Those are from right after I decided to start dosing... i.e. yesterday.

Exception being the front double bicep - which I took two weeks ago.

I had a 2 hour ju-jitsu session this morning that was rather nuts. Aside from that - today is an off day from the iron.

Tomorrow will be a nasty shoulder workout... I better get some damn Taurine, I have about 3 grams left - which isn't going to do a thing.

Can't be a full on placebo. I did have one of the best workouts of the year last night, but I just feel different today.

Almost got into a brawl at this brunch place. There was a table of 5 homos behind by girl (sitting across from me), and one dude was sharing a seat with another dude, so he put his elbow back to brace himself (on her chair of course), and it was sticking straight into my girls back... and he wouldn't move it. So I got up and told him to move it, and he shot me a dirty ass look (but moved it)... So the rest of the time these 5 homos were flashing me dirty looks and the one dude was like "I'm about to slap this guy..."

I was like oh jesus please have this fool slap me... but then I was thinking, thank god he didn't. That would have been a mess to clean up.

Glad you didn't lose your temper and beat down them all down. Good thing you are only in your first few days because at week 3 it might be a tad different story. :-)
 
It was a weird confrontation. My girlfriend was kind of laughing the whole time, but then she was also nervous that this kid would slap me, and that I would throw him through a car windshield. You could tell the instigator was in decent enough shape that he went to the gym once in awhile - just enough for most guys to feel like they know how to fight.

But yes - the Cannon speaks the truth. I live in a pretty gay part of Manhattan for better or worse. Great for land value - lots of good restaurants, but just way too much estrogen. I'm ok with gay dudes in general, but I DO NOT understand them, and I don't have much tolerance for them acting out or hitting on me.

Its my first go round with epi. I still can't explain how I'm feeling right now. I'm so wired to go destroy the gym tonight, but I just have this all over pump feeling, and my legs are SORE AS SH*T... And my back is even DOM(ish) even though it was 3 day ago that I worked it.

Going to hit up VS on the way over to the gym today to pick up some Taurine. I can tell I'm going to be needing that sh*t in a hurry.

It's funny you mention the good restaurants. I'm originally from the Southside of Chicago, and when we feel like going to a nice, upper class joint, obviously you have to travel to the Northside...Last time I was there, we looked up a joint to go to and it said "located in the edgy and artistic community" on their website. I told my bro in law, "That just means there will be lots of gay guys there." - Anyways, we went, and of course the first person to greet us was a flaming homosexual...but the food was excellent, and the scotch even better. :lol: - Fortunately I didn't have any run ins with the guys there.

Dude, if you ever roll in to the dirty apple - we definitely need to catch a lift, a margarita, and about 2,000 PR ladies (give or take).
 
Gets even more insane because my gym is KINDA in the neighborhood too... Little east of it though. There is one dude there that I give advice to time to time, but all of a sudden the dude found me on facebook, tries to get together with me outside the gym, invite me out... and he knows I'm straight and with a chick... I don't get it, and I don't know how far I have to go to get him to f*ck off... But if he doesn't take the hint soon, it might be a thumping.
 
I know what you mean about the DOMS. For some reason my body is much more sore while on the epithio...I actually don't mind it though. I definitely have the full body pump going. I wish I had the MMV3 at the start of this; I've got it sitting in my cabinet, so maybe I'll run an Epi/MMV3/...TD-Form? sometime.

I know its early, but I love this. Maybe it is placebo, but I HIGHLY doubt that.

This will not be a one and done run if I like this THIS much for 4 weeks.

I definitely didn't feel anything that early, but if you do, more power to yuh! I definitely enjoy the compound at the dose I'm currently on (60mg).
 
Also - feel like an ass that I didn't mention this sooner... but this longer run was made possible by Money and Sunny, both which gave me their extra epi / havoc...

So my intial good feelings about the compound could very well be because they slipped some crack into a few of these pills...

I'm up in the air. I did have one of the most extreme leg workouts of my life two days ago, which could have everything to do with how I'm feeling now.

Definitely have felt a bit faint right after, but the weather just changed here big time. 90s and humid all of a sudden.

Yea no doubt bro. Last time i was there was Sep 07 for my Gpa's funeral. Military makes things tough. Was gonna be heading there when i got outta here, but my mom wants to treat me to a vacation under the sun. Like i need more of that. LOL.
