Viking, yes, I've logged both the AS and t-911...I havnet had any stomach issues at all with AS but some have..if you are prone to stomach issues Id def go with the t-911...never know tho - you could have zero stomach issues with AS..you'll never know until you try...would you like me to mail you a sample scoop?

I made a stir-fry for tonight's dinner. It's not my normal meal, but I really felt like changing it up a little. It's probably a little higher in sugar due to the carrots and sauce, but whatever. Other than that, it should be comparable to my normal meal. It's got...

1 large chicken breast (sliced)
1cup of scallops
Mixed veggies (broccoli, carrots, soybeans, peas, water chestnuts)
Handfull of bean sprouts

All mixed together in frying pan with spicy stir-fry sauce.
 
Viking, just out of curiosity, can you grow a bushy beard? It seems like most hairless dudes I know have trouble growing a beard...It's kind of a trade-off...I have no idea what I'd choose if I had the choice to be like I am now (hairy with the ability to grow a sweet, bushy beard), or hairless and crappy beard growth.
 
I wish I was hairless!! Screw the beard. ha ha It was a pain in the ass shaving off my body fur today!!
 
I shave by individually plucking my chin hairs with my finger tips. I don't grow much facial. I've left many-a-class lectures with a clean shave.

My Filipino buddy is the same way. He grows a little on his chin, and some on his upper lip...sort of like a woman. :rofl:
 
Well, this Chinese stir-fry is extremely delicious, but I can also tell it's full of sodium and a decent amount of sugar, so I probably won't have it very often.

i had one of those going on when i was 12,lmao.

I was really hairy especially from 16-17.

But now at 19, my hair doesnt regrow as fast.

I had a full beard since i was about 16 almost.

Any know the connections between being hairy and developing muscle. I researched it before, but didnt come up with much. It seems you can have high levels of testosterone and not be hairy. I know DHT can be a main culprit. Anyone researched this further?

Day 28

Day 4: Quads/Traps/O. Upper (Fasted, Supersets)

BB Hacks: 95x19,18,18,17,15,15,14,14
Smith Shrugs: 225x18,16,18,15,15,14,15,15

Leg Ext: 170x20,18,18,18,17,16,15,16

Flat Bench BB Press: 155x15, 175x10, 205x6, 225x4, 235x3, 240x2

WG Standing BB Press: 65x20, 95x12, 115x7, 125x4, 135x4,3

It was a solid workout today. Up in reps on most exercises, pushed an extra 5lbs on bench, and my Quad pump was ridiculous. I could hardly walk around the gym. When I got home, my legs kept cramping up and giving out when I was taking the dog on a walk.

Legs are looking a little flat today. Hopefully they will get a decent rest over the weekend. My legs are beat. I'm going to go light on cardio this weekend. Probably no HIIT, just long duration, low impact.
 
Those are some 3D quads there. Did they get bigger since you last photographed them? Because I don't remember your quads have such deep shadows under them (signifying muscle bulge).

Do I need to put no homo anywhere or are we cool?

It's possible they've gotten bigger. I don't measure anything, though, because I get discouraged (my arms suck). My squat's going up, so I could have added some size...They would look better if I was as tan as Snag, but I'm not about to add "Tan: 20mins" into my workout. I don't really care that much.
 
I look MUCH, MUCH leaner when I've got my summer tan going. I love being tan.

I actually tried the tanning bed for 6 weeks, but I had a bad experience. My tan was splotchy. I'd be willing to try it again if I knew I'd work out alright, but I got the most expensive deal and I ended up looking like I had a skin condition.
 
Hey IC, quads are lookin good bro. Once you start tanning your guna look A LOT leaner......the power of being tan.

How are the fasted workouts treating you? I have been away from AM again and this thread has grown like 5 pages since the last time I check'd in.

Alright guys, this is the gameplan for this morning...

7:15am: I took 3 Recreate, 1 AP, 1g VitC, 1.6g 1-C, 3 pumps Napalm applied to lower abdominals

I'll be hitting about an hour of low-intensity cardio. Probably 45mins on the treadmill and 15mins on the Stairmill or Stairstepper. Yes, this will be done fasted. I've got 20g BCAAs and 4 scoops of GlycerGrow to sip on intra-workout. I decided to change my Recreate dosing around to 3caps pre-wo, and 0 caps later in the day. Instead, I'll be taking 2 caps Y-RD and 3 caps Basic Cuts in the afternoon.

