Well, its kinda just because I have no idea how to pose otherwise... I wish I had a huge mirror like most of the guys here so I could actually take some decent pictures.

I have no idea what this means, but I'm assuming the broken bones would be from her using your body for Good Mornings and then throwing you on the ground because you're not heavy enough?...

Had to stop in at the store today to pick up some more whey. There were a group of 3 completely awkward dudes at Vitamin Shoppe talking about supplements... and not just kind of awkward - like bedsores on their ass from playing Warcraft awkward.

He asked the kid at the front desk for... I sh*t you not... "MuscleTech Anabolic Pills"... I was like man, I need to stick around for this. So the guy at the register looks up and was like "well dude, they are all anabolic" and gestured towards Creakik, Leukik... and something else. So the leader of the pack asks the guy if he can see the Leukik, and begins to explain to his friends how its just pretty much toned down steroids, and that "real" steroids are about 10,000 times stronger. But I guess the Leukik package says its 600% more anabolic than something else... so they were doing the math if they were to stack it with some protein that said the same thing - like multiplying percentages.

It was just too much to handle. They didn't buy anything - otherwise I probably would have went and talked to them... Hate to see people being roped into pill popping when they don't understand what it is - or that they actually have to be active to see any results.

Today is an off day. Normally I would have went to do legs, but I'm going to give my foot a day of rest today... leg days are important and tough - no sense going in at 80%. Going to eat big, and watch some TV.

As far as the 1-Androsterone goes - I am feeling a little tired lately as mentioned before, but I am recovering quite nicely from my chest and back workouts... not quite as sore as usual. Perhaps a glimpse of things to come?

I have trouble going to brick n mortar stores these days. Either it's vitamine shoppe and people are asking me what I am taking, and most of the time Vitamin Shoppe doesn't sell it, or I am at max muscle trying to keep my mouth shut as they sell designer steroids to people who have no clue what they are buying. In both situations I feel torn, like... well, I shouldn't promote steroid use, but at the same time these flippin idiots don't even know what PCT is and are buying stacked Designers.

I always want to call out the guys at max muscle and be like, you guys know they are selling you steroids right? You know you need research chems to rebound from that cycle right? 2 weeks off in between on ATD isn't long enough... lol.

Then at vitamine shoppe people are like "so you eat a lot of protein?" and I'm usually just really sarcastic, but they rarely get it... I'll just be like "Yea, and I take NOxplode. Try some of it, you get HYUGE."

I know, I know, I am going to hell. But if I tried to explain everything, I would be there for 3 hours and they would be bored in 10 minutes.

Yeah man... Fortunately in New York its still cold. So I wear a lot more clothes than you do out in SoCal... So I look like every other skinny doofus in there - just way better looking. :lol:

Also, just as a quick update... Have a bit of acne developing on my upper chest and back... Nothing crazy - and I actually welcome it. Shows that the excess test is in the house. Just in time for my leg beatdown tonight. I'll see if I can pick up some bodywash on my way home to bring the oilyness down a bit.

Showering directly after gym will definately help with the acne and showering twice a day seemed to be the ticket for me. Also try that Gillete 2-1 hydrating/moist/body wash I use it and my skin has been awesome.

Man, i feel the same damn way! I actually got in to a argument with one of the guys at max muscle selling this high schooler a bottle of superdrol, and saying "yeah take this and some trib and you will be ok". I asked the kid why he needed roids and he was like "it's not roids! Is's a pro hormone! and i use it for football!" the max muscle guy backed him up, Then i just laughed at them and started stating my case.... long story short, i cant go to max muscle anymore.... lol

Cali has some good ones that for sure, but I think I would have to go with florida for my second, and then texas.

Every time I have been in Texas the girls were all heffers with way too much makeup.

NY is probably what I would consider my 2nd to Cali.

I have no real idea of the BF. I have the typical offensive lineman body type. Kinda big and thick all over. Big arms, chest, back. Legs aren't shabby either but my days of heavy deep squats are over. Old age is settling in on my joints! But I have done all large weights in the majors before testing any of these fun little treats so I figure if I can use some technology to fight my genetics why not? Can beat it, join it, right?

But there is no gut spilling over my jeans. No abs either though! And never will be! My old man is 62, 240 and benching 315 still for a solid 6.

But I am trying to lean up for sure. I eat clean but eat big to keep the protein up. Probably around 350-400 gs of protein/day. But it almost doesn't matter on the scale for me just in the belt with the diet.

I'm just glad to be involved with some like minded as$ kickers here. Good to keep me motivated and laughing.

More than happy to help you with an H-Drol cycle. Money LOVES MMV2, I think he still has some in his blood stream. You're a big dude, I'd suggest a 5 to 6 week run - starting around 50mg for 3 days or so, then ramping to the 100 to 125 area - dependant on your MMV2 dose. The MMV2 would be awesome to combat lethargy.

Legs were insane... Stay tuned. Foot hurts when I walk, but not when I plant - if that makes sense... Its the pad under the big toe that feels weak and damaged... kind of unstable. But getting progressively better by the day...

My buddy ended up being in the locker room right when I was getting changed - same guy that told me I should buy a belt for squats. Good guy - much bigger and quite a bit stronger than me - probably a very solid 230... maybe 33 years old, looks a little like Denzel :lol:. If we both have legs scheduled, we try to hit them together - and today we got did. Squat bar power racks were all taken, so I switched it up and did press first - so my legs were all toasted from the get go for squats. Somehow I managed to throw down a PR on 225, and also get 275 up equal to my 2 rep PR... Wasn't going to try again, but dude made me. Just a real solid guy to have there to push me. I introduced him to widowmakers last time around, and he digs them, so he wanted to do 2 today... I ACTUALLY FAILED ON 135. It was embarrassing a little bit, but my legs actually gave out on my second widow maker. The rest of the workout was a wash... Just one a piece for my arms.

Right now, I can hardly stand - and my arms have a really good pump too.

Time for power food:

Dinner 1: WW Pasta Elbows / 5oz Lean beef / Parm Cheese / Little Red Pepper Pasta Sauce / 3 dashes of Red Hot / Red Pepper

Love me some Special K!! Damn TL...2 widows. This 1-A has you on a tear. I just got my w/o buddy back(my son) and it really helps the focus and intensity alot when you can push eachother.
