Baby Wifey's Bucket of Happiness

I am really looking forward to lifting tomorrow. Gonna do high rep deadlifts in my superset- we will have to see how they go! :D I'm expecting it to be intense.

This workout was just as intense as I had expected! :684:

Workout:

4x10

DB Deadlifts: 50, 55, 60 lb x2
Weight Assisted Chin-Ups: 50 lb x3, 60
DB Split Squats: 22.5 lb DBs
Seated DB Shoulder Press: 35 lb

3x15

DB Hammer Curls: 22.5 lbs
DB Overhead Tricep Extensions: 17.5 lbs

I was sweating buckets the entire time! I increased my Split squat weight by 20 lbs. Last time I was only doing a couple of sets with one 25 lb plate and the rest with BW.

I wish my Shoulder Press weight went up, but after doing those Chin-Ups I was absolutely shot. I usually do Pull-Downs, but this time doing Chin-Ups was more convenient. I have to admit that Chin Ups are much more difficult, and seem to incorporate more muscles. May have to stick with Chin-Ups for this reason.

Okay, by the time that I got around to the Curls and Extensions I was so exhausted and worn out. At one point, between my sets, I actually threw up some Purple Wraath flavored vomit. Thankfully I caught myself before it spilled out of my mouth onto the floor. Yes, it was disgusting. Still, I pushed through one more set and called it quits. I could barely move the weights during those last two movements. And they weren't even compound! :lick: Shows how tired I was!

Overall I got in a great workout. I had a stomach ache after all was said and done, but I pushed my muscles to their limits.

As for my supplements: Eviscerate is giving me the effects that I want. :) I am very happy with it. My stomach seems to be getting smaller and more lean as well as my arms. I've only been using it for a week, so this is great progress is such a short amount of time. I will have to measure my waist and arms soon, see if it is affecting their size.

Libido is still fairly high. I still I think this is due to Reverse and probably the Forskolin I started taking last week. This has not been the time of the month for me to be horny. :p

X-Force continues to provide the constant supply of energy that helps me through my workout. I only take it 3 to 5 days a week. On my workout days and on the low carb days that I feel particularly tired. I have found that cycling X-Force works the best. Keeps me stim sensitive.

Nice work!! Do you switch back and fourth with db deadlifts and barbell deadlifts

Last week I did do BB Deadlifts, and I was actually planning on doing BB today. It turned out that it was more convenient for my to spot Resolve if I did DB, so that is what I ended up doing. :)

uh oh... watch out Resolve !! :D

Nice ! This is exactly what I do too. I keep my stim intake to a minimum so when I do take them they're kickin full force

Mmmmm...X-Force...:)

I honestly really do love that stuff. I'll have to get some more when I'm in need of stims. I've got quite a bit of RPM left, so I'll knock that out first.

I'm glad that you like it. It is my favorite fat loss/ energy supp. :D

So, I have been leaning out nicely the last couple of weeks. My abs are becoming more defined. My arms are becoming more defined. Resolve complemented my butt this morning. Yay! I'm making progress. :approve:

Today I'm planning on walking around Old Town Temecula with my husband. Its got a cute western flare, antique shops everywhere, the old city jail (pretty much a whole in the wall with bars). It's pretty easy to walk a few miles and get some good, fun cardio in.

I was going to comment that your squats were going to get you comments from MR R.....looks he he beat me to the comment. Keep it up!

Ohhh, that sounds like fun!...I've always wanted to sit on a rocking chair in front of an old jail with a rifle in hand, rock back and forth, and say, "Hot out today...hot out yesterday...even hotter today..." because, well, that's what they do in Western towns.

And ya, you've definitely got a badonk. I mean that respectfully. Nice work! :)

 well, yeah, I guess I do have a nice butt. I get it from my mom. She's in her 40s, she's had 7 kids and she has a great body, particularly a nice, round ass. :)

I actually had a black chick commend mine once. I've never had such a boost in confidence...I mean, black chicks don't go throwing booty compliments out there to just anyone.

I'm very open with my compliments. I have this keen ability to compliment any part of a woman's body, no matter if I know her or not, and avoid coming off as a creep.

So, I'm off to the beach again! :D :woohoo: Should be gone all day playing volley ball and swimming. I'm thinking that I will lift tomorrow.

Ohhh! I love beach volleyball! I'm pretty good at it, too. I do lots of high-fiveing my teammates.

I high five people every morning to jump start some morale around the office. Been doing it for a couple months. Now I see people high fiving each other around the halls all the time. Such a low form of primate communication, yet an amazing gesture. I love it

I'm not particularly good at volleyball. I absolutely love playing it though and I'm not horrible! My sister in law/ best friend Kate and I beat a couple of guy friends 25 to 15. :biglaugh:

It was so fun! I have a major sun burn though! OMG, my arms and legs are red and most of my back and stomach are still their paper white color. gonna have to even that out later this week.

Today's Workout:

4x10 Circuit:

Leg Press: 230 lb
DB Bent Rows: 25 lb
Step Ups: 25 lbx2, Body Weight for last 2
Push Ups: Body Weight

4x20
Reverse Curls: 40 lbx3, 30 lb

Treadmill: 3-4 MPH, 3-4 Incline for 18 minutes

I've been feeling completely exhausted today. After playing volley ball for 5 hours yesterday and getting an intense sunburn, my body was just trying to repair itself. I slept for 12 hours last night and even woke up feeling sleepy. I had under slept on Thursday night though, only getting 5-6 hours.

I took X-Dream last night. I haven't been taking it this last week, my only reason being that I forgot. :dunno: Wow, was my sleep deep! It was great! :684:

So, I dosed one cap of X-Force with breakfast, and another cap 30 minutes pre-workout. I had a fair amount of energy while lifting. It helped me wake up and hit the weights hard...

I decided not to do Squats, and did Leg Press instead. I just felt too fatigued for a Squat circuit. And I couldn't stand the thought of a heavy barbell placed across my sun burnt neck and shoulders.

My push ups were much easier than I had expected them to be. I feel like I am getting stronger in this movement. Also, I used more weight for my Step Ups than usual. I tend to do explosive Step Ups with only my BW. It was good to add a little extra pounds for a couple sets.

I didn't use Eviscerate today. My arms are just too dry and sore for now. Perhaps I will start it back up tomorrow. :)

I haven't leg pressed in so long that I can barely remember. I think 180 for 12 reps in a superset was my last time. That was around 2 months ago.

Nice workout, and good leg press despite time off!

So, it looks like I will be weight lifting 4 days this week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Turns out Resolve and I really feel like lifting tomorrow, so we are! :)

I started Eviscerate back up today. Fortunately it doesn't irritate my sensitive sun burnt arms/ shoulders. I really expected it to and am very glad to be proven wrong. :biglaugh:

I took 2 X-Force this morning on an empty stomach and my energy and focus was SOOO high all day! I didn't end up having my first meal until 1:30 pm, and I haven't felt hypoglycemic or tired at all today.

I've continued taking 2 caps of Reverse every morning. This stuff is having a serious impact on my libido- a very positive impact. :D Attention all Wifeys and Hubbys: Reverse is for the woman!!!!

I'm totally excited about lifting tomorrow! Clean and Press- OH YEAH. ;)