I just don't totally understand what the second dose is for...What is it even doing? What's the point in taking it if I'm not even going to build up a sweat or if I don't need the energy?

3caps was okay, nothing to go crazy over.
 
Recreate is not meant to be just a pre w/o pill brother; you have to comprehend it's full capabilities.
The pathways that it burns fat thru are not exclusive to activity by any means. This is why taking the 2nd dose, 6-8hrs following the first dose, will do more for your fat-loss endeavors than just one bunched up serving..
You've got to stop thinking of this product as 'another industry PrWO supp'.
It is soo much more.

8:30: 30mins on Treadmill (3.1mph @ 14% incline), 15mins Stairmill (Intensity 5/6), BCAAs/GG intra-wo

Post-wo: 1 scoop LP, 1/2cup oats

I had a real thick sweat going within fifteen minutes or so, and kept that up for the rest of the session. My legs had a pretty solid pump going; I fear I've been overworking them recently. I'll keep an eye on my strength to make sure it's not negatively affecting anything.

Weight was 177.6lbs, and that was after a little water, so I'm guessing it's more like 176.0lbs. I don't really want to see it going down at all. I'd think I could drop this fat without any weight drop; I'm sure I can pack on the muscle at the same time. I've done it before.
 
Good answer Snag!! It is sooo much more than just a stim. In fact, it's not a very strong stim at all.
Irish, if you're looking for that kick (and I know you are) stack it with some extra caff or even a little Y. Or just use ECAY and ReCreate like I was!!! That was nuts!! :Eyecrazy::fool2:

You need to stop doing this to me. I just picked up AP against my will and now Recreate is moving up on the list. I did love Recreate's thermo. It never gave me much of a stim, but its thermo was great. One of my preferred fat loss supps for sure.

And it was delicious!

1 Yellowfin Tuna fillet (pan-seared, blackened)
1 cup of Bay Scallops (pan-seared, blackened)
Chopped/Diced tomato, onion, green pepper, portabella mushroom
1.5cups steamed broccoli
 
I know, I'm totally kicking my @$$.... I just bought some recreate a few min ago.

Hahah. I saw that. I'm fighting more supp purchases every day. I think I'm good now, though. I do need a multi-vitamin, but I'll wait on that for my next order. I'll be getting the Beverly Super-pak. That looks like the best vitamin out of the three I was looking at.

I'll be hitting a small cardio session in about 45mins. I just plan on doing about 30min on the treadmill, and then maybe 5-10mins on the bike to cool down. I'm debating cutting this cardio session completely from my workout routine and just make it another rest/carb-up day. I think my legs are taking too much of a beating. They've been doing well, but I don't know for how long. If I can get away with it, I'll keep the cardio in, but if my strength starts to go down, I'm cutting it.

I love the sound of that!!! Takes me back to the 80's!! ha ha Did quite a bit of coke back in those days. I haven't used Y-RD, but I have used the geranium. Nice....:veryhappy:

Wow, it's been thirty days already?! :think:

Cardio: Low Impact/Low Intensity

Pre-wo: 2 Recreate, 1 AP, 2 Y-RD, 1.6g 1-C, 1g VitC, 3 pumps Napalm

Intra-wo: 20g BCAA, 4 scoops GlycerGrow, 1 scoop GreenMag

Treadmill: 30mins on 15% incline @ 3.0mph
Spin Bike: 10mins on low-resistance, light-medium pedal

Within the first ten minutes I had a thick layer of sweat built around my lower back and lower abdominals, and within fifteen minutes I was sweating all over! The Y-RD really did a great job of kicking up my body-temp, and of course the Napalm aided in a heavy sweat around my lower abs. I just loved the stretch I was getting along the entire back of my leg (glutes/hams/calves) on the treadmill. That's another great benefit of doing the high-incline walking. You can really feel it rounding your glutes, especially. It was a great cardio day, indeed.

I'll possibly be heading out to Panama City to play some cards at the dog track this afternoon, assuming my buddies are driving out there. I miss the games. I haven't played in a while. School has me tied down most of the time, as well as my training schedule. There is something that correlates with cards and staying up late, and that really messes with me. I used to play a lot, and getting to bed at 3am was a regular thing. When there are super-weak players, you just can't get yourself to leave. Table selection is KEY! :thumbsup:
