Weight: 176 lbs. +1.2lbs
Training: Chest and Tri's today Hell Yeah and some cardio in the form of playing basketball for probably easy 30 mins.
Flat Bench: 115x10 warmup/140x8 +5lbs./155x8 +5lbs./175x6 +5lbs./200x5 +10lbs and 1 extra rep. sets all in LBS. again Sorry to all my homies that use kg's.....LOL:18:
Decline Bench: 145x8 + 10lbs./160x8 +5lbs./175x6 +5lbs/200x5 +5lbs.>>>KICK AZZ I love decline benching..... :bb3:
Incline Bench: 135x8 +20lbs./140x8 +5lbs./160x6 +10lbs./170x5 +10lbs. plus 1 extra rep...(PR) This is definitely my weak spot but I came up in weight and reps hell yeah BROTHER........:18:
Pec Dec: 140x10 +10lbs./150x7 +10lbs/160x5 +10lbs but -2 reps from last week not bad though....
Close Grip Cable Pushdown: 100x10/110x8/125x6/155x5 +15lbs. (PR) SWEET>>>Love workin Tri's... :bb:
Overhead Rope Extensions: 90x10/100x8/110x6/125x4>>>Definitely can do more Reps...

All of my training is lbs first then obviously reps....
Vascularity: Veins in my arms are poppin out more I like it...
Strength: Felt strong tonight...
Endurance: Very good felt like I could have worked out all night, I love decline bench, flat is gettin fun to...
Mood/Aggression: Was in a good mood, aggression definitely was there totally intense tonight without a doubt...
Libido: Good to go worked this weekend LOL...:18:
Sides: None as of yet felt great just get stuffed from eating so much...:laugh:
Overall Sense of Feeling: Felt in the zone. Mind and body an muscle connection seemed to be working together. Like I said already was very intense tonight...
Notes: Definitely a killer workout mind body muscles all working as one.... My azz was sweating from the first rep until the workout was completely done...Totally in a zone didn't even look at the weights my friend put them on and I just lifted my arss off...Also had the same tingley on the tongue while dosing, the numbing of the tongue isn't there anymore must of just been something new to me since this is my first ph run....
DIET:
This will probably be different then most on the forums. Remember I work at night so my day starts at about 12 PM.
100 pm: Quaker Oats and 1st dose of MMv3...
300 pm: 2 scoops of protein with water, Beef Sandwich with 4 slices of beef on 2 pieces of wheat bread...
500 pm: 2 scoops BC/EAA's, Trail mix Energy Mixed Nuts...
700 pm: 1/2 cup whole kernel corn, 2 cups of brown rice, 6 Swedish meatballs, 1 scoop protein shake w/water, 2nd dose of MMv3...
1000 pm: 1 can of tuna on 2 slice of wheat bread, 1 PBJ, 2 scoops of BC/EAA's...
1130 pm: Pre/WO 1 scoop protein shake, 1 PBJ sandwich, 1 can of tuna, 2 slices of wheat bread, 3rd dose of MMv3...
245 am: PWO I had a Muscle Milk Shake, and 1 cup Quaker Oats, and 2 scoops of BC/EAA's mmmmgooodddd..... Thats it for day 5...
So my total for macros were: 4593 cals 280 pro 560 carbs 123 fats>>>WOW this was alot of EATING, oh MY GOD I am Stuffed like a Thanksgiving Turkey... I know this aint a turkey but I feel as big as this>>>> :donut:

Alright everyone I'm glad you are all here and appreciate any advice or comments good or bad that you may have for me since this is my first official log, I am looking to learn alot. I had a killer workout today I believe the MMv3 is completely flowing in my veins now, workout was major intense and like I said I was sweating my azz off from Rep 1 WOW.
