Work out was good last night man...I would spread your doses out further today...Should see a major difference next week specially on chest and shoulders..Id say we played ball for about 45-50 mins, and full court sucka!

Diet looked great:) glad you up't the protein:)

Nice, I love it when I get that in-gym aggression, and it's usually coupled with a very alpha male feeling, (and I'm always concerned that I'm going to pop off the bench press then beat my chest at some dude across the gym like a territorial gorilla.)

Am spreading doses further apart took my first dose just now take the next in bout five hours and then another five probably..Monster trucks here I come.....LOL :burnout:

Rock on brutha. I will be cracking the bottle (baggie) on Monday and you are getting my so excited about it. I am really thinking about adding a bottle of MMV2 after the 10 days are up and doing a quick 15 day @ 6 cap blast of MMV2 before PCT. I am really wanting to lean out prior to summer and hopefully this combo will help me acheive that.

Any mood enhancements or negatives. I know M-Drol made me feel like a king and then I would feel exhausted from the lethargy. Xtreme Tren made me feel like the alpha male and almost cost me my marriage. :) Feedback on MMV2 says it makes you very agressive, but in a much more controlled manner than Tren. With 3 kids to stress me out, I need to make sure I don't take something that will have me snapping quickly like Tren.

I will be starting my run tomorrow and I am pumped up for it.

Any updates from this weekend?
No updates other than the crappy diet on Saturday not as many cals as I wanted... but Sundays diet was alot better and I'm back on track for 3000 plus cals today/........:18:

When I catch someone staring at me, I often stare them down or growl, "What the fck are you lookin' at?" I'm an arsehole by nature, but these (great!) anabolics amplify the hell out of that. I have to be very careful, so I usually stay away from people as much as possible, especially those whom I don't know or don't know me. But some people make it hard, especially those who either love the sound of their own voice, and/or just have to have SOMETHING to say, even if it's something stupid or that could get their asses kicked. Or both. Go figure.

Hell yeah man I like fire arms to Pistols are fun...Alot of people talk sh!t but some definitely can't back it up...I was a bouncer at a club for 2 yrs here in TX. I did my share of azzkickin it was fun, if i was still bouncing there I think I would definitely rip someones head off, since I lift so much nowadays...and adding a ph to the mix would probably just make me that much more of an azzhole at the club lol...:18:

Weight: 176 lbs. +1.2lbs

Training: Chest and Tri's today Hell Yeah and some cardio in the form of playing basketball for probably easy 30 mins.

Flat Bench: 115x10 warmup/140x8 +5lbs./155x8 +5lbs./175x6 +5lbs./200x5 +10lbs and 1 extra rep. sets all in LBS. again Sorry to all my homies that use kg's.....LOL:18:

Decline Bench: 145x8 + 10lbs./160x8 +5lbs./175x6 +5lbs/200x5 +5lbs.>>>KICK AZZ I love decline benching..... :bb3:

Incline Bench: 135x8 +20lbs./140x8 +5lbs./160x6 +10lbs./170x5 +10lbs. plus 1 extra rep...(PR) This is definitely my weak spot but I came up in weight and reps hell yeah BROTHER........:18:

Pec Dec: 140x10 +10lbs./150x7 +10lbs/160x5 +10lbs but -2 reps from last week not bad though....

Close Grip Cable Pushdown: 100x10/110x8/125x6/155x5 +15lbs. (PR) SWEET>>>Love workin Tri's... :bb:

Overhead Rope Extensions: 90x10/100x8/110x6/125x4>>>Definitely can do more Reps...

Cable KickBacks w/Reverse Grip Palm Up: 30x10/40x10 +2 reps/50x8 +2 reps/60x4>>>Hell yeah felt good as usual...

All of my training is lbs first then obviously reps....


Vascularity: Veins in my arms are poppin out more I like it...

Strength: Felt strong tonight...

Endurance: Very good felt like I could have worked out all night, I love decline bench, flat is gettin fun to...

Mood/Aggression: Was in a good mood, aggression definitely was there totally intense tonight without a doubt...

Libido: Good to go worked this weekend LOL...:18:

Sides: None as of yet felt great just get stuffed from eating so much...:laugh:

Overall Sense of Feeling: Felt in the zone. Mind and body an muscle connection seemed to be working together. Like I said already was very intense tonight...


Notes: Definitely a killer workout mind body muscles all working as one.... My azz was sweating from the first rep until the workout was completely done...Totally in a zone didn't even look at the weights my friend put them on and I just lifted my arss off...Also had the same tingley on the tongue while dosing, the numbing of the tongue isn't there anymore must of just been something new to me since this is my first ph run....

DIET:

This will probably be different then most on the forums. Remember I work at night so my day starts at about 12 PM.

100 pm: Quaker Oats and 1st dose of MMv3...

300 pm: 2 scoops of protein with water, Beef Sandwich with 4 slices of beef on 2 pieces of wheat bread...

500 pm: 2 scoops BC/EAA's, Trail mix Energy Mixed Nuts...

700 pm: 1/2 cup whole kernel corn, 2 cups of brown rice, 6 Swedish meatballs, 1 scoop protein shake w/water, 2nd dose of MMv3...

1000 pm: 1 can of tuna on 2 slice of wheat bread, 1 PBJ, 2 scoops of BC/EAA's...

1130 pm: Pre/WO 1 scoop protein shake, 1 PBJ sandwich, 1 can of tuna, 2 slices of wheat bread, 3rd dose of MMv3...

245 am: PWO I had a Muscle Milk Shake, and 1 cup Quaker Oats, and 2 scoops of BC/EAA's mmmmgooodddd..... Thats it for day 5...

So my total for macros were: 4593 cals 280 pro 560 carbs 123 fats>>>WOW this was alot of EATING, oh MY GOD I am Stuffed like a Thanksgiving Turkey... I know this aint a turkey but I feel as big as this>>>> :donut:

Alright everyone I'm glad you are all here and appreciate any advice or comments good or bad that you may have for me since this is my first official log, I am looking to learn alot. I had a killer workout today I believe the MMv3 is completely flowing in my veins now, workout was major intense and like I said I was sweating my azz off from Rep 1 WOW. That's it hope you enjoy reading and this wraps up DAY 5 of the UNVEILING OF LG MMV3 from the LATE NIGHT CREW CHEERS, BEBIG.....

EDIT>>>>>also forgot to add abs did 45lb oblique crunches 20 each side and also medicine ball 7.5 lbs decline situps for 25 reps 23 reps and 15 reps...

I stood there a few times and said, no way, when he was doing incline I thought once I put 170 on there I said, LG your going to much for him, but he was already sitting down looking foward, not knowing what i was doing behind him. I pumped him up while I spotted him, and he blew through them reps..2 weeks ago this wasn’t even a thought for him, This MMv3 is amazing, bottom line! this would be an insane 30 day cycle. Good job tonight bro!

This friday were going to throw chest in one more time while on cycle,really push the limits while playing it safe!
