Well, yes and no.

PP's 1T has the same 1-androsterone ingredient in it, but also has DHEA and Pregnonolone in it.

Your skins enzymes will convert the 1AD to 1T at about a 40% rate.

Orally it converts around 8%.

How much are you applying daily topically?

At 600mg oral dose you should be getting about 48mg... if my conversions are correct.

The PP 1T has topical DHEA in it as well, so there should be some conversion to testosterone itself as well.

I dunno about this 400mg test and 30mg anavar that Eric from PP has been quoted as comparing it to. Nor have I seen the 12-15lbs gains from it solo either... but people have been making decent gains on it, and it is something that interests me, so I'm gonna give it a shot.

Foot is sore, it actually improved a bit on my walk to Union Square to get the camera... I'm going to evaluate back day here around 6PM and make a judgement call. I still WANT to go to the gym, but I also want to DESTROY myself - which probably wont happen if I can only put 70% of my weight on my big toe. :lol:

I wish I could run the 1T solo alongside your 1AD run, and we could compare who gained more, as we seem to be about the same when it comes to gaining weight. But... I have this hair up my ass to run a pretty intense cycle, so I probably won't really know what the hell the 1T is doing for me on it's own. I'll know better what it is like when I do my solo 1-androstendiol cycle in the future.

I weighed in at 197 today buddy... I may not have gained 30lbs like rugger did, but I am a good 10lbs bigger than I was before. A pretty successful 3 weeks if you ask me.

I would have ate more if my appetite was there.... and yes i know, I should have ate regardless of hunger, but homie... it's easier said than done, and my lesson has been learned.

They didn't reset your reps, it is your "rep power" now. Which means that is what you can give out when you give reps... not how many you have gotten. I like this much better than before. Having 130,000 rep points is f*cking stupid and pointless after a bit.

You can get a pretty intense back workout without any pressure on your feet. Use the hammerstrength and go UBER heavy this week. Use reverse crunches for your lower back instead of dead lifts. You'll be straight, and your toe can heal another week.

I was upset about the 385, compared to 405 its relativey light. Guess that just speaks to how rough the BJJ is on my body - especially three hours worth. I was VERY impressed by how I recovered from that dissapointment though. The 315 and Widow sets were COMPLETE failure... fighting the last rep. As far as the 385 goes, I held that b*tch around my waist for probably 6 or 7 good seconds trying to finish the single rep - but it just wasnt in the cards today.

The deadlifts left me feeling drained and blasted... kinda nauseous - which explains the limited volume afterwards. Some fools at the gym were definitely looking at me all twisted when I was grunting out that 315 set of 11. F*ck em...

As far as reactions go today... I feel pretty great. I got EXTREMELY tired last night and went to bed early. Could be a reaction to the 1-androsterone... could be just a rough week at work. I'll let you guys know. The stomach discomfort was non-existant today. Took 3 split doses of 2 caps with meals.

You could brew up about a 15 week supply(depending on how much you dose it at) of Test prop for less than half that. LMAO

Yeah, I've hit 405... Just haven't ventured back successfully. The 405 was completely off cycle and virtually no supplements though - I think it was just fatigue and that little foot problem this morning, which may be sore for awhile. Not worried - that 425 will come off the floor by the end of this log.

A 3:1 ratio of carbohydrate to protein is a safe place to start. You want to take them in divided doses through the day, the standard is
3 doses 3 times daily. Taking them with food is optional, but if you
take them with a high fat meal they can help absorption. Also keep
hydrated (you should be doing this anyway) this will also help with absorption.
 
like John said, I'd take them with meals that have a decent amount of fats.

Varies a little bit, but anywhere from week 2-4 is usually the "kick" in terms of gains. Hunger is a good sign though.

I'm glad we have several hemispheres between NY and Aus, DFly. I fear meeting you in a gym could only lead to severe DOMS and at least 3 or 4 broken bones.

But keep some P-Slin on you just in case.

Day 3 (off)

Had to stop in at the store today to pick up some more whey. There were a group of 3 completely awkward dudes at Vitamin Shoppe talking about supplements... and not just kind of awkward - like bedsores on their ass from playing Warcraft awkward.

He asked the kid at the front desk for... I sh*t you not... "MuscleTech Anabolic Pills"... I was like man, I need to stick around for this. So the guy at the register looks up and was like "well dude, they are all anabolic" and gestured towards Creakik, Leukik... and something else. So the leader of the pack asks the guy if he can see the Leukik, and begins to explain to his friends how its just pretty much toned down steroids, and that "real" steroids are about 10,000 times stronger. But I guess the Leukik package says its 600% more anabolic than something else... so they were doing the math if they were to stack it with some protein that said the same thing - like multiplying percentages.

It was just too much to handle. They didn't buy anything - otherwise I probably would have went and talked to them... Hate to see people being roped into pill popping when they don't understand what it is - or that they actually have to be active to see any results.

Today is an off day. Normally I would have went to do legs, but I'm going to give my foot a day of rest today... leg days are important and tough - no sense going in at 80%. Going to eat big, and watch some TV.

As far as the 1-Androsterone goes - I am feeling a little tired lately as mentioned before, but I am recovering quite nicely from my chest and back workouts... not quite as sore as usual. Perhaps a glimpse of things to come?

That feeling tired thing should go away soon I noticed exact same thing while Iwas on but it only lasted a week or 10 days. Good job so far.. hope that foot gets better.
