to really look back into the low carb idea with maybe a carb up day on the weekend. I actually did the atkins diet for almost a year and dropped 60lbs, but I would rather work out harder than to cut out some yummy foods. I am headed to mexico in June so I might try to go low carb the month prior to see if I can drop some good lbs.

I have read quite a bit on CLA and I might really consider giving it a shot. It is pretty cheap and can't hurt right? I am already taking 6 caps of fish oil (1200mg each) per day.

Don't worry about the length of the post. It is greatly appreciated and I still have a ton to learn from those who have gone before me.:thanks:

I was thinking it might be good to add a test booster along with it. I don't need a libido booster so if you don't think it adds much value I might save for a future PCT.

Thx man! I really wish I could have been working legs hard core because I know they would be more defined by now.

I actually worked out legs yesterday and was able to use the hack squat machine without any back pain. I started with 45s on each side and then for my last set I did 70lbs per side. I also did leg press, leg extension and dumbbell lunges. I was pretty limited on time and wanted to get my 30 minutes of cardio in so I pretty much stopped there.

I didn't eat as clean this weekend as I should have. Gotta get back on track monday and keep my cardio high.
 
Looks good man, I'd say your set with the T-911 as well. Eating a few cheat meals here and there is fine, I'm always up in strength later that day or early the next. It's a welcome change to the body when your cutting, gives ya a bit more fuel in the tank to go extra hard!!

Have to keep that metabolism on fire-hot! Cheat meals are good for yuh! I usually schedule 1/wk; Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Whichever day fits best. I love getting a big burger or pizza. :D - Doesn't even have to be unhealthy; just something off the regular palate that gets your body kicking. Preferably high carbohydrates as most people are carb-deprived when cutting. Reminds your body that it needs to keep at it!
 
I haven't posted an update in a while so I figured what the hell. Today I had my second spinal injection. It went great with no pain after the procedure. It is pretty wild that towards the end of last week and this week my back has stopped causing me problems. I used to be in pain on chest day from laying down and getting up from the bench. This Monday I didn'y experience the normal pain, but I wanted to go ahead and get the injection to ensure I would feel good for a while. I am still cautios, but I'M BACK!!!!!!

PCT is going great and if you guys don't believe the hype about T-911, you should. It is a great product and I feel back to normal or above in ALL aspects. I also added Glycobol yesterday so we shall see what that does. I really need the nutrient partioning after eating pizza at the kid's soccer party. :-)

I didn't work out today and will probably skip tomorrow, but Saturday I am blasting my legs and shoulders. :-) I am actually looking forward to the hack squats (sadistic I know).
 
Glad everything went well with the injection! Gonna be awesome to see you work legs for the first time in a while. Interesting to see how Glycobol treats you, im thinking of stacking it with Stoked.

Are those hack squats you speak of barbell hack squats? Those are surprisingly easy on the back. One of the few quad exercises I can do when my back is stiff.

My gym actually has a hammer strength hack squat machine. It sits at an angle and has a back pad/shoulder harness that forces you to keep good posture. I think I will be trying some widow makers on sat.

We have one too... Never used it though. Let me know what you think. I guess I think of it as not much different than leg press development wise... and it would get in the way of my squatzzzzzz.

I wouldn't normally do it, but putting the barbell on my back loaded with heavy weight is not a smart thing with my back still jacked up. With this machine I didn't feel any pressure on my lower back and it forces me to keep excellent posture which helps prevent reinjury.

They have another squat racklike hammer strength machine that looks pretty good. I am going to give that a shot tomorrow.

Hmm... perhaps I shall toss that in tonite.. Just don't see where I'd have the energy - and if there would be added value following squats and leg press. My squats are brutal as is.

Trade your leg press for the hack squats. You'll def. feel something different.

I'm also fixin to leave in August to so busy busy busy....But me an LG33 are gonna do one kick ass run before I go....Don't know whether I'm gonna run my M1D and MMv2 then T-911 or do my Epi run....Glad the injection went well...I also like the HS hack squat machine its killer on the legs and quads...:lick:

That is a tough call on Epi vs. the LG stack. It really depends on what your goals are. With the way you work and if you eat right 12+lbs is attainable on Epi. I am not sure about the LG stack. I do know the LG stack is less harsh on your body though.

I gained about 12 on the trifecta stack when I took it for 6 weeks at max doseage. That took 3 bottles of M1D and 2 bottles of MMV2 though, quite a bit more expensive... but way less sides to deal with, and a much simpler PCT.

Hmmmm....

I'm going to be running another Epi cycle towards the end of the Summer to try and rid myself of any remaining gyno, and I may just do this. M1D + Epi and an MMV3 pulse...Maybe even X-Tren. Who knows. I've got quite some time to figure it out.

can you pulse 19-nor? Well I mean you can pulse anything, but would it be that effective?

I am really digging this liquidrone as far as tren compounds go.

When you say gyno - are you just talking nipple fat or what? Or do you actually have lumps you're trying to get rid of?
