AK32408's Road to Recomp For The Summer With Formex !

The only other supplement that did that for me was X-Factor.. I loved that stuff !

I'm gonna hit chest hardd tomorrow so I get the DOMS :D

I was just looking at that stuff today. Nice to know someone who used it. I can be such a supp newb.

Sorry for the delay of the final review, I'm trying to get some extreme studying in for finals next week.. and believe me I need all the time I can get to study for them, lol. Here it goes..

Formex was the first formestane product I had ever used before. I had used test boosters in the past (IGF-2 and PowerFULL) but nothing that decreases estrogen and bloat, boosts test, and gives you an insane pump and added endurance all in one. I knew I was in for a treat :D

I read a few logs of other Formex testers to get a general idea of what to expect and how to dose it properly and a some other good things to know when using the product to help get the most out of it.

Formex kicked in fasst and kept pushing the entire time without any stopping. My endurance was way up just after a few doses, my libido, and my vascularity were as well. Formex allowed me to shed unwanted weight and at the same time kept my endurance up which made me stronger overall.

After my workouts, I expected the pump to last a good 15 to 20 min after I got out of the gym. I was wrong. The pump was full blast 20 to 30 min after my workout then it very slowly started to level out. By the time I went to bed, the pump was just wearing off.

In the pics tomorrow there might not be a huge visual difference but I could tell I didn't lose any muscle while I dropped 6 pounds overall. I didn't change my routine or my diet either. I plan to stop by here from time to time to make some updates and even some pics of my progress after some intense cardio for a few months on Formex.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to do a recomp, anyone looking for some sick pumps and vascularity, and anyone looking for a boost in their workouts to help break through plateaus and personal records by pumping out a few more reps.

Let me know if I missed anything or if you guys have any specific questions about anything I maybe wasn't clear on or maybe missed that you were interested in knowing.

I appreciate everyone's support and the company you guy's provided to make this such a good time for me !! :D

Take care ! :wave2:

Haha, it's all good my man ! I definitely loved the DOMS on it.. along with other things of course, lol not just the DOMS.

great final review, i think you covered all the bases just fine. Pics dont always do a product (or a person) justice anyway. Great job bud!!:wavey:

Wait... now where is everyone gonna go for their daily libido check/eye candy updates ??????

Thanks bud !

I agree on the pics.. a month isn't long enough to really see any substantial changes in body recomposition without a perfect diet, loads of cardio, and a great routine.. that's why I wanna come back and keep ya's updated with pics once I get my diet dialed in and my cardio up and going again.. that's when you'll start to really see the changes

I was thinking the same :(

guess I will have to do that in my log ;)

Sounds good, we gotta carry on the legacy ! lol

..I might have to make a few contributions to it also :D:p

No doubt! When you see someone in person, changes are more obvious for sure, pics are tough to tell, unless you just geared up juice for 6 weeks!

Nice final review man! Was a good log!

I was thinkin I was more around 13 to 14% cuz I still got the love handles and the front to trim down.. Formex is still in the agenda and yep, I'm kicking the dose down to 50 mg a day instead of 3 to 4 caps. The endurance is still amazing ! I'll be taking 1 cap upon waking and 1 cap before bed. :)

No worse than the ones on my forearms!!

I think i'm going to start walking my dog around the hood without my shirt on to slowly buid up my tan.. Usually when I go to the beach.. my chest, stomach, and back are pale white and my arms neck and face are already semi tan. That just lead's to me getting cooked in the sun on the 1st day and the rest of the week in pain, lol.

I'm going to avoid that this year :D

That sounds like a good plan. I dont burn usually, just a nice crispy brown, my wife digs it. I go artificial style fake n' bake before summer hits.

Be careful walking without a shirt on in the 'Hood, Adam, you may get arrested for carrying those guns! :D

I hope this isn't an end to your log; I enjoyed following it, man.

Nice progress and review. Its been an interesting ride in this log :D

Making progress takes a lot of self discipline. Getting to the gym, eating healthy, sleeping enough, taking all those supps at the right time. Seems like you had all of those things lined up and so you made a lot of progress in a short amount of time.

no doubt progress on your pictures bro, good job

Thanks buddy !

I've been doing the reps slower and more controlled lately, I think that could have helped a bit with breaking down the muscle faster so it can rebuild.

Seriously, Adam, you made great progress for a 30 day run. I'm awestruck with the visual differences with your before/after pictures!
You definitely should keep this log going strong, my man. We all want to see you succeed even more now.

Anyway, I'm proud of you. :head:
