haha I did the Zottman curls yesterday as well. Found them quite hard on my wrist as well on the way down. Not a bad variation though.
 
Update on TO:

Alpha male mentality seems to be gone. The mood enhancement seems to be fading too. Libido is up and down. No noticeable signs of atrophy yet. No pimples. Gettin pretty damn lethargic. Still eatin big. No hair loss. Thats about it:sad2:

AN reps, you think I should drop to 2 caps or stick thru it?

Maybe split the dosage more?

I def dug em. I could feel a nice burn in the middle of my bicep.

Instead of dropping your dose, just split it into two dosages.

cut the workout a little short, it feels good to get back into sheiko though.

Ya, split the dose up. May help. Lethargy sucks, bro. I know that feeling for sure. Add in some DHEA if splitting the dose up doesn't help; 250mg/day - That should fix things.

Im taking 3 caps upon waking, 30 mins before workout out.

thats what im doin bro, granted im still dead come like 10 PM but Im doing 2 caps around 8 AM and 1 cap around 2pm. I have also added 2 RPM into the mix and I believe that has helped.

Day 7 - weight 176 (+4lbs)

So no weight change in the last 2 days. I do look leaner today. Time to up cals!! Ugh this is getting so expensive!! My nutz look about 20% smaller this morning. So I guess shutdown is happenin. I feel great tho. My libido is sky high! I dont feeel shutdown at all. I did 2 caps pre w/o this morning and I feel A TON better! Will take cap 3 at 1pm. Had a pretty kickass workout with the pops today. I did some incline bb bench. I havent done any bb work for a couple months now since Ive been working on symmetry. Now that my left pec has caught up alot, Im making my way back to bb...slowly.

Pre w/o - 2 caps TO, 2 caps RPM
Intra - 2 scoops Intra aid, 2g Taurine, 4g ba, 15g fast carbs, 60g slow carbs

The w/o -
1. Decline db press - 60x8, 70/60x8, 80/70x4 finally doin 80's again!! jjeyahh! :woohoo: - was up 5lbs on all sets
2. Wide incline bb bench - 105x8, 135x8, 145x4 :ugh1:, 135x8, 140x5
3. Viking pec-dec - 145x8, 160x8, 190x8, 220x8, 235x8, 250x8 WOOOOOOOOP!!! I think this is like a 50lb increase since last time! (bout 3 weeks)
4. Decline iso press - 150x8, 190x8, 240x4 (up for several reps)

Was killer! I left psyched!! Now I gotta eat everything I can find at once!!! :food:

dunno really. the company I work for now :D still deals in symitar credit unions, but symitar cancelled their annual event for august. This company is in murietta, so eventually i'll end up going to the corporate office at least. we have a few clients in SD as well, so it might work out

and i think you are looking a lil more swole metroba and i don't really see any increase in fat it may just be in ur head ;)

Thanks bud! The fat increase was from Day 2 to Day 6. Its starting to go back to pre cycle % tho. So I guess Im recompin a bit. Im tryin to gain tho. So just means I get to eat more!! There is 11 more days left of TO. Then Im gonna take 20 days of 2nd gear.

11 days? you only using half the bottle?

Im only doing a 2.5 week cycle. Since all the big gains come in the first 3 weeks. If my gains will pick up, I may consider doing a full 3 weeker.

Met, I would recommend that you run the duration of 4 weeks. Hell, if you're doing a cycle - DO IT!
