H-drol cycle problems on only day 6!!! Pls help

So I started my Hdrol cycle on Sat the 31st and Im already feeling super lethargic and its only been 6 full days.

I have narrowed it down to hopefully one of two things.

1. I have not been taking my multivitamins the way I was before I started the cycle and the first few days which may be leading to my lathargy

2. I take several pshyciatric(sp) medications every day, which Ive been taking for more than 10 years. I have used a plethera of different supps in the past with no sides like this other than MassFx which gave me a little more anxiety than is desirable at this point.

I am really hoping the problem is the lack of vitamins cause Ive been looking foreward to this cycle for a LONG time and have done a considerable amount of research.

And YES I KNOW the disclaimer says not to use the products if you have any mental disorders but I wanted to take my chances to see if I could beef up a little and gain some much needed confidence.

Thats kinda what Im worried about. I usually feel really good and wake up every day and just go to the gym no problem. But the last three days Ive slept till 1:00 and all I say is I will go tomorrow. But I never do.

I am taking my MV's properly again and I dont really feel depressed any more than usual I just have no drive to get going in the morning.

Is this a possible side effect from the H-drol???

I was wondering if I throw in an energy pill/fat burner such as the Lipo6 I have laying around, does anyone think that would possibly help raise my energy levels. The reason I suggest this is b/c I took the Lipo6 for a while about two months ago and had a tremendous increase in energy from waking to sleeping with better sleep quality. It only made me gag all the time cause I wasnt eating enough.

Let me know, I REALLY want this cycle to be successfull b/c I know for a fact that CEL is a very reputable company. I have friends who will attest to this.
 
Try carbs. They say m-drol is a carb monster but in reality, building muscle faster than naturally possible with any substance takes a lot of energy and there is nothing better than downing a bucket of complex carbs.

Good point Boyders, I will try to eat more bread and rice and starches than I been doing. You know, try an all out assult on this whole lathargy B.S.
 
well also. if your like me the lethargy will where off. It took about a week for me. But with the medications, i dunno.... Im not a doc. But you might could ask your doctor. If you and your doctor are cool like that. Even if you are lethargic, i would just make room for more sleep. It wouldnt hurt for recovery. Just expect not to go out late much hile your running the cycle.
 
Try eating more.


If that doesn't work I'd contact a doctor. I feel like RX drugs and PH/DS's are weird to mix unless you know what you're doing...


Hdrol may cause some lethargy, but it definitely should not be only 6 days in.
 
I had the same syptoms at Week 2 with h-drol (50mg/J)
I stopped it and I did PCT;
An inversion with h-drol/m-drol is possible???
Because there is a lot of review since janvier2009!

Well today was a good morning. Woke up and felt pretty rested around 10:30 I think. Ended up making it to the gym around noon or so and got a pretty good leg workout in which is never my favorite thing to do.
I took my vitamins yesterday and today like Im supposed to and I feel pretty good all in all. I REALLY hope thats all it was.

I am also going to try an Iron supplement starting hopefully tonight, simply b/c the lethargy really comes and goes with me. Some days are good, some, not so much. A CT tech at work mentioned anemia as a possible problem and that an Iron supplement might help with the feeling of always being tired. So Im gonna try to scoop some up from Wally-world today and see how that works

Do you not normally take vitamins? Anemia isn't really as common in men as it is in women. Certainly not impossible but if you already take a multivitamin it would be very unlikely you would be anemic.
 
I agree with dpfisher I buy MV without iron and whenever I get bloodwork my irons fine bc of all the meat I eat + the lack of pms;)

I totally agree with you there. The only reason Im trying the iron thing is b/c its a thought, a possibility, and if it works its a simple fix. Thats all.

I usually do take my MV 2x per day. But people have been giving me ideas about why im always so tired for years. Now I have some really money comming in every week so Im able to experiement a little with my body, in a safe way that is.

tripdog always recommends dhea for lethargy. try that out. its cheap. i think he suggested 150 mg. not sure... check the diesel forums.

I was taking the Hdrol around 11:30 or midnight everyday while I was feeling lethargic. Its been two different times now Ive taken the PH between 6-8pm and I wake up feeling way more rested and ready to hit the weights.
I mean I was at the gym at 8:30 this morning. Do you guys think that could have be a part of my problem???

The reason I ask is b/c I see most guys dont dose PHs after about 8pm at all.

yes id dose it in the morning when you wakeup then again before you lift

Some people have issues sleeping while on cycle, especially when they take the compound near bed time. Maybe you just weren't sleeping very well but were unaware of it.

Personally I try not to take anything past like 6 or 7 pm

X2 6pm is the latest i take a ph.

I would do it that way but I work second shift so I wake up to the first dose and hit the gym usually within an hour or so of that.

Ive been taking my second dose at work with lunch and that seems to be working a lot better. I just have to be careful whos around when I take the bottle out of my bag cause I work at a hospital. And people at hospitals ask too many questions. Good thing is though I work with all women and they are all super cool with what Im doing at dont really give me a hard time at all. They say the same thing ever girl does..."You dont need it. Youre already big enough"
To them I say, "I will NEVER be big enough!!!":bb2::bb::bb3:
 
Just swap them into a diff pill bottle (multi vitamins)?

Yeah, I though of that too. It would probably be a good idea in my situation. Seeing as how a bunch of the ER residents workout at the same rec center as I do and I talk to them all the time. Theyre all pretty cool though.

Either way, the MV bottle would honestly be my best bet I think. I usually work alone a lot but you never know whos gonna come barging through the door around here.

Oh yeah, I been meaning to ask this even though its kind of a disgusting personal question. But heck I see this stuff every day at work so whats the big deal right???

My question is, since I started my cycle of 50 mgs/day of Hdrol I have had an almost instant case of hemrrhoids. Its weird cause Ive never had them before. I mean, theyre getting better slowly, but theyre affecting my workouts too much more than I think they should be.

It may be because I am dropping way more dueces than usual b/c of how much more Im eating. Cause before I usually only crapped maybe once or twice a week so I was pretty much always a little constipated.

Has anyone else ever experienced this problem before??? Is it a side effect or just two things that happened to occur simultaneously.

...Sorry but once or twice a week is not healthy I **** twice a day...try not to sit on the toilet too long, do your business then go. Up your fiber intake and you'll become more regular. I'd add some ground flaxseeds to your diet.

What do you recommend for people on a night shift schedule. I usually work from 7pm at night to 7 am in the morning. I go to sleep around 8 am, wake up around 4pm to work out.
