Stoked is a combination of trans-reservatrol, icarrin, quercetin, and piperine.

Today: Chest

Notes: I decided to use a technique tx lifter talked about in his log: STOP FRONT DELT PRESSING WHEN DOING CHEST EXERCISES
"Go get some 30-40lb dumbells & lay down on a flat bench but I only want you laying down with the top half of your back on the bench--your ass & your lower back will be off (the edge) of it, now lower the dumbells as deep as they can go & at the bottom drop your trunk (ass) as low as you can & raise your ribcage high (like you would do if you were doing a cross bench pullover)---now hold that position throughout the whole movement--& press the dumbells 10 times (& keep that ass down & sternum up-in that same position I told you to hold...on every rep down the bottom sink the dumbells as low as you can go for a deep 1 second pause before pressing...do not let your delts roll forward like every newbie does. A newbie presses & then flattens his chest & rolls his delts forward at the end of a press.

See how that feels? That's how you should be doing every single chest exercise--with that same exact feel. (I'm not suggesting lifting like that on everything--I'm trying to get you to know the difference between a chest presser & a front delt presser) so you personally adjust yourself (shoulders back & down, pinched shoulder blades, chest high, sternum high) on every chest exercise you do."

However, I used the half bench, on the Squat Cage, and used a Barbell. (it was fantastic)

The Workout:
Bench Press: (with only my upper back on the bench, the rest of my body was supported up by my legs) started with 45 just to see how it felt, went up to 135 for a warm up.

now i'm kinda...dumb/brave and i didn't want to lower the weight for this technique all that much so i threw 25's on and did 185 for 8 reps. let me say: very very good, I definitely felt like i was incorporating more of my chest. I then went up to 215 for 3 reps, then 225 for 2 sets of 4 reps, and back down to 215 for 4 reps.

Incline Bench:135 x 4 sets of 8

Skull Crushers: 80 lbs x 4 sets of 8 I wanted to do more, but there was noone who looked able to spot (and spot well) and i was struggling on the last reps with 80 so i stuck with it.

Side Raises: 40 lbs x 3 sets of 8 and one set of 10

Front raises: 40 lbs x 4 sets of 8

Bent over...side raises? (intention to hit rear delts) 30 lbs x 4 sets of 8

That was it.
Short and sweet.


I've still been going to the doc's and they're now saying they're unsure about my diagnosis...(which is really pissing me off, it's like saying you have cancer...but we're not sure if you really do or not)

however in light of this event, and my love for football, I'm semi cross training until I know what's going on.
 
Purely out of interest, what is your issue with transdermals? I can understad an issue with the pro hormones, but sustain should be fine even if some of it does rub off on someone else..

They're messy! LOL. I hate transdermals. Except for Napalm. :D

Go easy on the docs about your condition...chronic traumatic encephalopathy is, as are all brain injuries tough to diagnose properly without opening you up; and then sometimes it still doesn't answer the question. I know you are justified in being frustrated but who knows if 10 years down the road you look back and say this is the best thing that could have happened to you. As they say, things happen as they should.

Being in football shape is never a bad thing, either. With the weightlifting the main things you are missing from the fb fitness is the speed/explosive power which is always good to keep up on anyway. I can't wait to start running stairs again.

i know. I've been pretty easy on them and i'm not upset with them, i'm just frustrated because right as i start accepting something and planning to go along with all that it entitles, it changes...

It's most likely the extra force in the eccentric portion of the heavier lifts that got you sore. I loves me some Domsmestic Violence in the gym.
 
Today: Legs.


Box Squats. (again just a reminder, i have to use benches because the box at our gym only goes up to the bottom of my calves...it's more there as a step for short people to do pull ups i think...) 335x3 or 4 reps (i can't remember) x 2 sets. 315 x 4 reps (i know this one for sure) x 3 sets.

followed this up with a set of regular squats, axss to grass 225 lbs x 15 reps by one set.

Single Leg Calf Raises (on the machine) I wasn't feeling like loading the machine up and wondering around trying to find all the 35's (our gym has like 6 total...100's of 45's but no 35's) so i just set the machine weight at 300 and did 4 sets of 10 on each leg.

Reverse Hack Squats: 3 plates on each side by 2 sets of 8, 2 plates on each side by 2 sets of "explosive" 10

Lying Leg Curls 100 lbs machine weight x 4 sets of 8.

At the end of my workout after my shower, I tried to put on my boxers and I couldn't pull them up because my legs were swollen so i had to cut slits up the sides on both legs...
Again I'm following more of a football based routine. I've taken a variation of joe defranco's ws4sb's and put my own personal touches on it.

I'm planning on running 2 straight cycles of animal m-stak, starting on the last day of my animal stak cycle. Hopefully this will keep my body anabolic as it comes off the T-boosters. This total cycle will last 87 Days.

yeah, i looked into sustain on your suggestion R-181. (forgot to rep you so repping now) I realized if I apply it at night, and set a box fan on me i should be able to sleep the night without sweating. (hopefully)

Yes all AAS are legal in the UK, providing you import less than 3 months worth for personell use. I already have a lab ready for about 2~3 years time when I can hop on some test and some deca and maybe some D-bol and well you get the idea! :D

edit: While were on the subject of laws, is it not legal to import medecine for personell use in the US? I see that you guys are often using research chems, I personally get all my stuff from an online pharmacy :)

no...you have to have a prescription and fill it at a local pharmacy (usually at grocery stores)


i'd be worried ordering from an online company...that's basically how they got a lot of baseball players...

I have heard the JW works decent, but Natty if you aren't willing to risk a possible issue of non natural then I would just play safe than sorry, unless their is a lab test that shows only strictly the proposed ingredients....

Not sure, wait to hear what others have to say first though.

NATTY T, I saw bloodwork on this one guys log who ran JW, before the stack he was average t levels. After he was mid 100s, wich is pretty low! But that log was about a year old i think.

as soon as my 42 days of animal stak ends i'll be going on 42 days of animal m-stak. Then entire cycle will last an estimated 87 days. however i will probably include a "come-off" period for coming off sustain at the very end where i gradually reduce the amount of pumps.
