Day 18 - weight 177 (+5lbs)

Had a sweet chest w/o! Went up in weight on some and not on others. The pump was sickk!! Chest is looking much much bigger! More chest size and strength was my major goal of this cycle. I hit 75's on medium incline db press today. My PR for this is 80s for 3 or 4 reps. So my goal now is to get at least 5 reps on 80's by the end of this. I'll still have Prime in pct. So if not "on" cycle then I'll hit it in pct for sure! :smite: Feeling much better on 4 caps! I had lost the alpha mentality on 3 caps and now I feel it again. Its not like "ahhh I am big muscle man and Im going to smash!" mentality..Just a feeling of being on top of the world mentality :D. It seems like Im having more success recomping on TO then adding "weight". As long as Im adding muscle mass and getting stronger thats all that matters anymore to me. So I wont be complaining about not getting heavier anymore. I ran out of WMS. So my intra drink was little different today.

Pre w/o - 2 TO, 2 RPM, 1.5g taurine
Intra - 2 scoops xtend, 1 scoop Vassive, 4g BA, 2 scoop poseidon

W/o - Chest
1. Medium incline db press - have been doing low incline db press for the last 3 weeks and hit 70s for 6 reps last time and hit 75s for 5 reps today on a higher incline. So good things here! :wiggle:
2. Decline db press - did this one first last time. So its not crazy that I went down 5lbs on this. Hit 75x4 on last set but went up 5lbs on other sets.
3. Low incline db flys - I moved right onto this exercise without any rest and only did about 30 sec rest in between sets on this. So I stayed at the same weight. 50x8, 50x7, 50x6
4. Wide iso press - 210x8, 250x8, 270x2 - down 3 reps :rippedhand: Looks like those inclines really took a lot outa my chest!
5. Cable x-overs 6x10, 7x10, some milf asked if she could jump in and I wasnt paying attention to what I was doing:18: and moved right up to 9 for 5 reps lol...Im sucha dog :hump:

And this was it. It took me an hour which is great bc when I work out with my dad it take 1.5-2 hrs to complete a workout. He moves soo damn slow! But he's a noob so what can I do :dunno:

Only major differences I see here are on chest and shoulders. I do look a hair fatter but that will come off easy.

Sorry, this is the best I can do..the sunlight is coming in from the window next to me and I covered it up but it still is shining threw enough

Ok...I can DEFINITELY see growth in your shoulders; as for chest, I can't tell because of the lighting. I don't think that's fat, just water retention, bro.
 
Thanks for the honest feed back bro...yes, I have grown in my legs. I dont like taking pics of my bird legs but Ill post some up. This one is taken a month ago.

Sheesh!!! Ya, you have really made improvements on your legs. Wow! You need to post those babies more often. I would say they're now one of your strong points! Great calves, too.
 
See, you look a lot bigger in that picture you just posted. You need to take your shots there all the time. Lighting is much more fitting. Parent's room FTW!

haha they know whats up...my mom and dad are getting into fitness and know that I like to keep track of progess. My mom actually took that leg pic from last month
 
On another note:

Snag, told me that ezekial bread is gluten free because it is sprouted. So I went and bought some. About to try it out. I just noticed on the bag that it says that it does have gluten in it. Im still going to try it and see what happens. If it doesnt work Ill just give it to the pops. And Ill just be BLOOATED hardcore for the next 2-3 days. Small price to pay to find a new kickass bread.

nice leg growth man! They are now my favorite part to work. Back was for awhile and then I got tired of it now I am hitting legs as usual hard along with my chest again. My shoulders keep developing too dang quick
 
How are those bb hack squats workin for ya? I'd have to say A LOT of my growth came from those....and 1 legged db squats.
 
Great progress on the legs! I'm popping in now and again! Subbed loads of logs at the moment!

Day 19 - weight 179 (+7lbs)

Im 2lbs heavier than yesterday:scared:...very nas. I got some mad glycogen build up goin on! Very pumped! I dont think Ive ever looked so thick!

The w/o: rep range 4-6 for strength and power
1. Behind neck pulldowns - did 210 for 4 reps on last set!! PR!! This is a 30lb increase since last time!
2. 1 arm db rows - went hardcore and taped up 2.5lb plates on both sides of a 125 db, making it a 130. The gym was surprisingly cool with it :bandit:..rowed the 130 for 4 reps on last set! PRRR!!!!
3. Underhand iso pulldowns - 270x2 on last set...PR!!
4. Low iso rows - never tried this one before. I liked it a lot. I raised the seat up and really blasted my lower lats! Gonna try underhand grip next time. Did 280 for 4 reps on last set, which I was VERY pleased with!
5. Semi wide hammer grip seated cable rows - Did 190 for 4 reps on last set! PRRR!!

Put the pic up so you guys could see this hellacious pump!

Thanks bud! You upped it today? I really like the difference in 3 to 4. Def feel more happening here.
I tried the ezekiel low sodium. It was really, non yummy.
I dont have the low sodium but the regular one taste damn good. Ive made tuna, pb and j, turkey and provolone, chicken and provolone sandwiches and they all tasted great on the ezekial.
I dig that stuff. Toast it and put some honey on it.

Def toast it. I like coconut oil on mine ;D
